1) paving a plurality of plastic toys in a cleaning basket with an open upper part and mesh holes at the bottom;
2) sending the cleaning basket with the plastic toy into a cleaning area of steam cleaning equipment, and starting steam, wherein the steam is divided into two parts, one part flows from the opening of the cleaning basket to the bottom from top to bottom and flows out of meshes, the other part flows into the cleaning basket from the meshes from bottom to top and flows to the opening of the cleaning basket, the air flows of the two parts of steam are collided up and down, and oil stains are separated from the surface of the plastic toy and fall into a sewage collecting tank at the bottom of the cleaning area from the meshes;
3) withdrawing the cleaning basket from the cleaning area, taking out the cleaning basket with the plastic toy after cleaning, and drying or air-drying the plastic toy;
4) and in the cleaning process of the previous cleaning basket, spreading a plurality of next plastic toys in the next cleaning basket, sending the plastic toys into the cleaning area, and repeating the steps 2) and 3) batch by batch to realize the cleaning of the plastic toys.
Preferably, in step 2), the washing basket is capable of rotating around a vertical direction to realize the transposition of the plurality of plastic toys in the washing area.
Preferably, in step 2), excess steam in the washing area is extracted while the steam is convected and flows back to the steam generation device.
Preferably, in step 2), at the inlet of the purge zone, an air curtain is formed to prevent steam from leaking from the inlet.
According to a specific implementation and preferred aspect of the invention, the steam cleaning equipment comprises a case with a cleaning area inside, a cleaning basket for containing the plastic toy, a first driving mechanism for driving the cleaning basket to move towards the inside and outside of the cleaning area, and a cleaning mechanism which is positioned in the case and can spray steam towards the cleaning area to wash the plastic toy, wherein the cleaning basket comprises a frame body with an upward opening, a mesh plate positioned at the bottom of the frame body, the steam sprayed by the cleaning mechanism is sprayed towards the plastic toy placed on the mesh plate in a downward and upward opposite-flushing mode from the opening at the top of the cleaning basket and from the mesh hole at the bottom, and oil stains on the surface of the plastic toy fall down from the mesh hole and are separated from the plastic toy.
Preferably, a sewage collecting tank is further arranged below the cleaning area, and oil stains separated from the surface of the plastic toy fall into the sewage collecting tank.
