Description

Friction type wooden energy dissipation and shock absorption device and wooden structure system with same
Technical Field
The invention relates to a building wood structure system, in particular to a friction type wood energy dissipation and shock absorption device and a wood structure system with the same.
Background
Wood structures are a form of construction employed by a large number of existing historic relic and newly built buildings. However, the earthquake records show that some existing wood structure building heritage has poor earthquake resistance, and larger damage and even collapse can be generated in the earthquake, so that huge economic loss and immeasurable cultural loss are caused. Meanwhile, the earthquake resistance of the newly built wood structure building is still to be further improved. Therefore, improvement and promotion of the earthquake-resistant performance of the wood-structure building become one of the important problems to be solved urgently.
At present, for the seismic performance reinforcement of the existing wood structure building, a reinforcement method based on component layers is mostly adopted, and mainly comprises the following steps: the embedded reinforcement (mostly adopting a new hard wood tenon to be embedded into a mortise, using a water-resistant adhesive to be firmly adhered with an original component and fastened by a wooden connecting piece), chemical reinforcement (repairing cracks to maintain the stability of the wood component through treatment of chemical agents), iron piece reinforcement (hooping beams and column components firmly by flat irons or connecting beam and column nodes by flat irons) and FRP reinforcement (bonding FRP materials in a tensile area of the wood beam and shearing and crossing area to improve the capability of the component to bear bending and shearing).
The above reinforcement method is difficult to fully satisfy key basic principles of wood building protection and development, including key principles of authenticity, integrity, reversibility, minimal interference, identifiable and the like. Specifically, the original building disturbance degree is high, the historical value of the building heritage and the retention of information are seriously influenced, and the safety risk and the repair effect in the repair process are difficult to predict, so that the principles of authenticity, integrity and minimum interference are difficult to meet. Meanwhile, when the material member is replaced or reinforced, the reversibility and the identifiability of technical measures are not fully considered, the reinforced part is not easy to overhaul and replace, and the reversibility and the identifiability principle are difficult to meet.
The energy dissipation and shock absorption technology is a technical means widely applied to new construction and earthquake resistance reinforcement of concrete structures and steel structure buildings. As a reinforcing method based on structural hierarchy, the principle is that the energy dissipation and shock absorption device is arranged in the structure, and under the action of an earthquake, a large amount of earthquake energy is dissipated by the energy dissipation and shock absorption device, so that the damage of other parts of the structure is reduced, and the earthquake resistance of the structure is improved. The core of the energy dissipation and shock absorption device is the structure of the energy dissipation and shock absorption device and the structure system with the energy dissipation and shock absorption device. However, meeting the key principles of protection and development of the above-mentioned wood building, the related art rare public report of energy dissipation and shock absorption device suitable for wood structure building and the structure system with the same.
