Abstract

本发明公开了一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其包括机架,机架顶面至左而右分别设置有进传输组件、消毒箱、切割组件、保鲜箱及出传输组件;切割组件包括设置于机架顶面的承载台,承载台的一侧面垂直连接有一竖板,竖板的顶部水平连接一横板,横板位于承载台的上方,横板的底面水平连接有导轨,导轨底部连接有能够随导轨往复移动的滑板,滑板的底部垂直连接有固定板,固定板的右侧面连接有一伸缩杆,伸缩杆的底部可拆卸设置有一水平的插板,插板上等距开设有多个插槽,插槽内均能够插接有切刀,切刀的刃部朝下设置。本发明具有设计合理,加工安全效率,切片精密度高,保鲜效果好等优点。

一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置
技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体为一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置。
背景技术
火腿是腌制或熏制的动物的腿(如牛腿、羊腿、猪腿、鸡腿),是经过盐渍、烟熏、发酵和干燥处理的腌制动物后腿,一般用猪后腿或是以猪、牛肉的肉泥,添加淀粉与食品添加剂,压制成成的“三明治火腿”,又名“火肉”、“兰熏”。火腿在加工过程中,一些火腿品种需要对其进行切片加工,而后包装售卖,现有的食品切片设备大多存在切片效率低,精度差等缺点,不能够满足生产加工的需要。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述技术问题之一。为此,本发明提供了一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架顶面至左而右分别设置有进传输组件、消毒箱、切割组件、保鲜箱及出传输组件;所述切割组件包括设置于所述机架顶面的承载台,所述承载台的一侧面垂直连接有一竖板,所述竖板的顶部水平连接一横板,所述横板位于所述承载台的上方,所述横板的底面水平连接有导轨,所述导轨底部连接有能够随导轨往复移动的滑板,所述滑板的底部垂直连接有固定板,所述固定板的右侧面连接有一伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的底部可拆卸设置有一水平的插板,所述插板上等距开设有多个插槽,所述插槽内均能够插接有切刀,所述切刀的刃部朝下设置。
进一步的,所述机架的一侧面设置有一抓取组件,所述抓取组件包括一滑轨,所述滑轨水平连接于机架的一侧面,所述滑轨上连接有一移动板,所述移动板上垂直连接有一机械臂,所述机械臂上设置有可随机械臂上下移动的机械手,所述机械手上包括有一夹爪。
进一步的,所述消毒箱位于切割组件的左侧,所述消毒箱为左右贯通设置,所述消毒箱的顶部设置有紫外线消毒器。
进一步的,所述保鲜箱位于切割组件的右侧,所述保鲜箱为左右贯通设置,所述保鲜箱的顶部设置有一储存筒,所述储存筒内存有保鲜液,所述保鲜箱内的顶面设置有一排喷头,所述喷头朝下设置,所述喷头连接所述储存筒。
进一步的,所述进传输组件包括有一皮带传输机,所述皮带传输机水平设置于机架顶面并延伸于所述消毒箱的底部且相邻于所述承载台。
进一步的,所述出传输组件包括有一滑动轨组,所述保鲜箱设置于所述滑动轨组上部,所述滑动轨组相邻于所述承载台。
进一步的,所述导轨的一端设置有用于驱动所述滑板滑动的驱动电机。
进一步的,所述机架上设置有一密封箱。
进一步的,所述固定板的左侧面连接有一气泵,所述气泵连接所述伸缩杆。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置在机架上至左而右分别设置有进传输组件、消毒箱、切割组件、保鲜箱及出传输组件的流水线来对火腿进行加工工序;进传输组件用于放置和传输若干待加工的火腿,消毒箱用于对加工前的火腿进行消毒,切割组件用于对火腿进行切片工序,保鲜箱用于对切片完毕的火腿进行保鲜防腐工序,出传输组件用于传输出切片保鲜完毕的火腿,预备进行下一道包装工序;本发明具有设计合理,加工安全效率,切片精密度高,保鲜效果好等优点。

