The invention realizes the sealed butt joint between the refrigerated freight automobile and the refrigeration house, establishes the sealed heat preservation channel between the automobile and the refrigeration house, carries out heat preservation transportation on the goods before entering the refrigeration house or after leaving the refrigeration house, and solves the problem that the goods can not be preserved in the transferring process between the automobile and the refrigeration house.

1. A precooling channel for butting an automobile and a refrigeration house is characterized by comprising a heat-preservation blocking section and an automobile butting section; wherein,
the heat-insulation blocking section is in butt joint with a refrigeration house (12), the automobile butt joint section is in butt joint with an automobile rear carriage, a sealing air bag (2) is arranged at one end of the automobile butt joint section, the sealing air bag (2) is of an annular structure, an anti-collision elastic sealing ring (7) is arranged at the joint of the heat-insulation blocking section and the automobile butt joint section, a plurality of pressure sensors (10) are arranged on the end face of the anti-collision elastic sealing ring (7), and the pressure sensors (10) are uniformly arranged on the end face of the anti-collision elastic sealing ring (7);
the heat preservation separation section is provided with first heat preservation separation door (4) and second way heat preservation separation door (6), first heat preservation separation door (4) are close to the freezer setting, second way heat preservation separation door (6) are close to the car butt joint section setting, just first heat preservation separation door (4) and second way heat preservation separation door (6) are interlocking control, in order to guarantee first heat preservation separation door (4) and second way heat preservation separation door (6) are opened simultaneously, thereby at the car with between second way heat preservation separation door (6) or form cargo transportation's precooling passageway between first heat preservation separation door (4) and the freezer.

The pre-cooling channel for the butting of the automobile and the refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the heat-insulating barrier section is further provided with a refrigerating air port (5), and the refrigerating air port (5) is arranged between the first heat-insulating barrier door (4) and the second heat-insulating barrier door (6) and used for conveying refrigerating gas into an automobile compartment and the pre-cooling channel.
3. The pre-cooling channel for the butting of the automobile and the refrigeration house according to claim 1, wherein the automobile butting section is further provided with a sound-light alarm device (3), and the sound-light alarm device (3) comprises a light component and a sound component.

The precooling channel for butting of automobile and refrigerator according to claim 1 or 3, wherein pressure warning lamp sets (11) are arranged on two sides of the outer end face of the automobile butting section, and each pressure warning lamp set (11) is composed of a plurality of lamp holders capable of displaying different colors.

The pre-cooling channel for the butt joint of the automobile and the refrigeration house according to claim 1, wherein a guide way (9) is arranged at the automobile parking position of the pre-cooling channel, the guide way (9) is of an L-shaped structure consisting of two sections, one section is an avoiding section, the other section is a working section, the avoiding section is perpendicular to the pre-cooling channel, and the working section is parallel to the pre-cooling channel.

The pre-cooling channel for the butt joint of the automobile and the refrigerator as claimed in claim 7, wherein a retaining block (8) is further disposed on the guide way (9), the retaining block (8) comprises a triangular block and wheels, the retaining block (8) is slidably connected with the guide way (9), and the retaining block (8) can move along the guide way (9).

The pre-cooling channel for the butt joint of the automobile and the refrigeration house according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a plurality of rows of the pre-cooling channel can be arranged along the periphery of the refrigeration house (12) according to actual requirements, and each row of the pre-cooling channel is independently corresponding to one refrigeration house door and is used for the butt joint and stop of the tail of one truck, so that a plurality of trucks can be loaded and unloaded simultaneously.
8. A method for butting an automobile with a refrigerator, which is characterized by being realized by applying the precooling channel for butting the automobile with the refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The automobile and refrigeration house docking method according to claim 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the tail part of the automobile compartment enters an automobile butt joint section, and the brake is stopped;
s2: a driver observes the colors of the lights in the pressure warning lamp group (11), and when the lights corresponding to the specified pressure values are all on, the automobile is braked and stopped;
s3: the backstop block (8) moves from the avoidance section to the working section of the approach way (9), stops in front of the wheels and is clamped between the wheels and the approach way (9);
s4: starting an air compressor, wherein the air compressor is used for inflating the sealed air bag (2), and when the sealed air bag (2) reaches a preset pressure value, the air compressor maintains the inflation (2) of the sealed air bag, so that the pressure value of the sealed air bag (2) is kept unchanged;
s5: opening a first heat-preservation barrier door (4), and then opening a vehicle door at the tail of the vehicle compartment;
s6: starting the refrigerator, and conveying cold air to the heat-preservation separation section of the precooling channel and the carriage by the refrigerator through a refrigerating air port (5) arranged on the heat-preservation separation section of the precooling channel to keep the temperature of the heat-preservation separation section of the precooling channel and the temperature of the carriage consistent with the temperature of the refrigeration house for heat preservation and refrigeration;
s7: opening a second heat-preservation barrier door (6) and opening a bin door of the refrigeration house (12);
s8: the cargo handling is started.
