Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, a network bandwidth adjustment method and system provided by the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Example 1:
the present embodiment provides a method for adjusting a network bandwidth, as shown in fig. 1, including:
step S10: and acquiring arrearage data of the user using the network from the charging system. The arrears data include an arrear amount and an arrear time.
In this embodiment, the user refers to a group user in the UNICOM. The charging system refers to a Unicom charging system.
Step S11: and judging whether the user has overdue arrears according to the arrear data.
If so, go to step S12: the network bandwidth of the user is adjusted. If not, the network bandwidth adjusting method is ended.
The network bandwidth adjusting method can automatically adjust the network bandwidth of the group users generating overdue arrears by acquiring the arrearage data of the group users from the communicated charging system, thereby reducing high arrearage generated by the group users who do not pay after using network services for a long time under the condition of ensuring that the group users are not disconnected, further avoiding financial loss caused by the high arrearage, and simultaneously reminding the arrearage behavior through user perception due to the bandwidth adjustment.
Example 2:
the present embodiment provides a method for adjusting a network bandwidth, as shown in fig. 2, including:
step S10: and acquiring arrearage data of the user using the network from the charging system. The arrears data include an arrear amount and an arrear time.

Step S11: and judging whether the user has overdue arrears according to the arrear data.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S110: presetting appointed payment time.
Step S111: and judging whether the arrearage data contains arrearage exceeding the specified payment time.
If so, step S112 is executed: it is determined that the user has a overdue arrears. If not, step S113 is executed: it is determined that the user has no overdue arrears.
For example: and presetting the appointed payment time of using the network service in the month in the next month. The group user uses the service in 1 month, the designated payment time is 2 months, if the payment is not normal, the overdue defaulting condition is judged to be 'yes' from 3 months and 1 day; if the payment is normally made in 2 months, the overdue defaulting condition is judged to be 'no' from 3 months and 1 day.
If the judgment result of the step S11 is YES, the step S12 is executed: the network bandwidth of the user is adjusted. If not, the network bandwidth adjusting method is ended.
Wherein, step S12 specifically includes:
step S120: and calculating the adjusted target network bandwidth according to the original network bandwidth of the user.
For example: and adjusting the target network bandwidth to be 50% of the original network bandwidth. Because the network bandwidth is always even, if the original network bandwidth of the group user is even, the target network bandwidth is adjusted to be 50% of the original network bandwidth; and if the original network bandwidth value of the group user is an odd number, adjusting the target network bandwidth value to be 50% of the original network bandwidth value, and then upwards taking the closest first-gear network bandwidth even number value.
Step S121: and adjusting the original network bandwidth of the user to be the target network bandwidth.
In this embodiment, the method for adjusting the network bandwidth further includes: step S13: and sending the adjusted network bandwidth to a charging system.
The setting of the step is convenient for the charging system to correspondingly adjust the user charge according to the adjusted network bandwidth so as to ensure that the charging basis of the group users is the actual use bandwidth of the group users.
Based on the foregoing network bandwidth adjusting method, this embodiment further provides a network bandwidth adjusting system, as shown in fig. 3, including: the acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring the arrearage data of the user using the network from the charging system. The arrears data include an arrear amount and an arrear time. And the judging module 2 is used for judging whether the user has overdue arrears according to the arrear data. And the adjusting module 3 is used for adjusting the network bandwidth of the user when the judgment result of the judging module 2 is yes.
Wherein, the judging module 2 comprises: the presetting unit 21 is used for presetting appointed payment time. And the judgment determining unit 22 is used for judging whether the arrearage data contains arrearage exceeding the specified payment time, and determining whether the user has overdue arrearage according to the judgment result.
In this embodiment, the adjusting module 3 includes: the first calculating unit 31 is configured to calculate the adjusted target network bandwidth according to the original network bandwidth of the user. A first adjusting unit 32, configured to adjust an original network bandwidth of a user to a target network bandwidth.
In this embodiment, the network bandwidth adjusting system further includes a sending module 4, configured to send the adjusted network bandwidth to the charging system. So that the charging system charges the user based on the adjusted network bandwidth.
The network bandwidth adjusting method and the system provided by the implementation can automatically adjust the network bandwidth of the group users generating overdue arrears by acquiring the arrearage data of the group users from the communicated charging system, thereby reducing the high arrearage generated by the group users who do not pay after using the network service for a long time under the condition of ensuring that the group users are not disconnected, further avoiding the financial loss caused by the high arrearage, and simultaneously reminding the arrearage behavior through the perception of the users due to the bandwidth adjustment.
Example 3:
the present embodiment provides a network bandwidth adjusting method, which is different from the adjusting method in embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 4, step S12 specifically includes:
step S120': and calculating the actual payment value after arrearage according to the overdue arrearage amount of the user and the charge corresponding to the original network bandwidth.
Step S121': and adjusting the original network bandwidth of the user to the network bandwidth corresponding to the actual payment value.
The present embodiment is different from the determination algorithm of the adjusted network bandwidth in embodiment 2.
In this embodiment, the algorithm for determining the adjusted network bandwidth includes, for example: if the corresponding charge of the original network bandwidth (such as 50M) of the user is 100 Yuan/month and the overdue arrearage amount of the user in the current month is 50 Yuan, the actual payment value of the user after the arrearage in the current month is 50 Yuan; if the network bandwidth corresponding to the tariff of 50 yuan/month is 30M, the original network bandwidth of 50M of the user is adjusted to be 30M.
Other steps of the network bandwidth adjusting method in this embodiment are the same as those in embodiment 2, and are not described herein again.
Based on the foregoing network bandwidth adjusting method, this embodiment further provides a network bandwidth adjusting system, which is different from the network bandwidth adjusting system in embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 5, the adjusting module 3 includes: and the second calculating unit 31' is used for calculating the actual payment value after arrearage according to the overdue arrearage amount of the user and the charge corresponding to the original network bandwidth. The second adjusting unit 32' is configured to adjust the original network bandwidth of the user to a network bandwidth corresponding to the actual payment value.
Other modules of the network bandwidth adjustment system in this embodiment are the same as those in embodiment 2, and are not described herein again.
