Abstract

本发明公开了二氧化钛‑高含量氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,该二氧化钛‑高含量氧化铝陶瓷由铝质岩、高岭土、石英砂和二氧化钛按配比制成,制备方法包括如下步骤:将铝质岩磨至200目以下,再与高岭土、石英砂及二氧化钛混匀加入水搅拌成浆体注入模具,放置于水泥砂浆振动台上振荡后置于背阴处自然风干成型脱模,放入鼓风干燥烘箱内干燥24h取出进行烧结实验;将成型瓷胚置于高温炉中烧制成型,设定4小时10分钟升温至1300℃,并保温1小时。本发明制备的二氧化钛‑高含量氧化铝陶瓷性能优越,在铝质岩资源综合利用及提高其制品的附加值基础上,促进铝质岩制备氧化铝陶瓷研究发展。

一种二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,具体涉及一种利用低品位铝质岩、高岭土、石英砂及二氧化钛来制备二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷的方法。
技术背景
铝质岩资源利用率较低,该资源目前只少量利用于低端耐火材料等,未能得到充分的综合利用。人们只高度利用高品位铝土矿,摒弃低品位铝土岩(铝质岩),造成该类型含Al2O3较高的资源的极度浪费;同时被废弃的铝质岩大量堆积对环境造成极大的负面影响。因此,充分利用铝质岩,提高其应用价值就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,利用铝质岩、高岭土、石英砂和二氧化钛混合制备二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷,使得铝质岩资源化充分利用,这不仅能提高经济效益还能保护生态环境。生产的二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷性能优越。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,该二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷由铝质岩、高岭土、石英砂和二氧化钛按配比制成,制备方法包括如下步骤:将铝质岩磨至200目以下,再与高岭土、石英砂及二氧化钛混匀加入水搅拌成浆体注入模具,放置于水泥砂浆振动台上振荡后置于背阴处自然风干成型脱模,放入鼓风干燥烘箱内干燥24h取出进行烧结实验;将成型瓷胚置于高温炉中烧制成型,设定4小时10分钟升温至1300℃,并保温1小时。
其中,按质量计算,配比为铝质岩:高岭土:石英砂:二氧化钛=50~55:13~16:18~22:8~12。
进一步的,浆体注入模具后放置在水泥砂浆振动台上振荡的时间为8~10分钟。
进一步的,铝质岩中的氧化铝质量占比为35~45%,高岭土中的氧化铝质量占比为35~45%。
进一步的,所述鼓风干燥烘箱内干燥的设定温度为60℃~80℃。
本发明的二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷制备方法产品形成过程:在高温条件下反应主要生成莫来石和刚玉。二氧化钛成颗粒状被包裹于莫来石中,构成陶瓷的支撑结构提高陶瓷的力学性能。本发明制备得到的二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷具有良好的化学稳定性、耐磨性、耐热性和优异的力学性能,被广泛地应用于机械加工、航空航天、电工电子行业等许多方面,是一种有着广泛应用的新型工具、功能结构陶瓷材料,具有极大的开发和利用价值。
本发明制备的二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷性能优越,在铝质岩资源综合利用及提高其制品的附加值基础上,促进铝质岩制备氧化铝陶瓷研究发展。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
按质量计算,配比为铝质岩:高岭土:石英砂:二氧化钛=53.77:15.49:20.74:10。将铝质岩磨至200目以下,再与高岭土、石英砂及二氧化钛混匀加入适量水搅拌成浆体,将浆体注入模具置于水泥砂浆振动台上振荡9分钟后置于背阴处自然风干成型脱模,设定干燥烘箱温度为70℃干燥24h取出进行烧结实验。将干燥后的成型瓷胚置于高温炉中烧制成型,设4小时10分钟升温至1300℃,并保温1小时。
对产品进行物理性能测试,其中抗压强度为70.26MPa、抗折强度17.16MPa、吸水率为12.26%、耐酸性为7.46g/m2﹒h。这些指标表明产品性能优越,可待加以利用,为提高铝质岩经济效益提供强有力技术支撑。
实施例2:
按质量计算,配比为铝质岩:高岭土:石英砂:二氧化钛=50:13:18:8。将铝质岩磨至200目以下,再与高岭土、石英砂及二氧化钛混匀加入适量水搅拌成浆体,将浆体注入模具置于水泥砂浆振动台上振荡8分钟后置于背阴处自然风干成型脱模,设定干燥烘箱温度为60℃干燥24h取出进行烧结实验。将干燥后的成型瓷胚置于高温炉中烧制成型,设4小时10分钟升温至1300℃,并保温1小时。
对产品进行物理性能测试,其中抗压强度为64.23MPa、抗折强度15.32MPa、吸水率为10.25%、耐酸性为6.68g/m2﹒h。这些指标表明产品性能优越,可待加以利用,为提高铝质岩经济效益提供强有力技术支撑。
实施例3:
按质量计算,配比为铝质岩:高岭土:石英砂:二氧化钛=55:18:22:12。将铝质岩磨至200目以下,再与高岭土、石英砂及二氧化钛混匀加入适量水搅拌成浆体,将浆体注入模具置于水泥砂浆振动台上振荡10分钟后置于背阴处自然风干成型脱模,设定干燥烘箱温度为80℃干燥24h取出进行烧结实验。将干燥后的成型瓷胚置于高温炉中烧制成型,设4小时10分钟升温至1300℃,并保温1小时。
对产品进行物理性能测试,其中抗压强度为68.76MPa、抗折强度16.59MPa、吸水率为12.13%、耐酸性为7.32g/m2﹒h。这些指标表明产品性能优越,可待加以利用,为提高铝质岩经济效益提供强有力技术支撑。

1.一种二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:该二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷由铝质岩、高岭土、石英砂和二氧化钛按配比制成,制备方法包括如下步骤:将铝质岩磨至200目以下,再与高岭土、石英砂及二氧化钛混匀加入水搅拌成浆体注入模具,放置于水泥砂浆振动台上振荡后置于背阴处自然风干成型脱模,放入鼓风干燥烘箱内干燥24h取出进行烧结实验;将成型瓷胚置于高温炉中烧制成型,设定4小时10分钟升温至1300℃,并保温1小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:按质量计算,配比为铝质岩:高岭土:石英砂:二氧化钛=50~55:13~16:18~22:8~12。

4.根据权利要求1所述的二氧化钛-高含量氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:铝质岩中的氧化铝质量占比为35~45%,高岭土中的氧化铝质量占比为35~45%。
