Example 1
The invention provides a power tool which can be specifically arranged as a garden tool such as a mower, a pruner, a chain saw and the like or a professional hand-held tool such as an electric hammer, an electric drill and the like.
Referring to a preferred embodiment of the invention shown in fig. 1-7, the power tool is a mower 100 in this embodiment. The mower 100 includes a housing 11, a power unit 12 provided in the housing 11, a cutting unit driven by the power unit 12, and a grass collection box 13 for collecting cut crushed grass. The front-rear direction is defined according to the travelling direction of the mower 100, the front wheel 14, the rear wheel 15, the push rod 16 and the handrail 17 are arranged on the shell 11 from front to rear, a user can apply pushing force through the handrail 17 to push the mower 100 to advance, the control panel 18 is arranged at the handrail 17, and the user can select a proper mowing mode through the control panel 18 to adapt to different working conditions.
The mower 100 further comprises a power source for providing power to the power unit 12 and the control panel 18, in this embodiment, the power source includes a portable battery pack 19, and the battery pack 19 can be taken out for charging after the electric quantity of the battery pack 19 is lower than a preset value, which, of course, does not exclude that the battery pack 19 is charged in a wireless manner according to the trend of technology development. In addition, the power source may further include an external power source electrically connected through a power plug, that is, the mower 100 may be configured as an ac/dc dual-purpose mower, which is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1, the mower 100 further includes an illumination assembly 10, wherein the illumination assembly 10 is disposed on the housing and located in front of the mower 100, and may be disposed above the front wheels 14 as in the present embodiment, or may be disposed in the middle of the two front wheels 14, so as to illuminate the area to be cut conveniently during mowing at night.
Referring to fig. 2, the lighting assembly 10 includes a lamp 2 and a base 3. The base 3 is fixed on the housing 11, and in specific implementation, the base 3 may be integrally formed with the housing 11, or may be fixed and assembled with the housing 11 by fastening means such as screws, welding, riveting, and fastening after being separately formed; the base 3 includes a receiving chamber 30 having a front opening. The illuminating lamp 2 is matched with the accommodating cavity 30, and the illuminating lamp 2 is provided with a matching position and a free position; in the said coupling position, the lamp 2 is at least partially inserted into the housing cavity 30; in the free position, the illumination lamp 2 is completely separated from the accommodating chamber 30. That is, the illumination lamp 2 may be pushed into the accommodation chamber 30 or pulled out of the accommodation chamber 30 so that the illumination lamp 2 may be assembled on the mower 100 for use, and also may be removed from the mower 100 for use as the portable illumination lamp 2.
The illumination lamp 2 moves from the mating position to the free position in a first direction, which in this embodiment is from back to front; of course, in other possible embodiments, the first direction may also be other directions, such as from bottom to top, front to back, left to right, etc. The following description will be made with respect to the first direction from the back to the front, and other implementations can be adaptively adjusted without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.
Further, the base 3 comprises a power supply terminal, which is connected to the power supply. Correspondingly, referring to fig. 3, the illumination lamp 2 includes a main body 20, a light emitting element 21, a power receiving terminal 22, and a built-in power supply provided inside the main body 20. Wherein, the light-emitting element 21 can be directly or indirectly visualized and exposed to the front end of the main body 20 through the light-transmitting glass, when the light-emitting element 21 is electrified, the light can be emitted towards the front end of the illuminating lamp 2; the power connection terminals 22 are exposed on the surface of the main body 20, and are disposed at two sides of the rear end of the main body 20 in this embodiment, and the power connection terminals 22 are connected with the light emitting element 21; the built-in power supply is also connected to the light emitting element 21.
When the illumination lamp 2 is in the mating position, the power receiving end 22 is electrically connected to the power supply end, the power source (e.g., the battery pack 19) of the mower 100 is connected to the circuit of the light emitting element 21, and the light emitting element 21 is powered by the power source (e.g., the battery pack 19) of the mower 100; and when the illumination lamp 2 is located at the free position, the power receiving terminal 22 and the power supply terminal are disconnected, and the light emitting element 21 is powered by the built-in power supply of the illumination lamp 2. In this way, when the mower 100 is assembled, the power supply of the mower 100 is adopted to supply power, so that the problem that the built-in power supply is consumed too quickly due to the fact that the built-in power supply of the illuminating lamp 2 is always used can be avoided, meanwhile, when the mower 100 is taken down, the power supply is adopted to supply power, the limit that the illuminating lamp 2 still needs to be connected with the mower 100 through a wire when the illuminating lamp 2 is taken down can be avoided, the independent moving range of the illuminating lamp 2 is not limited by the position of the mower 100, and the flexibility is improved.
