Abstract
本发明具体涉及一种石油管道安装支架,包括支撑柱和设置在支撑柱上的多个连接板,所述支撑柱上套设有多个固定套,所述固定套通过锁紧装置与支撑柱固定连接,所述固定套上横向设有一支撑板,所述支撑板上均设有支撑座,所述支撑座上设有弧形槽,所述弧形槽沿支撑座长度方向贯通。该装置能够实现对多个管道的支撑,同时能够在管道进行安装时,对石油管道的高度位置进行调节,且调节方便。

本发明具体涉及一种石油管道安装支架。
背景技术
管道支架在任何有管道敷设的地方都会用到,又称为支座,它作为管道的支撑结构,在石油管道运输过程中,石油管道通常是离地铺设的,因此,在石油管道的铺设过程中,每隔一段距离就需要设置石油管道支架对石油管道进行支撑,现有技术中,石油管道安装支架往往结构是固定的,调节不方便。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种调节方便的石油管道安装支架。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种石油管道安装支架,包括支撑柱和设置在支撑柱上的多个连接板,所述支撑柱上套设有多个固定套,所述固定套通过锁紧装置与支撑柱固定连接,所述固定套上横向设有一支撑板,所述支撑板上均设有支撑座,所述支撑座上设有弧形槽,所述弧形槽沿支撑座长度方向贯通。
如上所述的一种石油管道安装支架,进一步说明为,所述锁紧装置为锁紧螺栓,所述固定套上设有与锁紧螺栓相适配的螺纹孔,所述锁紧螺栓穿过螺纹孔后抵紧支撑柱。
如上所述的一种石油管道安装支架,进一步说明为,所述连接板上均设有连接孔。
如上所述的一种石油管道安装支架,进一步说明为,所述固定套与支撑板之间设有加强板。
本发明的有益效果是:该装置能够实现对多个管道的支撑,同时能够在管道进行安装时,对石油管道的高度位置进行调节,且调节方便。

下面结合附图对本发明实施方式做进一步的阐述。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种石油管道安装支架,包括支撑柱1和设置在支撑柱上的多个连接板2,为了便于连接板2的连接固定,可以在所述连接板2上均设有连接孔8。
所述支撑柱1上套设有多个固定套3,所述固定套3通过锁紧装置4与支撑柱1固定连接,具体的所述锁紧装置4可以设置为锁紧螺栓,所述固定套3上设有与锁紧螺栓相适配的螺纹孔,所述锁紧螺栓穿过螺纹孔后抵紧支撑柱1。
所述固定套3上横向设有一支撑板5,所述支撑板5上均设有支撑座6,所述支撑座6上设有弧形槽7,所述弧形槽7沿支撑座6长度方向贯通,从而实现对石油管道的支撑,具体的可以在所述固定套3与支撑板5之间设有加强板9。

1.一种石油管道安装支架,其特征在于:包括支撑柱和设置在支撑柱上的多个连接板,所述支撑柱上套设有多个固定套,所述固定套通过锁紧装置与支撑柱固定连接,所述固定套上横向设有一支撑板,所述支撑板上均设有支撑座,所述支撑座上设有弧形槽,所述弧形槽沿支撑座长度方向贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石油管道安装支架,其特征在于:所述锁紧装置为锁紧螺栓,所述固定套上设有与锁紧螺栓相适配的螺纹孔,所述锁紧螺栓穿过螺纹孔后抵紧支撑柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石油管道安装支架,其特征在于:所述连接板上均设有连接孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石油管道安装支架,其特征在于:所述固定套与支撑板之间设有加强板。
