Referring to fig. 12, the light emitting module 2 includes a base 22, a transparent cover 26, a diffusion cover 25, a shaped light source PCB24, and an upper cover 21, wherein the base 22 and the upper cover 21 are fastened by a plurality of screws, and the transparent cover 26, the diffusion cover 25, and the shaped light source PCB24 are located between the base 22 and the upper cover 21; the transparent cover 26 is a thick-wall transparent injection molding. The transparent cover 26 is a thick-wall transparent injection molding part, is effectively combined with the diffusion cover 25 by the base 22, and is then fixed with the transparent cover 26, so that defects such as light leakage, gaps and the like can be effectively avoided, and the problems of uneven luminous brightness, yellowing and the like caused by adopting a spraying and diffusing ink mode are avoided.
The special-shaped light source PCB24 is matched with the upper cover 21, the transparent cover 26 and the diffusion cover 25 in shape, the special-shaped light source PCB24 is effectively attached to the upper cover 21, heat dissipation is uniform, and not only the luminous effect is ensured, but also the design sense is completely presented.
As an improvement, the lamp holder 1 comprises a hollow conduit 19 at the upper part and a supporting seat 13 at the lower part, the conduit 19 passes through the supporting seat 13, the supporting seat 13 is fixedly connected with the conduit 19, the lower end of the supporting seat 13 is opened, the supporting seat 13 is externally clamped with a decorative frame 17, the supporting seat 13 is provided with a circular light source PCB16, and a transparent mask 18 is arranged between the supporting seat 13 and the decorative frame 17. A circular light source PCB16 and a transparent mask 18 are arranged at the bottom of the lamp holder 1, so that the appearance and illumination intensity of the lamp are improved.
Referring to fig. 13, the upper cover 21 of the light emitting module 2, the upper cover 21 has an upper rectangular portion 211 for forming the conductive connection portion 2A and an upper shaped portion 212 for forming the light emitting portion 2B. The upper surface of the upper rectangular portion 211 is provided with a buckle 2111, the buckle 2111 is substantially rectangular, three sides around the buckle 2111 are provided with deformation grooves 2112, and the buckle 2111 has an inclined surface. Two screw holes 213 are also formed in the upper rectangular portion 211, and one screw hole 213 is formed in the light emitting portion 2B. The upper rectangular portion 211 forms a cavity with an open lower end.
Referring to fig. 14, the base 22 of the light emitting module 2, the base 22 includes a lower rectangular portion 221 and a lower supporting portion 222. The lower rectangular portion 221 has an inner spigot at its edge. The lower rectangular portion 221 is provided with three through grooves 2211 through which the second conductive member 23 passes. Two screw columns 223 are provided on the lower rectangular portion 221, and one screw column 223 is provided on the lower support portion 222. The lower surface of the lower rectangular portion 221 extends to form a guide rib 2212. The guide rib 2212 is disconnected in the middle, and the second conductive member 23 in the middle is located at the disconnection of the guide rib 2212. The lower rectangular portion 221 extends downward to form a limiting portion 224, and the limiting portion 224 is matched with the protruding block 124 of the lower base 12 of the lamp base 1 to limit the insertion depth of the light emitting module 2. The light emitting module 2 and the lamp socket 1 are completely positioned in the insertion direction by the buckle 2111 and the clamping groove 113, the limit part 224 and the convex block 124.
Referring to fig. 15, the second conductive member 23 of the light emitting module 2, the second conductive member 23 has a positioning portion 231 and an electrical contact portion 232. The positioning portion 231 is provided with screw holes 213, positioning holes, and wiring holes. The electrical contact 232 is perpendicular to the positioning portion 231 and is located in the middle of the positioning portion 231.
Referring to fig. 2 and 10, the plugging cavity 1A and the conductive connection portion 2A are both rectangular. The plug-in cavity 1A and the conductive connecting part 2A are cuboid, the size of the plug-in cavity 1A is matched with that of the conductive connecting part 2A, and the light-emitting module 2 and the lamp holder 1 cannot shake after the conductive connecting part 2A is inserted into the plug-in cavity 1A. In other embodiments, the mating socket cavity 1A and the conductive connection portion 2A may have other shapes and may have a taper.
As a modification, the socket cavity 1A is provided with a clamping groove 113, the conductive connecting portion 2A is provided with a buckle 2111, and the buckle 2111 is clamped into the clamping groove 113. The conductive connecting part 2A is clamped with the plug-in cavity 1A, so that the light emitting module 2 is clamped after being inserted into the lamp holder 1, and the independent setting operation is not needed. The second conductive member 23 is located at the lower portion of the conductive connection portion 2A, and the buckle 2111 is located at the upper portion of the conductive connection portion 2A to reduce accumulation of dust droplets and the like at the second conductive member 23.
Referring to fig. 2 and 11, the conductive connecting portion 2A has a guiding rib 2212 matching with the guiding groove 123, the exposed portion of the second conductive member 23 is in a sheet shape, and the thickness of the guiding rib 2212 is not less than the thickness of the exposed portion of the second conductive member 23. The conductive connecting portion 2A has a guiding rib 2212 matched with the guiding groove 123, the lamp holder 1 and the light emitting module 2 are easy to assemble, and the guiding rib 2212 has the function of preventing the light emitting module 2 from shaking relative to the lamp holder 1.
As a modification, the clamping groove 113 is a through groove 2211; the buckle 2111 has an inclined surface, and a deformation groove 2112 is formed around the buckle 2111. The locking groove 113 is a through groove 2211, and the buckle 2111 can be operated to separate the light emitting module 2 from the lamp socket 1. Clasp 2111 has a bevel to facilitate insertion; deformation grooves 2112 are formed around the buckles 2111, so that the buckles 2111 are easy to deform.
Referring to fig. 15, the second conductive member 23 has a positioning portion 231 and an electrical contact portion 232, the electrical contact portion 232 being perpendicular to the positioning portion 231, the electrical contact portion 232 being exposed, the electrical contact portion 232 being in electrical contact with the first conductive member 14.
Referring to fig. 16, the shaped light source PCB24 and the upper cover 21 are adapted in shape and size, and the shaped light source PCB24 is located in a cavity formed by the upper cover 21. The shaped light source PCB24 is provided with a plurality of elongated grooves 241 along the insertion direction, and the elongated grooves 241 enable the shaped light source PCB24 to be appropriately bent so as to be attached to the upper cover 21. The upper cover 21 extends to form a plurality of positioning columns, and a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the special-shaped light source PCB 24.
Referring to fig. 17, the lower layer light emitting module 2 of the lamp, the lower layer light emitting module 2 includes an upper cover 21, a base 22, a second conductive member 23, a shaped light source PCB24, and a transparent cover 26. The lower layer light emitting module 2 is slightly bent downward. The base 22 has a connecting portion surrounding the transparent cover 26, and a clamping block is formed by extending on the connecting portion, and the base 22 is clamped with the transparent cover 26.
The assembled lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the lamp holder 1 and the light-emitting module 2 are assembled in a plug-in mode, the lamp holder 1 and the light-emitting module 2 can be packaged separately, the packaging volume is reduced, the packaging and transportation cost is reduced, the light-emitting module 2 is easy to maintain, and different shapes can be obtained by replacing the light-emitting module 2; the light-emitting module 2 is clamped with the lamp holder 1, so that the light-emitting module 2 can be conveniently and quickly assembled and disassembled, and the light-emitting module 2 can be prevented from being separated from the lamp holder 1; the special-shaped light source PCB24 of the light emitting module 2 is attached to the cavity of the upper cover 21 after being bent.
