Abstract
本发明属于水泥杆塔技术领域,具体涉及一种城市用新型多功能杆塔,包括水泥管状本体,所述的水泥管状本体管壁内设有钢筋笼,所述水泥管状本体外部设有喷塑层,所述喷塑层壁厚为水泥管状本体管壁的1/2,所述喷塑层外部均布有若干个不通透的圆孔,所述圆孔开口倾斜向上,所述圆孔深度为喷塑层壁厚的2/3,所述圆孔直径为圆孔深度的2/3,克服了现有技术的不足,在现有的水泥杆塔外部设置喷塑层,喷塑层上设置倾斜的圆孔,圆孔内可以种植绿化用草,主要适用于公路两旁的杆塔需求,既具有良好的机械强度,又可以用于绿化环境。

技术领域
本发明属于水泥杆塔技术领域,具体涉及一种城市用新型多功能杆塔。
背景技术
杆塔是架空配电线路中的基本设备之一,按所用材质可分为木杆、水泥杆和金属杆三种。水泥杆具有使用寿命长,维护工作量小等优点,使用较为广泛。水泥杆中使用最多的是拨梢杆,锥度一般均为1/75,分为普通钢筋混泥土杆和预应力型钢筋混泥土杆。
其中随着城市的发展在市区或者人口密集区已经很少能见到电力杆塔,大多采用地下走线,但是地下走线成本高,维护困难,因此需要一种新型的杆塔来适应新的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种城市用新型多功能杆塔,克服了现有技术的不足,在现有的水泥杆塔外部设置喷塑层,喷塑层上设置倾斜的圆孔,圆孔内可以种植绿化用草,主要适用于公路两旁的杆塔需求,既具有良好的机械强度,又可以用于绿化环境,同时喷塑层由环氧树脂 、聚酯树脂、钛白粉、硫酸钡、氧化锌 、流平剂、炭黑 、粘合剂、发泡剂、渗透剂、固化剂、铁红构成,具有良好的防水防腐功能,该材质的喷塑层由于含有少量的发泡剂内部会出现大量的小气孔,小气孔方便存水且水分流失慢,大大的提高了喷塑层上中的绿化用草存活率。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种城市用新型多功能杆塔,包括水泥管状本体,所述的水泥管状本体管壁内设有钢筋笼,所述水泥管状本体外部设有喷塑层,所述喷塑层壁厚为水泥管状本体管壁的1/2,所述喷塑层外部均布有若干个不通透的圆孔,所述圆孔开口倾斜向上,所述圆孔深度为喷塑层壁厚的2/3,所述圆孔直径为圆孔深度的2/3。
进一步,所述喷塑层材质由下列重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂 20~30份、聚酯树脂 20~30份、钛白粉 10~12份、硫酸钡 6~10份、氧化锌 2~3份、流平剂 4~6份、炭黑0.2~0.8份、粘合剂 10~15份、发泡剂0.1~0.3份、渗透剂2~3份、固化剂4~8份、铁红3.5~4.8份。
进一步,所述喷塑层材质由下列重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂 25份、聚酯树脂 25份、钛白粉 11份、硫酸钡 8份、氧化锌 2.3份、流平剂 5份、炭黑 0.6份、粘合剂 12.8份、发泡剂0.19份、渗透剂2.4份、固化剂5份、铁红4.2份。
进一步,所述喷塑层材质还包括聚酰胺4~10份。
进一步,所述的聚酰胺为7份。

进一步,所述喷塑层材质由下列重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂 20~30份、聚酯树脂 20~30份、钛白粉 10~12份、硫酸钡 6~10份、氧化锌 2~3份、流平剂 4~6份、炭黑0.2~0.8份、粘合剂 10~15份、发泡剂0.1~0.3份、渗透剂2~3份、固化剂4~8份、铁红3.5~4.8份。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种城市用新型多功能杆塔,其特征在于:所述喷塑层材质由下列重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂 20~30份、聚酯树脂 20~30份、钛白粉 10~12份、硫酸钡6~10份、氧化锌 2~3份、流平剂 4~6份、炭黑 0.2~0.8份、粘合剂 10~15份、发泡剂0.1~0.3份、渗透剂2~3份、固化剂4~8份、铁红3.5~4.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种城市用新型多功能杆塔,其特征在于:所述喷塑层材质由下列重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂 25份、聚酯树脂 25份、钛白粉 11份、硫酸钡 8份、氧化锌2.3份、流平剂 5份、炭黑 0.6份、粘合剂 12.8份、发泡剂0.19份、渗透剂2.4份、固化剂5份、铁红4.2份。
4.根据权利要求2或3任一项所述一种城市用新型多功能杆塔,其特征在于:所述喷塑层材质还包括聚酰胺4~10份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种城市用新型多功能杆塔用防腐材料配方,其特征在于:所述的聚酰胺为7份。
