The upper ends of the opposite interfaces of the two garbage shed units 2.1 are welded with the front side keel frame 2.1.3 or the rear side keel frame 2.1.4 by galvanized flat iron on each side to form a positioning clamp 8, when the two garbage shed units 2.1 are closed, the positioning clamp 8 ensures that the two sheds are tightly aligned and closed, the closed butt joint deviation can not be caused by the left and right shaking of the garbage shed units 2.1, and the full sealing performance of the garbage station is ensured.
In this embodiment, the manner of fully pushing and pulling the garbage in and out of the closed spray garbage station is as follows: the garbage can enter and exit the garbage pool 3 vertically and horizontally, while the garbage in the traditional garbage station is realized from the horizontal direction of the garbage gate, which is the biggest difference; when the full-push-pull closed spray type garbage station is selected, the full-push closed spray type garbage station is selected in the coverage area of a large arm of a tower crane in a construction site, and when the left garbage shed unit 2.1 and the right garbage shed unit 2.1 are opened, the upper part of a garbage pool 3 is fully opened, so that garbage can be easily lifted into the garbage pool 3 through the tower crane; when the trolley is horizontally transported to the garbage station, the left and right garbage shed units 2.1 are opened, and garbage can be transported into the garbage pool 3 from the movable baffle 6. When the movable baffle 6 of the garbage pool 3 blocks garbage, the garbage cannot overflow to prop against the wall of the garbage shed when the garbage is excessive, the left and right push-pull opening of the garbage shed unit 2.1 is further affected, and meanwhile, the capacity of the garbage pool is correspondingly increased.
The garbage in the garbage pool 3 needs to be cleared and consumed in time, and the garbage pool is suitable for a small forklift; pulling the two garbage canopy units 2.1 open, and opening the spraying equipment 7 to spray and reduce dust; then the movable baffle 6 of the garbage pool 3 is opened, garbage is directly shoveled out by a small forklift and is loaded to a garbage transport vehicle, and the transport efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment, when the full-push-pull airtight spray type garbage station is normally used, education and training for correctly using the garbage station are carried out by an operator, and the garbage station can be correctly operated in the use process, so that the garbage shed unit 2.1 is prevented from being damaged due to incorrect use; when the four-stage and above strong wind period, the full push-pull closed spray type garbage station is forbidden to be opened, and the two garbage shed units 2.1 are closed and then are tightly aligned, so that the limiting fixer 5 is ensured to clamp the longitudinal side keel framework 2.1.5, and the garbage shed units 2.1 are prevented from being blown down by strong wind.

Claims (6)
1. A full push-pull closed spray type garbage station comprises a track (1), a garbage shed (2) and a garbage pool (3) arranged in the garbage shed (2); the method is characterized in that: the track (1) is provided with two tracks which are longitudinally arranged at intervals; wherein each track (1) is transversely arranged; the garbage shed (2) is a fully-closed house formed by splicing two garbage shed units (2.1) in mirror symmetry; the bottom of the garbage shed units (2.1) is provided with first rollers (4), and the two garbage shed units (2.1) are connected to the track (1) in a sliding manner through the first rollers (4); a limit fixer (5) for fixing the garbage shed unit (2.1) is arranged at the lower part of the garbage shed unit (2.1); the garbage shed units (2.1) are spliced and separated to realize the opening and closing of the garbage shed (2); the garbage pool (3) is arranged between two garbage shed units (2.1), a movable baffle (6) is arranged on the side surface of the garbage pool (3) parallel to one side of the track (1), and spraying equipment (7) for spraying water mist into the pool are arranged at intervals at the top of the garbage pool (3);