Further, the illumination lamp 2 further includes a micro switch 23, and in this embodiment, the micro switch 23 is provided on the rear end face of the main body 20 (i.e., on the end face of the main body 20 in the opposite direction to the first direction); correspondingly, the base 3 comprises a triggering element corresponding to the microswitch 23, which triggering element can be provided, in the present embodiment, as a projection projecting into the accommodation chamber 30. When the illumination lamp 2 is in the mating position, the micro switch 23 is triggered by the trigger to control the built-in power supply to cut off the power supply to the light emitting element 21, that is, to cause the light emitting element 21 to be powered by the power supply (e.g., the battery pack 19).
Referring to fig. 3, the illumination lamp 2 is provided with a fitting portion 24; referring to fig. 4 to 7, the lighting assembly 10 further includes an operating member 4 and a locking member 5. The operating member 4 is movably exposed to the outside of the base 3, and is operable to receive a manual operation (i.e., a user may actuate the operating member 4) to move the locking member 5; the lock member 5 is linked to the operating member 4, and is movably engaged with the engagement portion 24 in a plurality of states.
Wherein, referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the illumination lamp 2 is located at the coupling position, the locking member 5 is engaged with the engaging portion 24 to be in a locking state to prevent the illumination lamp 2 from being forwardly separated from the coupling position, so that the illumination lamp 2 is stably maintained at the coupling position; when the user wants to remove the illumination lamp 2 from the mower 100, the user can touch the operation member 4, and after the operation member 4 receives the manual operation, the locking member 5 is driven by the operation member 4 to release the locking state of the matching portion 24, so as to allow the illumination lamp 2 to move forward from the matching position to the free position. In this way, by providing the operation member 4 for user control and the locking member 5 engaged with the engaging portion 24, when the illumination lamp 2 is applied to the mower 100, the illumination lamp 2 can be stably accommodated in the accommodating cavity 30, so that the user can conveniently mow with the mower 100 at night; when the illuminating lamp 2 needs to be taken down, a user touches the operating piece 4 to enable the illuminating lamp 2 to be quickly separated from the accommodating cavity 30, and the operation is very convenient.
Further, the lighting assembly 10 further comprises a driving member 6, and when the locking member 5 is released from the locking state of the mating portion 24, the driving member 6 can drive the lighting lamp 2 to move from the mating position from the rear to the front towards the free position. By providing the driving member 6, when the user touches the operation member 4 to release the locking state of the locking member 5 and the engaging portion 24, the illumination lamp 2 is automatically driven to move forward, so that the user can conveniently take down the illumination lamp 2.
In the present embodiment, the driving member 6 is preferably provided as an elastic member sandwiched between the base 3 and the illumination lamp 2, such as a pressure spring having a rear end abutting the base 3 and a front end extending forwardly provided in the accommodation chamber 30, the front end of the pressure spring abutting the rear end surface of the illumination lamp 2 when the illumination lamp 2 is in the mating position, the pressure spring being compressively deformed, but the illumination lamp 2 being held in the mating position due to the limit stop of the illumination lamp 2 by the locking member 5; when the locking member 5 releases the locked state with the engaging portion 24, the compression spring applies a driving force to the illumination lamp 2 by its own elastic restoring force, thereby pushing the illumination lamp 2 to move forward from the engaged position. Of course, in other possible embodiments, the driving member 6 may be provided as an elastic member such as a tension spring, a torsion spring, an elastic sheet, or may be provided as a structure employing a driving manner such as magnetic driving, electric pushing, or the like.
Preferably, the lamp 2 also has a rest position between said coupling position and said free position, when the lamp 2 is in said rest position, a portion of the lamp 2 remains inside the housing chamber 30. For example, when the illumination lamp 2 is located at the coupling position, the depth of the illumination lamp 2 into the accommodating chamber 30 is assumed to be L1; when the illuminating lamp 2 is positioned at the free position, the illuminating lamp 2 is completely separated from the accommodating cavity 30, namely the depth of the illuminating lamp 2 entering the accommodating cavity 30 is 0; when the illumination lamp 2 is located at the rest position, the depth of the illumination lamp 2 into the accommodating cavity 30 is assumed to be L2, and 0 < L2 < L1 is satisfied.
The locking member 5 may also cooperate with the cooperation portion 24 to be in a critical state corresponding to the rest position of the illumination lamp 2. That is, the critical state of the locking member 5 and the mating portion 24 determines the rest position of the illumination lamp 2. When the driving member drives the illumination lamp 2 forward from the coupling position, the locking member 5 may be engaged with the engagement portion 24 to the critical state, so that the illumination lamp 2 is stopped at the rest position and the illumination lamp 2 is allowed to be pulled to the free position by a person without being damaged.
