Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of clamps, and particularly relates to a novel clamp for processing an annular part by a digital vertical lathe.
Background
When turning a workpiece, the workpiece is fixed on a lathe by a chuck, and the workpiece is rotated at a high speed along with the operation of a lathe spindle, thereby performing cutting processing. For some workpieces with high precision requirements and relatively thin workpieces, the workpieces are fixed on a chuck to leave impressions and deform, and vibration phenomena are generated in the machining process, so that the workpiece machining precision is low and is scrapped.
However, the existing clamp for ring-shaped parts also has the problems that the clamp for ring-shaped parts with different pore sizes is not used for clamping the ring-shaped parts with different pore sizes when the outer sides of the clamp are polished, the ring-shaped parts with different outer diameters are not used for clamping the inner sides of the clamp, and the clamp for ring-shaped parts is not used for collecting waste residues generated by polishing and is easy to damage the ring-shaped parts when clamped.
Therefore, it is necessary to invent a novel fixture for digital vertical lathe processing annular parts.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a novel clamp for processing annular parts by a digital vertical lathe, which aims to solve the problems that the existing clamp for processing annular parts does not clamp annular parts with different pore sizes when polishing the outer sides, clamps annular parts with different outer diameters when polishing the inner sides, and damages to the annular parts easily occur when collecting waste residues generated by polishing and clamping. The novel clamp for processing the annular piece by the digital vertical lathe comprises a clamping plate, a storage slot, a longitudinal positioning pipe, an external thread adjusting rod, an adjustable annular piece inner ring clamping pad frame structure, an adjustable annular piece outer ring clamping frame structure, an auxiliary clamping spring, a waste residue storage and collection bucket structure, a bottom baffle, an adjusting nut, a dust-proof pipe, a longitudinal bracket, a bottom mounting plate and an internal thread fixing cylinder, wherein the storage slot is formed in the middle upper part of the clamping plate; the longitudinal positioning pipe is embedded in the middle lower part of the clamping plate; the external thread adjusting rod is inserted in the middle of the longitudinal positioning pipe; the adjustable annular piece inner ring clamping pad frame structure is arranged at the upper part of the external thread adjusting rod; the adjustable annular piece outer ring clamping frame structure is arranged on the left side and the right side of the clamping plate; the auxiliary clamping spring is sleeved at the lower part of the outer side of the external thread adjusting rod; the waste residue storage and collection bucket structures are arranged at the left side and the right side of the longitudinal bracket; the bottom baffle is arranged at the lower side of the auxiliary clamping spring and sleeved at the lower part of the external thread adjusting rod; the adjusting nut is arranged at the lower part of the bottom baffle and is in threaded connection with the outer side of the external thread adjusting rod; the dustproof pipe is sleeved on the outer side of the auxiliary clamping spring, and the upper end and the lower end of the dustproof pipe are respectively glued with the lower part of the clamping plate and the upper part of the bottom baffle; the longitudinal brackets are welded on the left side and the right side of the middle lower part of the clamping plate; the bottom mounting plate is welded at the lower part of the longitudinal bracket; the internal thread fixing cylinder is transversely embedded in the left side and the right side of the clamping plate; the adjustable annular piece inner ring clamping pad frame structure comprises a disc pad plate, an adjusting slot, an adjustable lengthening plate, a rubber cushion block, a fixing nut and a jacking bolt, wherein the disc pad plate is welded at the upper end of an external thread adjusting rod; the adjusting slot is transversely arranged in the middle of the disc backing plate; the adjustable lengthening plates are inserted into the left side and the right side of the inside of the adjusting slot; the rubber cushion blocks are respectively glued at the left end of the adjustable extension plate and the right side of the adjustable extension plate; the fixing nuts are embedded in the left side and the right side of the upper part of the disc backing plate; the jacking bolt is in threaded connection with the middle position of the fixing nut.
Preferably, the adjustable annular piece outer ring clamping frame structure comprises a longitudinal auxiliary clamping plate, a transverse positioning pipe, a fixing bolt, a clamping nut and a clamping bolt, wherein the longitudinal auxiliary clamping plate is arranged at the left side and the right side of the disc backing plate; the transverse positioning pipe is transversely embedded in the upper part of the longitudinal auxiliary clamping plate; the fixing bolt is inserted in the middle of the transverse positioning pipe; the clamping nut is embedded in the lower part of the longitudinal auxiliary clamping plate; the clamping bolt is in threaded connection with the middle position of the clamping nut.
Preferably, the waste residue storage and collection bucket structure comprises a waste residue collection bucket, a discharging frame, a protective door, a limiting stop lever and a limiting plate, wherein the discharging frame is embedded in the right lower part of the waste residue collection bucket; the protection door is connected to the right side of the discharging frame in a shaft way; the limiting stop lever is arranged on the upper right side of the discharging frame and is welded with the waste residue collecting hopper; the limiting plate is connected to the lower part of the limiting stop lever in a shaft mode.
Preferably, the jacking bolts penetrate through the fixing nuts and contact with the upper surface of the adjustable lengthening plate.
Preferably, the fixing bolt penetrates through the transverse positioning pipe and is in threaded connection with the internal thread fixing cylinder.
Preferably, the waste residue collecting hopper is arranged at the left side and the right side of the lower part of the clamping plate, and is respectively arranged at the left side of the longitudinal bracket and the right side of the longitudinal bracket by bolts.