the garbage shed unit (2.1) comprises a keel framework, and a roof board (2.1.1) and a wall board (2.1.2) which are arranged on the keel framework; the keel frame comprises a front keel frame (2.1.3), a rear keel frame (2.1.4), a longitudinal side keel frame (2.1.5) and a top keel frame (2.1.6); the front side keel frame (2.1.3) and the rear side keel frame (2.1.4) are correspondingly connected to the two rails (1) through first rollers (4) respectively; the longitudinal side keel frame (2.1.5) is longitudinally connected between the outer ends of the front side keel frame (2.1.3) and the rear side keel frame (2.1.4); the top keel frame (2.1.6) is connected between the tops of the front keel frame (2.1.3) and the rear keel frame (2.1.4); the garbage shed units (2.1) are provided with positioning cards (8) on the side edges positioned on one side of the splicing, and the positioning cards (8) on the two garbage shed units (2.1) are detachably connected; the limit fixer (5) comprises a positioning block (5.1), a hook (5.2) and a connecting plate (5.3); the positioning blocks (5.1) are arranged at intervals along the lower edge of the keel frame; the hooks (5.2) are provided with a group and are arranged corresponding to the positioning blocks (5.1); wherein each hook (5.2) is in an inverted L shape and comprises a transverse edge and a longitudinal edge; the transverse edge of the hook (5.2) is hung on the positioning block (5.1), and the lower end of the hook (5.2) is fixedly connected with the ground through the connecting plate (5.3) and the bolt (5.4); the garbage pool (3) is formed by enclosing two longitudinal pool walls and a transverse pool wall connected between one sides of the two longitudinal pool walls; the movable baffle (6) is arranged between the two longitudinal tank walls of the garbage tank (3) and comprises a vertical baffle (6.1), an inclined strut (6.2) and a second roller (6.3) connected to the bottom of the vertical baffle (6.1); the vertical baffles (6.1) are arranged parallel to the transverse pool walls; the inclined strut (6.2) is supported between the outer side of the vertical baffle (6.1) and the ground, and the upper end of the inclined strut (6.2) is hinged with the vertical baffle (6.1);
spacing retainers (5) are arranged at intervals at the bottom of the garbage shed unit (2.1); when the two garbage shed units (2.1) are spliced, the limiting fixer (5) prevents the garbage shed units (2.1) from moving along the track (1); a rain cover (10) is arranged above the top of the garbage shed (2) and corresponds to the position of the splice joint of the two garbage shed units (2.1); the rain cover (10) is fixed at the top of the garbage shed unit (2.1) at one side along the direction of the splicing seam.
2. The fully push-pull closed spray refuse station according to claim 1, characterized in that: a handle (9) for pulling the two garbage canopy units (2.1) apart is arranged on the longitudinal side surface of the garbage canopy units (2.1).
3. A method of constructing a fully push-pull closed spray refuse station according to any one of claims 1-2, comprising the steps of:
selecting sites of a garbage station, and tamping and hardening the sites;
step two, paving a track (1); mounting two rails (1) on a hardened field at a parallel interval, wherein the interval between the two rails (1) is matched with the width of a garbage station;
step three, selecting materials: the materials of all the components of the garbage station are reasonably selected according to the actual situation on site and the size of the garbage pool (3);
step four, manufacturing keel frameworks of two garbage shed units (2.1) and a construction garbage pool (3);
step five, after the construction of the garbage pool (3) is finished, installing spraying equipment (7) for spraying water mist into the pool at the top of the garbage pool (3);
step six, respectively installing keel frameworks of the two garbage shed units (2.1) on the rails (1);
and step seven, respectively installing a roof board (2.1.1) and a wall board (2.1.2) of the garbage shed unit (2.1) until the construction is finished.
4. A method of constructing a fully push-pull closed spray refuse station according to claim 3, characterized in that: when the water supply main pipe connected with the spraying equipment (7) is an embedded pipe, the embedded work of the water supply main pipe is finished before the site is compacted and hardened in the step one;
the thickness of the hardened soil layer in the first step is 100 mm-150 mm.
5. A method of constructing a fully push-pull closed spray refuse station according to claim 3, characterized in that: in the third step, the keel frame of the garbage shed unit (2.1) is made of light steel, and the roof board (2.1.1) and the wall board (2.1.2) are made of color steel plates.
6. A method of constructing a fully push-pull closed spray refuse station according to claim 3, characterized in that: in the fourth step, the manufacture of the keel framework of the garbage shed unit (2.1) and the construction of the garbage pool (3) are synchronously carried out, and the garbage pool (3) is positioned between the two rails (1).
