application No.: 201410303040.3
Application date: 2014, 06 months and 27 days
The invention name is as follows: beauty device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a beauty device capable of improving a beauty effect of human skin.
Background
Conventionally, as a beauty device of this type, for example, a structure disclosed in patent document 1 has been proposed.
In such a conventional configuration, a blade body mainly composed of metal silicon is formed. A plurality of projections are formed at spaced intervals at the outer periphery of the blade body. Intermediate thinned portions are formed between adjacent projections, respectively. In addition, in the state of holding the scraper body, the tip of the projection is brought into contact with the skin of the human body to massage the projection and the thinned portion, so that the mechanical stimulation of the projection and the fluctuating stimulation of the terahertz wave of the silicon metal are applied to the skin of the human body.
Patent document 1: utility model registration No. 3179192 gazette
As described above, although the conventional cosmetic device can expect the massage effect of the convex portion of the blade body, there is still room for improvement from the viewpoint of improving the cosmetic effect of the skin of the human body.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic device that gives current stimulation capable of exerting a cosmetic effect while performing physical massage.
In order to achieve the above object, a cosmetic device having a side surface as a surface having a maximum projected area, the side surface having a contour including a first edge portion having a concave curvature and a second edge portion having a plurality of convex curvatures, the cosmetic device comprising: a flat body; a first electrode located on the side surface of the body; and a second electrode located at the first edge portion and having a portion bent in a concave shape, the first electrode and the second electrode being provided separately from each other, the first electrode and the second electrode being configured to form an external circuit through which a current can flow via a human body.
According to such a configuration, the first electrode is held, and the second electrode is moved while being brought into contact with the skin of the human body, for example, the cheek, thereby physically massaging the region. At the same time, since the first electrode and the second electrode form an external circuit through the human body, and a current can be passed, for example, a negative pulse current or a weak current close to a biological current for the purpose of so-called iontophoresis, the cosmetic effect of such current stimulation can be added.
According to the beauty device, a beauty device capable of applying current stimulation for exerting beauty effect while performing physical massage can be provided for human skin.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the beauty device will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the beauty device 11 of the present embodiment has a flat shape of a substantially heart shape as a whole. The main body 12 of the beauty device 11 is made of synthetic resin, and a first electrode 13 (see fig. 1) having a substantially heart shape and a side surface similar in shape to the outer shape of the main body 12 is fixed to one side surface thereof. As shown by the two-dot chain line in fig. 2, the cover 125 forming the other side surface of the main body 12 is detachable from a part of the main body frame (not shown) by engagement of a pawl (not shown).
The body 12 is provided with a first edge 121 as one edge and a second edge 122 as the other edge adjacent to the first edge 121. The first edge 121 is formed in a gently concave curved shape extending along the longitudinal direction of the body 12. The second edge portion 122 is formed by a plurality of (2 in the embodiment) convex bent portions 123 arranged in parallel. Each convex bent portion 123 of the second edge portion 122 is shorter than the first edge portion 121 and has a curvature larger than that of the first edge portion 121. The two convex curved portions 123 are narrowed, and a concave curved portion 124 having a large curvature is formed between the two convex curved portions 123.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first edge portion 121 has a shape extending substantially along the cheek curve of the human skin, and in the present embodiment, a part of the first edge portion 121 (specifically, a side having a tapered shape from a lamp 19 described later) constitutes the second electrode 14 having a narrow band shape. Also, the side portion of the second edge portion 122 from the lamp 19 in the first edge portion 121 and the second edge portion 122 connected thereto constitute the third electrode 15 as a whole. As will be described in detail later, potential differences are formed between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14, and between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, a microcomputer or the like constituting the control unit 17 and the like is housed in the main body 12 in a state of being mounted on the circuit board 18. In addition, a battery 16 as a power source is detachably housed in the main body 12. The battery 16 can be replaced by opening the cover 125.
As shown in fig. 6, the control unit 17 has the following configuration: an ion introduction mode in which a current of substantially one polarity is applied between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 and a weak current mode in which a current of mutually alternating polarities is applied between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15 are performed by the driver 171. However, in the iontophoresis mode, every time a predetermined number (e.g., 10 to 30 times) of pulse currents of one polarity (negative) are supplied, a predetermined number (e.g., 1 to 3 times) of pulse currents of the other polarity are supplied.
