The beneficial effects are that: the invention can cut off the weeds at the two sides of the cement ditch by the matching of the movable blade and the fixed blade driven by the cylinder, and the cut-off weeds are stirred downwards by the stirring plate, and the invention is also provided with the crushing blade, so that the cut-off weeds can be crushed, and the effects of cutting off the weeds at the two sides of the cement ditch, preventing the weeds from blocking the cement ditch, not influencing the flow of water, and also easily circulating the sundries such as leaves and the like are achieved.

Therefore, when the weeds 7 are cut, an operator can start the first motor 30 to rotate, the first motor 30 can drive the first rotating shaft 27 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 27 can drive the first belt pulley 31 to rotate, the first belt pulley 31 can drive the second belt pulley 32 to rotate through the flat belt 33, the second belt pulley 32 can drive the second rotating shaft 28 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 27 and the second rotating shaft 28 can be simultaneously driven to rotate, the crushing blades 29 can be driven to rotate, the cut weeds 7 can be crushed, the crushed weeds 7 can be discharged into a ditch through the discharge port 24, the weeds 7 can be more easily rotten during composting, and after the weeds 7 are crushed, the operator can close the first motor 30.