That is, with the engagement of the locking member 5 and the engagement portion 24, the illumination lamp 2 is stopped after being moved forward by a certain displacement from the engagement position, and at this time, the illumination lamp 2 is still partially held in the accommodation chamber 30 without being completely separated from the accommodation chamber 30 (i.e., the rest position), and then the user can pull the illumination lamp 2 forward out of the accommodation chamber 30 without damaging the illumination assembly 10. Thus, when the user intends to take the illumination lamp 2 and actively touch the operation member 4 or the operation member 4 is accidentally touched while mowing, the illumination lamp 2 can be prevented from being directly detached from the accommodating chamber 30 due to the driving of the driving member 6, without affecting the user to take down the illumination lamp 2.
Further, in the present embodiment, when the illumination lamp 2 is located at the rest position, the power receiving terminal 22 and the power supply terminal are disconnected, the micro switch 23 is not triggered by the trigger, and the light emitting element 21 is powered by the built-in power supply. Of course, in other possible embodiments, when the lamp 2 is in the rest position, the power terminal 22 and the power terminal remain electrically connected, the power source being connected to the circuit of the light-emitting element 21, the light-emitting element 21 being powered by the power source (e.g. the battery pack 19) and the built-in power source being powered if and only if the lamp 2 is completely detached from the housing cavity 30.
Next, the detailed structures of the lock member 5, the engaging portion 24, and the operating member 4 in this embodiment will be described. Of course, not limited thereto, for example, embodiment 2 and embodiment 3 also provide further practical details of the locking member 5, the engaging portion 24, and the operating member 4.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the lock member 5 is provided as a link having a first end and a second end disposed opposite to each other, the first end being rotatably connected to the base 3 through a first pivot shaft 71, and the second end being rotatably connected to the operation member 4 through a second pivot shaft 72. When the operating member 4 receives the manual operation, the operating member 4 can drive the locking member 5 to rotate around the pivot shaft.
The locking member 5 has a locking surface 511, and the mating portion 24 has a corresponding mating surface 241. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the locked state, the locking surface 511 abuts against the mating surface 241 from the front to prevent the illumination lamp 2 from being separated from the mating position forward, so that the illumination lamp 2 is maintained at the mating position; in addition, in the locked state, the operating member 4 may drive the locking member 5 to rotate about the first pivot shaft 71, so that the locking surface 511 is separated from the mating surface 241, and the locking member 5 releases the locked state with the mating portion 24, so that the illumination lamp 2 may move forward from the mating position under the driving of the driving member 6.
The locking piece 5 further has a second locking surface 512, referring to fig. 6 and 7, after the locking state is released, the driving piece drives the lighting lamp 2 to move forward from the mating position to the free position, at this time, the second locking surface 512 is located on the moving path of the mating surface 241, so that when the mating surface 241 moves forward to abut against the second locking surface 512, the locking piece 5 and the mating portion 24 are mated into a critical state, and the second locking surface 512 abuts against the mating surface 241 to stop the lighting lamp 2 from moving, and the lighting lamp 2 is located at the rest position at this time. In this way, the provision of the second locking surface 512 effectively avoids the risk of falling to the ground damage caused by the lamp 2 coming out of the accommodation chamber 30 due to the excessive driving force.
In this embodiment, the second locking surface 512 is disposed as an inclined surface approaching the illumination lamp 2 and having an acute angle (forward inclination in this embodiment) with respect to the first direction, when the second locking surface 512 abuts against the mating surface 241, that is, when the illumination lamp 2 is located at the rest position, that is, when the locking member 5 is mated with the mating portion 24 to be in a critical state, if a user applies a forward pulling force on the illumination lamp 2, the mating surface 241 can slidably move forward along the second locking surface 512 and gradually separate from the second locking surface 512 (beyond the second locking surface 512), so that the illumination lamp 2 can be manually pulled out of the accommodating cavity 30 without causing a destructive structural damage. Of course, in other possible embodiments, the second locking surface 512 may also be configured as a cambered surface.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the operation member 4 is provided to receive a push button manually operated to approach the movement of the base 3, the movement direction of which is downward approaching the base 3 in the present embodiment, and approaching the base 3 in the left-right direction in other possible embodiments. The operating member 4 has a trigger end 41 exposed to the outside of the base 3 and a connecting end 42 connected below the trigger end, the connecting end 42 being rotatably connected to said second end of the locking member 5 by means of a second pivot shaft 72.