The main body 12 houses the lamp 19 formed of a Light Emitting Diode (LED) and the vibrators 20 and 21. The lamp 19 is disposed between the first edge 121 and the second edge 122. This lamp 19 is lit in different colors to indicate the state of energization between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14, and the state of energization between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15, respectively. One of the vibrators 20 is disposed close to the second electrode 14, and the other vibrator 21 is disposed close to the third electrode 15. These vibrators 20, 21 are constituted by a motor having an eccentric weight.
As shown in fig. 6, the controller 17 is connected to the battery 16, the lamp 19, and the vibrators 20 and 21, and is also connected to the electrodes 13, 14, and 15 via the driver 171 and the detector 172. The control unit 17 can control the operations of these components. The driver 171 has a function of supplying current between the electrodes 13, 14, and 15, a function of obtaining current flowing from the first electrode 13 to the human body, and a function of returning current to the negative electrode of the battery 16.
The driver 171 includes a constant current circuit for maintaining the current between the electrodes at a constant value, and can set the current value for ion introduction between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14, and can set the current value for a weak current between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15. Further, the driver 171 has a function of controlling switching and polarity of the current supplied between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 and between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15.
The actuator 171 of the present example has a function of changing the operation of the beauty device 11 in response to the contact state of the first electrode 13, the second electrode 14, and the third electrode 15 with the human body. That is, the driver 171 of the present example controls the operation of the cosmetic device 11 so as to execute the ion introduction mode (including the reset pulse) shown in fig. 7 when both the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 are in contact with the human body. Similarly, when both the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15 contact the human body, the control unit 17 and the driver 171 control the operation of the beauty treatment apparatus 11 so as to execute the weak current mode shown in fig. 8. On the other hand, when at least one of the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 or at least one of the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15 does not contact the human body, the control unit 17 and the driver 171 control to stop the operation of the beauty device 11 when detecting that the electrodes do not contact the human body. The contact state with the human body is determined by whether or not the detection signal output from the first electrode 13 is input to the second electrode 14 or the third electrode 15. That is, if a certain part of the human body (for example, a finger) is in contact with the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 or the third electrode 15 is in contact with another part of the human body (for example, a cheek), a closed circuit (external circuit) is formed through the human body, and a weak detection signal is input to the second electrode 14 or the third electrode 15. Therefore, if the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 or the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15 are not in contact with the human body, the above-mentioned detection signal cannot be inputted into the second electrode 14 or the third electrode 15. The detection unit 172 detects whether the detection signal is input to the second electrode 14 or the third electrode 15, and the control unit 17 and the driver 171 control the operation of the beauty device 11.
When all of the first electrode 13, the second electrode 14, and the third electrode 15 are in contact with the human body, control is performed to determine that the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 are in contact with the human body.
When it is determined that the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14, or the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15 are in contact with the human body, the control unit 17 outputs a drive signal to drive the lamp 19 and the corresponding vibrators 20 and 21.
Next, the operation of the beauty device configured as described above will be described with reference to a flowchart including steps S1 to S10 (hereinafter, the "steps" are omitted) in fig. 9.
In a standby state where the beauty device 11 is not used, the control unit 17 and the driver 171 supply pulse currents for human body detection between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 and between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15. In this standby state, a low power consumption mode is set to supply the pulse current for detection in a discontinuous manner with a constant time interval (S1), thereby avoiding waste of power consumption. Accordingly, the skin detection operation for detecting the skin of the human body is started (S2), that is, the detection unit 172 detects whether or not the detection signal based on the detection pulse current is input to the second electrode 14 or the third electrode 15.
When massaging a wide area of the skin S of a human body, for example, the cheek C, the forehead, etc., using this cosmetic device 11, a user applies a negatively charged cosmetic composition to the skin in advance before using the cosmetic device 11. In this example, sodium L-ascorbate-2-phosphate was used as the cosmetic ingredient. Next, as shown in fig. 4, when the body 12 is gripped from the edge portion on the opposite side of the first edge portion 121 and the second edge portion 122, the finger F contacts the first electrode 13. In this state, the first edge 121 curved in a concave shape on the main body 12 is moved along the skin surface while being brought into contact with the cheek C, and the cheek C and the like are physically massaged by the concave curved surface of the first edge 121, thereby promoting blood circulation and improving lymphatic flow.