Preferably, the clamping side of the clamping bolt is glued with a silica gel pad with the thickness of five millimeters to eight millimeters.
Preferably, the lower surface of the rubber cushion block is lower than the lower surface of the disc cushion plate by three to five millimeters.
Preferably, the dustproof pipe specifically adopts a silica gel corrugated pipe.
Preferably, the length of the storage slot is three to five millimeters greater than the length between the left and right rubber cushion blocks of the disc cushion plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the jacking bolts penetrate through the fixing nuts to be in contact with the upper surface of the adjustable extension plate, the jacking bolts are loosened, the length of the adjustable extension plate inserted into the adjusting slot is adjusted according to the diameter of the inner ring of the annular piece, two ends of the adjustable extension plate are positioned on the upper side of the annular piece, then the jacking bolts are screwed, and the disc base plate is pulled under the action of the auxiliary clamping springs, so that the auxiliary clamping effect on the annular piece placed on the upper side of the clamping plate is facilitated.
2. According to the invention, the fixing bolt penetrates through the transverse positioning pipe and is in threaded connection with the internal thread fixing cylinder, when the inner ring of the annular piece is required to be polished, the fixing bolt is unscrewed in the internal thread fixing cylinder, one hundred and eighty degrees of angles are rotated towards the downward end of the longitudinal auxiliary clamping plate, then the fixing bolt is screwed in the internal thread fixing cylinder, and meanwhile, the clamping bolt is rotated in the clamping nut, so that the annular piece placed on the upper side of the clamping plate is clamped.
3. In the invention, the waste residue collecting hopper is arranged at the left side and the right side of the lower part of the clamping plate, and is respectively arranged at the left side of the longitudinal bracket and the right side of the longitudinal bracket by bolts, so that the waste residue collecting hopper is beneficial to collecting waste residue generated by grinding in use.
4. According to the invention, the silica gel pad with the thickness of five millimeters to eight millimeters is glued on the clamping side of the clamping bolt, so that the clamping bolt can be prevented from damaging the annular piece during use.
5. In the invention, the lower surface of the rubber cushion block is lower than the lower surface of the disc cushion plate by three to five millimeters, which is beneficial to avoiding the direct contact between the disc cushion plate and the annular piece when in use, thereby reducing the abrasion degree caused by the contact between the annular piece and the disc cushion plate.
6. According to the invention, the dustproof pipe is a silica gel corrugated pipe, so that the dustproof function of the auxiliary clamping spring can be realized when the dustproof pipe is used, and the normal operation of the auxiliary clamping spring is not influenced.
7. In the invention, the length of the storage slot is three to five millimeters larger than the length between the rubber cushion blocks at the left side and the right side of the disc cushion plate, which is beneficial to not affecting the occupied space when the disc cushion plate is not needed.
8. According to the invention, the limiting plate is arranged, so that the shielding effect on the protective door can be realized when the protective door is used.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, in the above embodiment, specifically, the waste residue storage and collection bucket structure 8 includes a waste residue collection bucket 81, a discharge frame 82, a protective door 83, a limit stop lever 84 and a limit plate 85, where the discharge frame 82 is embedded in the right lower part of the waste residue collection bucket 81; the protective door 83 is connected to the right side of the discharging frame 82 in a shaft way; the limit stop lever 84 is arranged on the upper right side of the discharging frame 82 and is welded with the waste residue collecting hopper 81; the limiting plate 85 is axially connected to the lower portion of the limiting stop lever 84, and can play a role in shielding the protective door 83 when in use, the waste residue collecting hopper 81 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the clamping plate 1 and is respectively mounted on the left side of the longitudinal support 12 and the right side of the longitudinal support 12 through bolts, and waste residues generated by grinding can be collected when in use.
Principle of operation
In the working process of the invention, the jacking bolts 56 are loosened when the outer ring of the annular piece is polished, the length of the adjustable extension plate 53 inserted into the adjusting slot 52 is adjusted according to the diameter of the inner ring of the annular piece, the two ends of the adjustable extension plate 53 are positioned on the upper side of the annular piece, then the jacking bolts 56 are tightened, the disc backing plate 51 is pulled under the action of the auxiliary clamping springs 7, the annular piece placed on the upper side of the clamping plate 1 is clamped in an auxiliary manner, then the adjusting nuts 10 are rotated upwards to increase the pressure of the auxiliary clamping springs 7 on the outer side of the external thread adjusting rod 4, so that the fixing effect on the annular piece is improved, the fixing bolts 63 are loosened in the internal thread fixing cylinder 14 when the inner ring of the annular piece is polished, the longitudinal auxiliary clamping plate 61 is rotated by one hundred and eighty degrees, then the fixing bolts 63 are tightened in the internal thread fixing cylinder 14, meanwhile, the clamping bolts 65 are rotated in the clamping nuts 64, the annular piece placed on the upper side of the clamping plate 1 is clamped and fixed, the waste residues generated when the polished fall into the clamping plate 1, the waste residue collecting hopper 81 is rotated into the inner side of the waste residue collecting hopper 81, and the waste residue collecting hopper 81 is discharged from the inner side of the waste residue collecting hopper 81, and the waste residue collecting hopper 81 is opened, and the waste residue collecting hopper 81 is discharged from the waste residue collecting hopper 81.