The locking piece 5 is arranged below the base 3 and extends along the front-rear direction, the first end of the locking piece 5 is limited to the front end of the locking piece 5, the second end of the locking piece 5 is limited to the rear end of the locking piece 5, the locking piece 5 further comprises a two-stage step-shaped protruding block 51, a locking surface 511 and a second locking surface 512 are formed on the protruding block 51, the first-stage step of the protruding block 51 close to the body of the locking piece 5 is formed at the locking surface 511, the second-stage step of the protruding block 51 far away from the body of the locking piece 5 is formed at the second locking surface 512, the second locking surface 512 is positioned at the rear side of the locking surface 511, and the second locking surface 512 obliquely extends upwards and backwards relative to the locking surface 511; the lower end surface of the base 3 is provided with a through hole 31, and the protruding block 51 can extend into the accommodating cavity 30 from bottom to top through the through hole 31.
The engaging portion 24 is provided as a convex structure protruding from the lower end surface of the main body 20, and has a front end surface connected to the lower end surface of the main body 20, the front end surface constituting an engaging surface 241, the engaging surface 241 being substantially perpendicular to the lower end surface of the main body 20.
When the illumination lamp 2 is located at the coupling position, the protruding block 51 enters the front of the coupling portion 24 upward, the locking surface 511 abuts against the coupling surface 241, the locking member 5 and the coupling portion 24 are coupled in the locking state, and the illumination lamp 2 cannot move forward and is kept at the coupling position.
When the user wants to remove the illumination lamp 2 from the mower 100, the user presses the trigger end 41 downward, the operation member 4 moves downward as a whole and drives the second end of the locking member 5 to move downward, the locking member 5 rotates counterclockwise (according to the view angle shown in the drawing) relative to the base 3 about the first pivot shaft 71, the protrusion 51 moves downward and the locking surface 511 is disengaged from the mating surface 241, the locking member 5 releases the locked state of the mating portion 24, and the driving member 6 drives the illumination lamp 2 to move forward automatically.
When the illumination lamp 2 is driven to move forward by the driving member 6, the part of the protruding block 51 with the second locking surface 512 is still located in front of the matching portion 24, and along with the movement of the illumination lamp 2, the matching surface 241 moves forward to abut against the second locking surface 512, the locking member 5 is matched with the matching portion 24 to be in a critical state, the second locking surface 512 abuts against the matching surface 241 to stop the movement of the illumination lamp 2, the illumination lamp 2 is located at the rest position, after that, a forward pulling force is applied to the illumination lamp 2 by a user, the matching surface 241 moves backward and downward Fang Jiya to enable the locking member 5 to rotate further anticlockwise (according to the en-route view angle), and the matching surface 241 slides along the second locking surface 512 and gradually passes over the second locking surface 512, so that the illumination lamp 2 can be pulled out of the accommodating cavity 30 by people.
Further, when the lock member 5 is engaged with the engaging portion 24 in the locked state, the operating member 4 is in the original position; the lighting assembly 10 further comprises a second elastic member 8 arranged between the operating member 4 and the base 3, and when the operating member 4 is separated from the original position, the second elastic member 8 drives the operating member 4 to return to the original position under the action of self elastic restoring force. Thus, if the operating member 4 receives the manual operation to be separated from the original position and then the manual operation is lost, or the user pushes the illumination lamp 2 to the coupling position, the second elastic member 8 drives the operating member 4 to reset, and the locking member 5 is reset in a linkage manner to restore the locking state with the matching portion 24, so that the operating member 4 keeps the locking member 5 in the locking state, the stable assembly of the illumination lamp 2 is improved, and the user can automatically lock the illumination lamp 2 only by pushing the illumination lamp 2 into the accommodating cavity 30, thereby simplifying the installation.
In this embodiment, the longitudinal section of the operating member 4 is T-shaped, and the second elastic member 8 is a compression spring that is sleeved outside the connection end 42 of the operating member 4 and is clamped between the trigger end 41 of the operating member 4 and the base 3. In other possible embodiments, the second elastic member 8 may be configured as a tension spring, a torsion spring, or a spring plate.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment has the following beneficial effects:
(1) By arranging two power supply modes for the light-emitting element 21, when the illuminating lamp 2 is assembled on the mower 100, the power supply of the mower 100 is used for supplying power to the light-emitting element 21, so that the problem that the built-in power supply is consumed too quickly due to the fact that the built-in power supply of the illuminating lamp 2 is always used can be avoided, meanwhile, when the illuminating lamp 2 is taken down from the mower 100, the limitation that wires are still needed to be connected with the mower 100 when the illuminating lamp 2 is taken down can be avoided, the independent moving range of the illuminating lamp 2 is not limited by the position of the mower 100, and the flexibility is improved;