At this time, the second electrode 14 provided on the first edge portion 121 is in contact with the cheek C or the like, and thus a state in which current can be passed through the human body is formed between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14. Accordingly, the detection unit 172 in the driver 171 detects that the detection signal is input to the second electrode 14, and further detects the skin (S3). Then, since the detection signal is inputted to the second electrode 14 (S4), a pulse current of negative polarity as shown in fig. 7 is supplied between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 by the driver 171, and the ion introduction mode is started (S5).
If a cosmetic liquid or the like containing the above cosmetic component having a negative charge is applied to the cheek C or the like in advance, the cosmetic component and the pulse wave from the cosmetic device 11 repel each other, and the cosmetic component is allowed to more easily penetrate into the skin S of the cheek C or the like. In this way, the beauty device 11 can not only provide physical massage, but also expect a synergistic beauty effect of promoting the penetration of beauty components into the skin.
Further, since the second electrode 14 is curved into a long, gentle concave shape, the entire second electrode 14 can be contacted to the cheek C or the like, and a wide range can be massaged at the same time. Therefore, the massage can be easily completed in a short time.
Further, during the period when the pulse current of negative polarity is supplied between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14, the lamp 19 is turned on in a predetermined color (for example, blue) to indicate a state in which the both electrodes 13 and 14 are energized (energized state). At the same time, the vibrator 20 on the first edge 121 side in the main body 12 is activated to report the state of current flow between the electrodes 13 and 14 by vibration (S5). Therefore, the on state between the electrodes 13 and 14 can be reliably confirmed by the indication of the lighting of the lamp 19 and the vibration report of the vibrator 20. When the second electrode 14 on the first edge 121 of the main body 12 is separated from the cheek C or the like, the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 are in a non-energized state (non-energized state), and the supply of the pulse current between the electrodes 13 and 14 is stopped, and the operation of the lamp 19 and the vibrator 20 is stopped (S6, S7).
Next, when the beauty device 11 is used to massage a narrow tip portion of the skin S of the human body, for example, the chin J, nose, and the like of the face, the finger F is brought into contact with the first electrode 13 provided on the main body 12 to grip the main body 12, as in the above case. In this state, as shown in fig. 5, the second edge portion 122 of the main body 12 faces the chin J and the like, and a portion contacting the chin J and the like is sandwiched forward and backward by the pair of adjacent convex bent portions 123. Thereafter, the body 12 is moved backward along the lower jaw J or the like, and the part of the lower jaw J or the like is physically massaged by the two convex curved portions 123 of the second edge portion 122.
At this time, the third electrode 15 on the second edge 122 is in contact with the chin J or the like, and a state in which current can be passed between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15 is formed. Therefore, the detection unit 172 of the driver 171 detects that the detection signal is input to the third electrode 15, and further detects the skin (S3). Since the detection signal is not input to the second electrode 14 but input to the third electrode 15 (S4), the weak current mode shown in fig. 8 is activated between the electrodes 13 and 15 under the control of the controller 17 and the driver 171 (S8). In the weak current mode, as shown in fig. 8, a pulse current having a rectangular wave shape in which positive and negative polarities alternate with each other is supplied. By moving the body 12 along the line of the chin J while applying such a weak current and massaging the middle portion of the pair of convex curved portions 123 adjacent to each other, a synergistic effect such as activation of the skin can be expected as compared with the case of performing only a simple massage.
In this case, since both sides of the concave curved portion 124 of the third electrode 15 protrude, the third electrode 15 does not fall off or slip off from a sharp portion such as the chin J, and stable massage is achieved.
When a pulse current is supplied between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15, the lamp 19 is turned on in a color (for example, pink) different from the above-described case, and indicates the state of current flow between the electrodes 13 and 15. At the same time, the vibrator 21 on the second edge portion 122 side in the main body 12 is activated, and the state of current flow between the electrodes 13 and 15 is reported by vibration. Therefore, the current supply state between the electrodes 13 and 15 can be reliably confirmed by the indication of the lighting of the lamp 19 and the vibration report of the vibrator 21. When the third electrode 15 formed in the second edge portion 122 is separated from the chin J or the like, the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15 are in a non-energized state, and the supply of the pulse current between the electrodes 13, 15 is stopped (S9, S10).
In contrast to the above, a narrow portion such as the chin J can be massaged by the second electrode 14, and a wide portion such as the cheek C can be massaged by the third electrode 15.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) A first electrode 13 is provided on a side surface of the body 12 that can be gripped. An edge portion 121 gently curved in a concave shape is provided on the other portion of the body 12. On this edge portion 121, an elongated second electrode 14 is provided which is capable of making contact with the human skin S and forming a potential difference with the first electrode 13.
