一种适用于烧结型焊剂的柱塞修复用堆焊药芯焊丝
(一)技术领域
本发明属于焊接材料技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于烧结型焊剂的柱塞修复用堆焊药芯焊丝。
(二) 背景技术
目前柱塞的修复方法主要有电镀铬法、氧-乙炔焰合金粉末喷涂/喷焊法和激光熔焊法,这些方法中,电镀铬法污染严重,不适应环保要求;氧-乙炔焰合金粉末喷涂/喷焊法靠火焰融化母材和合金,熔深较浅,熔深一般不超过1.5mm,熔合效果不好,耐磨性差;激光熔焊法则成本高,效率低。因此,堆焊法作为材料表面改性的一种经济而快速的工艺方法,越来越广泛地应用于柱塞的修复中,堆焊修复用到的堆焊药芯焊丝对柱塞的修复性能影响至关重要,而现有堆焊药芯焊丝的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性较差,且与烧结型焊剂配合效果较差,烙深浅。
专利名称为《连铸辊埋弧堆焊用析出硬化型不锈钢药芯焊丝及其制备方法》、公告号为CN108015447A的专利申请公布了一种药芯焊丝,但其与烧结型焊剂配合效果差,在柱塞的修复中烙深较浅,表现不理想。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种适用于烧结型焊剂的柱塞修复用堆焊药芯焊丝。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种适用于烧结型焊剂的柱塞修复用堆焊药芯焊丝,由钢带和药粉组成,钢带采用SPCC冷轧碳钢钢带,药粉的填充率为35-40%;所述药粉中各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁10-15%,高碳锰铁10-15%,微碳铬铁55-60%,稀土硅1-3%,氧化铝0.5-1%,钒铁、钨铁、钼铁、镍粉中一种或几种8-15%。
作为优选方案,上述药粉中各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁10%,高碳锰铁12%,微碳铬铁60%,稀土硅3%,氧化铝1%,钒铁、钨铁、钼铁、镍粉合金14%。
作为优选方案,上述药粉中各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁10%,高碳锰铁12%,微碳铬铁60%,稀土硅2%,氧化铝1%,钒铁、镍粉合金15%。
本发明的药芯焊丝,配合烧结型焊剂使用,该焊丝无污染,熔深深,熔深大约在2.5-3.5mm之间,熔敷效率高,可连续多层堆焊,成本低,耐腐蚀性和耐磨效果佳。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种适用于烧结型焊剂的柱塞修复用堆焊药芯焊丝,由钢带和药粉组成,钢带采用SPCC冷轧碳钢钢带,通过设备轧制成U型,然后按照35-40%填充率添加药粉,再轧制成O型,最后通过模具进行冷拉拔成合适的直径。
其中上述添加的药粉各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁10%,高碳锰铁12%,微碳铬铁60%,稀土硅3%,氧化铝1%,钒铁、钨铁、钼铁、镍粉合金14%;本实施例优选的药粉填充率为40%。
本实施例制得的焊丝,配合烧结型焊剂使用,比如配合SJ102焊剂使用,该焊丝无污染,熔深约2.9-3.5mm,熔敷效率高,可连续多层堆焊。在熔敷金属中添加了镍粉,钼铁,钒铁,钨铁,增强了焊丝耐腐蚀性,且加入了稀土硅,细化组织,增强了耐磨效果。
实施例2:
与实施例1不同之处在于:药粉中各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁10%,高碳锰铁12%,微碳铬铁60%,稀土硅2%,氧化铝1%,钒铁、镍粉合金15%;药粉填充率为35%。本实施例制得的焊丝,熔深约2.7-3mm。
实施例3:
与实施例1不同之处在于:药粉中各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁15%,高碳锰铁15%,微碳铬铁55%,稀土硅1%,氧化铝1%,镍粉13%;药粉填充率为37%。本实施例制得的焊丝,熔深约2.5-2.8mm。
实施例4:
与实施例1不同之处在于:药粉中各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁15%,高碳锰铁14%,微碳铬铁60%,稀土硅2.5%,氧化铝0.5%,钒铁、钨铁、钼铁、镍粉合金8%;药粉填充率为40%。本实施例制得的焊丝,熔深约2.5-2.7mm。

1.一种适用于烧结型焊剂的柱塞修复用堆焊药芯焊丝,由钢带和药粉组成,其特殊之处在于:采用SPCC冷轧碳钢钢带,药粉的填充率为35-40%;所述药粉中各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁10-15%,高碳锰铁10-15%,微碳铬铁55-60%,稀土硅1-3%,氧化铝0.5-1%,钒铁、钨铁、钼铁、镍粉中一种或几种8-15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于烧结型焊剂的耐磨损耐腐蚀的堆焊药芯焊丝,其特殊之处在于:药粉中各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁10%,高碳锰铁12%,微碳铬铁60%,稀土硅3%,氧化铝1%,钒铁、钨铁、钼铁、镍粉合金14%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于烧结型焊剂的耐磨损耐腐蚀的堆焊药芯焊丝,其特殊之处在于:药粉中各组分的质量百分比为:高碳铬铁10%,高碳锰铁12%,微碳铬铁60%,稀土硅2%,氧化铝1%,钒铁、镍粉合金15%。
