Abstract

The catalyst balls can perform catalytic oxidation on one hand, and also have the function of carrying oxygen on the other hand, the diameter of the catalyst balls 4 can be 1-5 cm, the bulk density can be 0.7-0.9 g/cc, the catalyst balls can be recovered on the one hand through catalyst ball recovery equipment, and on the other hand, water in the catalyst balls can be thrown out and replaced by air so as to facilitate the oxidation reaction between the catalyst balls below and above and sewage. The used catalyst balls can be collected and used for removing the adsorbed organic matters in the form of aerobic roasting at high temperature, such as 350 ℃.
The invention also provides a domestic sewage multi-stage purification and recovery method, which comprises the following steps: the domestic sewage is injected into a barrier tank 1 to remove floating objects and then is sent into a filter tank 2 for filtering, the obtained sewage is sent into an oxidation tank 3 to be contacted with a catalyst ball 4 from the bottom of the oxidation tank 3 and to be subjected to oxidation reaction under the catalysis of the catalyst ball 4 and the effect of carried oxygen, the used catalyst ball 4 is recycled by adopting catalyst ball recycling equipment 5 and catalyst ball circulating equipment 6, the catalyst ball 4 comprises a ferromagnetic outer ball 41, a hollow sealed stainless steel inner ball 42 and titanium dioxide catalyst particles 43 which are positioned in the ferromagnetic outer ball 41, the ferromagnetic outer ball 41 is provided with air holes 44 which can pass through air, the catalyst ball recycling equipment 5 comprises a rotating motor, a square plate 51 which can be driven by the rotating motor to rotate, and an on-off electromagnet 52 which is arranged outside the square plate 51 and is used for adsorbing the catalyst ball 4, the switchable electromagnet 52 is powered on when rotating to the position above the liquid level of the oxidation pond 3 along with the square plate 51 to adsorb the catalyst balls 4, and is powered off after rotating 90 degrees along with the square plate 51 to desorb the catalyst balls 4, the catalyst ball circulation device 6 comprises a recovery pipeline 61 for collecting the catalyst balls 4 recovered by the catalyst ball recovery device 5, a first liquid pump 62 for injecting water into the catalyst balls 4, and a second liquid pump 63 for conveying the water and the catalyst balls 4 into the bottom of the oxidation pond 3, and an inlet of the recovery pipeline 61 is arranged on the side surface of the square plate 51 so that the catalyst balls 4 desorbed after the switchable electromagnet 52 adsorbing the catalyst balls 4 on the square plate 51 is powered off can enter the recovery pipeline 61.