Therefore, in the beauty device 11, in a state where the finger F is brought into contact with the first electrode 13 provided on the body 12 and the body 12 is gripped, the edge portion 121 curved in the concave shape is moved while being brought into contact with a wide portion of the human skin S such as the cheek C, and the like, and thereby the wide portion of the cheek C and the like can be massaged in a short time. At this time, an iontophoresis mode mainly including a negative polarity pulse wave is performed between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14. If a negatively charged cosmetic composition is applied to the region to be treated such as cheek C, the cosmetic device 11 can not only achieve a physical massage effect but also expect a penetration effect of the cosmetic composition by the so-called iontophoresis method.
(2) The beauty device 11 has a function of starting an iontophoresis mode (or a weak current mode) when both the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 (or the third electrode 15) are determined to be in contact with the human body. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the beauty appliance 11 with a start/stop switch for switching the ion introduction mode (or the weak current mode).
Therefore, the user does not need to operate the switch, and the switch is easy to use. Further, since it is not necessary to provide a switch on the beauty device 11, the effect of reducing the number of components and the secondary effect of maintaining the beauty can be expected.
(3) Second edge portions 122 bent with a large curvature different from the edge portions 121 are juxtaposed on other portions of the body 12. The third electrode 15 is provided on the second edge portion 122 so as to be capable of making contact with the human skin S and forming a potential difference with the first electrode 13.
Therefore, when a narrow portion such as the chin J different from the cheek C of the human skin S is massaged, a suitable massage effect can be obtained. In particular, since both sides of the concave curved portion 124 of the third electrode 15 protrude, the third electrode 15 does not fall off or slip off from a sharp portion such as the chin J, and stable massage is realized.
(4) The main body 12 is formed in a flat shape, and the first electrode 13 is provided on a side surface of the main body 12.
Therefore, when the cosmetic device 11 is used and the body 12 is held in a pinching manner, the finger F can naturally come into contact with the first electrode 13. When the cosmetic device 11 is not used, if the main body 12 is placed on a table or the like with the first electrode 13 facing upward, the risk of short-circuiting between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 and the third electrode 15 provided on the edge portions 121 and 122 of the main body 12 can be minimized.
(5) The body 12 is provided with a lamp 19 indicating the state of current flow between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14, and between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15. Therefore, the state of current flow between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 or between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15 can be easily confirmed by the lighting of the lamp 19.
(6) The main body 12 is provided with vibrators 20 and 21 for reporting the state of current flow between the first electrode 13 and the second electrode 14 or between the first electrode 13 and the third electrode 15.
Therefore, the current-carrying state between the electrodes 13, 14, and 15 can be easily confirmed by the hand feeling in the held state by the reporting operation of the vibrators 20 and 21. In addition, the skin portions in contact with the electrodes 14 and 15 and the peripheral portions thereof can be made to improve the lymphatic flow, promote blood circulation, and enhance metabolism by the vibrations generated by the vibrators 20 and 21. As a result, the beauty device 11 can achieve a more excellent beauty effect that can be perceived by the human body.
(modification example)
The present embodiment may be specifically modified as follows.
The third electrode 15 is not provided.
The third electrode 15 applies the iontophoresis mode simultaneously with the weak current mode applied to the second electrode 14. Alternatively, all of the pulse waves applied to the second electrode 14 and the third electrode 15 are applied to the iontophoresis mode, or conversely, all of the pulse waves are applied to the weak current mode.
The second electrode 14 is provided on the position (second edge portion 122) of the third electrode 15, and the third electrode 15 is not provided.
In addition to the above, the mode applied to the second electrode 14 and/or the third electrode 15 may be changed. For example, an ion extraction mode in which an electric current is caused to flow from the second electrode 14 or the third electrode 15 and dirt, waste, and the like having electric charges and existing inside the skin are moved to the skin surface by a potential difference and removed, an ems (electro mechanical stimulation) mode in which a low-frequency pulse is applied, or the like may be used.
The shape of the body 12 may be changed. For example, the body 12 is formed in a crescent shape having a concave curved edge portion and a convex curved edge portion, and the second electrode is provided at one edge portion and the third electrode is provided at the other edge portion.
It is needless to say that the cosmetic device 11 of the present example has a function of detecting contact between the electrode and the skin as an additional function, but it is also possible to improve the cosmetic effect by controlling the waveform of the current supplied to the skin even in a cosmetic device not having such a function.
