使用加湿功能时,拔出第一挡板31,将水从进出水口16加入储水腔15,使用水箱把手33水箱14滑动安装放在水箱台18上,接通电源,超声波震荡片20开始工作,通过震动将储水腔15内的水震成雾气,雾气通过进出水口16进入加湿腔11,同时负离子发生装置21开始工作,形成大量负离子,同时第一电机22启动,第一电机22带动第一风扇25旋转,第一风扇25旋转时将空气从出风通道10吸入通过第一加湿进风口30和第二加湿进风口32后把雾气和负离子吹出加湿吹风口12,起到了加湿除菌的功能;使用除湿功能时,将第二挡板57移出,通孔56与出风通道10连通,开启电源,空气压缩机42开始工作,将潮湿的空气吸入内部后通过出风管46将空气送入热交换器44内,热交换器将潮湿的空气中的水汽冷凝成水,然后将水从出水口48排入接水杯50中,然后干燥的空气从第一出风口47通过吸水海绵二次吸水后进入吹风管52,吹风管52将干燥的空气通过通孔56排入出风通道10后再排入室内;使用净化功能时,将第三挡板83移出,然后启动电源,第二电机74驱动第一吸风机76旋转,将空气从通风槽73处吸入净化腔70,空气经过多层活性炭滤网81,流动的空气与大面积的活性炭滤网81接触,可以吸收其中的有害成分如甲醛,净化后的空气从第二出风口82进入出风通道10后再排入室内;使用除尘功能时,移出第四挡板106,第三出风口105与出风通道10连通,打开电源,第三电机93启动,第三电机93驱动两个第二吸风机98,第二吸风机98将空气从过滤槽口111吸入进风腔90,空气进入时先通过初步滤网92过滤,将大颗粒的灰尘杂质过滤,然后进入电离区,在电离区灰尘会带上电性,通过电离区进入吸附区的时候带电的灰尘会被吸附在吸附板上,干净的空气通过吸附区后通过第三出风口105进入出风通道10后排入室内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,操作方便,使用加湿功能时,拔出第一挡板,将水从进出水口加入储水腔,使用水箱把手水箱滑动安装放在水箱台上,接通电源,超声波震荡片开始工作,通过震动将储水腔内的水震成雾气,雾气通过进出水口进入加湿腔,同时负离子发生装置开始工作,形成大量负离子,同时第一电机启动,第一电机带动第一风扇旋转,第一风扇旋转时将空气从出风通道吸入通过第一加湿进风口和第二加湿进风口后把雾气和负离子吹出加湿吹风口,起到了加湿除菌的功能;使用除湿功能时,将第二挡板移出,通孔与出风通道连通,开启电源,空气压缩机开始工作,将潮湿的空气吸入内部后通过出风管将空气送入热交换器内,热交换器将潮湿的空气中的水汽冷凝成水,然后将水从出水口排入接水杯中,然后干燥的空气从第一出风口通过吸水海绵二次吸水后进入吹风管,吹风管将干燥的空气通过通孔排入出风通道后再排入室内;使用净化功能时,将第三挡板移出,然后启动电源,第二电机驱动第一吸风机旋转,将空气从通风槽处吸入净化腔,空气经过多层活性炭滤网,流动的空气与大面积的活性炭滤网接触,可以吸收其中的有害成分如甲醛,净化后的空气从第二出风口进入出风通道后再排入室内;使用除尘功能时,移出第四挡板,第三出风口与出风通道连通,打开电源,第三电机启动,第三电机驱动两个第二吸风机,第二吸风机将空气从过滤槽口吸入进风腔,空气进入时先通过初步滤网过滤,将大颗粒的灰尘杂质过滤,然后进入电离区,在电离区灰尘会带上电性,通过电离区进入吸附区的时候带电的灰尘会被吸附在吸附板上,干净的空气通过吸附区后通过第三出风口进入出风通道后排入室内,本发明可以实现加湿、除湿、除菌、除尘和净化功能,可以实现多种功能一体化,清理方便,在不同的时间段都可以有用处,操作方式简单,还具有报警作用,移动方便,值得推广使用。

1.一种便携净化除湿机,包括出风通道以及设置在周围的加湿装置、除湿装置、净化装置、除尘装置和底部的移动装置,其特征在于:所述加湿装置包括加湿装置箱体,所述加湿装置箱体内有加湿腔,所述加湿腔右侧开有加湿吹风口,所述加湿腔底壁固定安装有水箱台,所述加湿腔后侧开有贯穿加湿装置箱体的进水口,所述水箱台上开有震荡片安装孔,所述震荡片安装孔内固定安装超声波震荡片,所述水箱台上滑动安装水箱,所述水箱内有储水腔,所述储水腔顶壁有进出水口,所述水箱上固设有水箱把手,所述加湿腔左侧开有第二加湿进风口,所述加湿装置箱体左侧端面开有第一加湿进风口,所述有第一加湿进风口、第二加湿进风口与出