下面首先结合附图具体描述根据本发明实施例的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置。
如图1所示,本发明的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其包括机架1,机架1顶面至左而右分别设置有进传输组件、消毒箱3、切割组件4、保鲜箱7及出传输组件;切割组件4包括设置于机架1顶面的承载台41,承载台41的一侧面垂直连接有一竖板42,竖板42的顶部水平连接一横板43,横板43位于承载台41的上方,横板43的底面水平连接有导轨44,导轨44底部连接有能够随导轨44往复移动的滑板5,滑板5的底部垂直连接有固定板51,固定板51的右侧面连接有一伸缩杆52,伸缩杆52的底部可拆卸设置有一水平的插板54,插板54上等距开设有多个插槽,插槽内均能够插接有切刀55,切刀55的刃部朝下设置;本实施例设置有4个插槽可同时安装4个切刀55,在伸缩杆52的一次下降切割过程中,能够一次切割四片火腿,大大提高工作效率,在实际加工过程中,可根据实际情况进行切刀55的增加或减少。导轨44的一端设置有驱动电机45用于驱动滑板5滑动,固定板51的左侧面连接有一气泵53,气泵53连接伸缩杆52用于驱动伸缩杆52伸缩。
机架1的一侧面设置有一抓取组件用于将消毒完毕的火腿抓取至承载台41上进行切片,抓取组件包括一滑轨6,滑轨6水平连接于机架1的一侧面,滑轨6上连接有一移动板61,移动板61上垂直连接有一机械臂62,机械臂62上设置有可随机械臂62上下移动的机械手,机械手上包括有一夹爪63。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,消毒箱3位于切割组件4的左侧,消毒箱3为左右贯通设置,消毒箱3的顶部设置有紫外线消毒器31,当火腿移动至消毒箱3内后,紫外线消毒器31则对火腿进行照射消毒。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,保鲜箱7位于切割组件4的右侧,保鲜箱7为左右贯通设置,保鲜箱7的顶部设置有一储存筒71,储存筒71内存有保鲜液,保鲜箱7内的顶面设置有一排喷头72,喷头72朝下设置,喷头72连接储存筒71;当火腿移动至保鲜箱7内后,喷头72开始对火腿进行保鲜液的均匀喷洒。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进传输组件包括有一皮带传输机2,皮带传输机2水平设置于机架1顶面并延伸于消毒箱3的底部且相邻于承载台41。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,出传输组件包括有一滑动轨组8,保鲜箱7设置于滑动轨组8上部,滑动轨组8相邻于承载台41。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,机架1上设置有一密封箱11防止食品加工过程中产生污染,密封箱11为透明材料制成,方便工人的监视和检查。
本发明的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置在机架1上至左而右分别设置有进传输组件、消毒箱3、切割组件4、保鲜箱7及出传输组件的流水线来对火腿进行加工工序;进传输组件用于放置和传输若干待加工的火腿,消毒箱3用于对加工前的火腿进行消毒,切割组件4用于对火腿进行切片工序,保鲜箱7用于对切片完毕的火腿进行保鲜防腐工序,出传输组件用于传输出切片保鲜完毕的火腿,预备进行下一道包装工序;本发明具有设计合理,加工安全效率,切片精密度高,保鲜效果好等优点。

1.一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架顶面至左而右分别设置有进传输组件、消毒箱、切割组件、保鲜箱及出传输组件;所述切割组件包括设置于所述机架顶面的承载台,所述承载台的一侧面垂直连接有一竖板,所述竖板的顶部水平连接一横板,所述横板位于所述承载台的上方,所述横板的底面水平连接有导轨,所述导轨底部连接有能够随导轨往复移动的滑板,所述滑板的底部垂直连接有固定板,所述固定板的右侧面连接有一伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的底部可拆卸设置有一水平的插板,所述插板上等距开设有多个插槽,所述插槽内均能够插接有切刀,所述切刀的刃部朝下设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其特征在于:所述机架的一侧面设置有一抓取组件,所述抓取组件包括一滑轨,所述滑轨水平连接于机架的一侧面,所述滑轨上连接有一移动板,所述移动板上垂直连接有一机械臂,所述机械臂上设置有可随机械臂上下移动的机械手,所述机械手上包括有一夹爪。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其特征在于:所述消毒箱位于切割组件的左侧,所述消毒箱为左右贯通设置,所述消毒箱的顶部设置有紫外线消毒器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其特征在于:所述保鲜箱位于切割组件的右侧,所述保鲜箱为左右贯通设置,所述保鲜箱的顶部设置有一储存筒,所述储存筒内存有保鲜液,所述保鲜箱内的顶面设置有一排喷头,所述喷头朝下设置,所述喷头连接所述储存筒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其特征在于:所述进传输组件包括有一皮带传输机,所述皮带传输机水平设置于机架顶面并延伸于所述消毒箱的底部且相邻于所述承载台。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其特征在于:所述出传输组件包括有一滑动轨组,所述保鲜箱设置于所述滑动轨组上部,所述滑动轨组相邻于所述承载台。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其特征在于:所述导轨的一端设置有用于驱动所述滑板滑动的驱动电机。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用火腿切割加工装置,其特征在于:所述机架上设置有一密封箱。