风通道连通,所述加湿装置箱体左侧箱体内部固有第一挡板槽,所述第一挡板槽内插接安装第一挡板,所述加湿腔底壁固定安装第一电机,所述第一电机输出轴上固设有第一旋转轴,所述第一旋转轴固定安装第一齿轮,所述加湿腔左侧壁上固定安装第一固定轴,所述第一固定轴转动配合安装滚动轴承,所述滚动轴承转动配合安装第一风扇,所述第一风扇外圈有第一外齿环,所述第一风扇与第一齿轮啮合固定;所述除湿装置包括除湿装置箱体,所述除湿装置箱体内有除湿腔,所述除湿腔后侧壁开有贯穿除湿装置箱体的吸气口,所述吸气口处固定安装空气压缩机,所述空气压缩机上有出风管,所述除湿腔顶壁固定安装热交换器安装座,所述热交换器安装座上固定安装多个热交换器,所述热交换器上部有进风口,所述进风口与出风管密封连接,所述热交换器底部有出水口,所述热交换器前端下部有第一出风口,所述第一出风口内有吸水海绵,所述第一出风口密封连接吹风管,所述除湿腔左侧内壁有贯穿除湿装置箱体的通孔,所述通孔与出风通道连通,所述吹风管向左延伸至通孔,所述除湿装置箱体左侧箱体内固设有第二挡板槽,所述第二挡板槽内插接安装第二挡板,所述除湿腔底壁固设有接水槽,所述除湿腔右侧壁下部开有贯穿除湿装置箱体的接水口,所述接水槽上滑动安装接水杯,所述接水杯外固设有接水杯把手;所述净化装置包括净化装置箱体,所述净化装置箱体内有净化腔,所述净化腔左侧有多道贯穿净化装置箱体通风槽,所述净化腔左侧壁上固设有电机安装台,所述电机安装台上固定安装第二电机,所述第二电机输出轴上固设有第二旋转轴,所述第二旋转轴上固定安装第一吸风机,所述净化腔顶壁有多个贯穿净化装置箱体的T型槽,所述T型槽上插接安装滤网块,所述净化腔底壁开有多道滤网槽,所述滤网块下固定连接活性炭滤网,所述活性炭滤网下端***所述滤网槽内,所述净化腔左侧壁开有贯穿净化装置箱体的第二出风口,所述出风口与出风通道连通,所述净化装置箱体左侧箱体内部固设有第三挡板槽,所述第三挡板槽内插接安装第三挡板;所述除尘装置包括除尘装置箱体,所述除尘装置箱体内有进风腔,所述进风腔右侧有电离腔,所述电离腔右侧有吸附腔,所述进风腔左侧壁开有贯穿除尘装置箱体的过滤槽口,所述滤槽口插接安装初步滤网,所述进风腔向下向左延伸有动力腔,所述动力腔左侧壁固定安装第三电机,所述第三电机输出轴上固设有第三旋转轴,所述第三旋转轴上固定安装小齿轮,所述进风腔顶壁左右对称固定安装风机固定杆,所述风机固定杆之间上下对称固定安装第二固定轴,所述第二固定轴转动安装第二吸风机,所述电离腔底壁固设有电离区滑槽,所述吸附腔底壁固设有吸附区滑槽,所述电离区滑槽上插接安装电极板安装块,所述电极板安装块上固定安装多块电极板,所述吸附区滑槽上插接安装吸附板安装块,所述吸附版安装块固定安装多块吸附板,所述吸附腔后壁右侧位置处开有贯穿除尘装置箱体的第三出风口,所述第三出风口与出风通道连通,所述除尘装置箱体前端箱体内部固设有第四挡板槽,所述第四挡板槽内插接安装第四挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携净化除湿机,其特征在于:所述第一固定轴上插接安装套筒,所述套筒与轴承内圈接触,所述轴承外有固定圈,所述固定圈不与轴承外圈接触,所述固定圈与第一固定轴螺栓连接固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携净化除湿机,其特征在于:两个所述第二吸风机外侧分别设有第二外齿环,两个所述第二外齿环相啮合安装,下部的所述第二外齿环与小齿轮啮合,述动力腔底壁有齿轮槽口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携净化除湿机,其特征在于:所述净化腔顶壁固定安装温度传感器,所述净化装置箱体上端面安装报警器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携净化除湿机,其特征在于:所述加湿腔右侧壁上固定安装负离子发生装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携净化除湿机,其特征在于:所述移动装置包括加湿装置箱体、除湿装置箱体、净化装置箱体和除尘装置箱体每个箱体底部均左右前后对称固定安装的万向轮安装块,所述万向轮安装块转动安装滚轮固定架,所述滚轮固定架之间转动安装滚轮。
