Technical Field

Background
The seedling is a sapling having a root system and a trunk. All the seedlings cultivated in the nursery are called seedlings regardless of age and before being out of nursery. The seedlings can be classified according to trees and shrubs, and generally, more trees and shrubs are in the north and more shrubs are in the south, which are mainly caused by the growth climate.
The nursery seedlings need to be cultivated for several years, such as some species of flowers and shrubs. The seedlings which are more than ten years or even dozens of years, generally the seedlings which are less than three or four years old do not need to be shaped, the pruning is less, and in order to save nutrients, the flowers or inflorescences are generally pruned. And the seedlings grown for more than three and four years need to be shaped and trimmed. The main purpose is to cultivate big seedlings with certain tree body structure and shape, some big seedlings or potted big seedlings need to be cultivated into big seedlings with flowers or fruits, and the shaping and trimming of the seedlings are needed to meet the requirements.
In order to keep the round shape of the round nursery stock, the round nursery stock needs to be trimmed, at present, the round nursery stock is trimmed by manually holding an electric scissors to trim round circles, and therefore the trimming is slow, time-consuming and labor-consuming and needs to consume a large amount of manpower.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to develop a pruning device which can automatically prune round seedlings, save time and labor and improve pruning speed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the circular nursery stock needs to be trimmed by manually holding an electric scissors around a circle, the trimming speed is slow, time and labor are wasted, and a large amount of manpower is consumed, the invention has the technical problems that: the utility model provides a can prune circular nursery stock automatically, can labour saving and time saving, can improve the circular nursery stock pruning equipment of pruning speed.
The technical scheme is as follows: a circular nursery stock pruning device comprises an isosceles trapezoid base, universal wheels, first sleeves, first connecting rods, a circular shell, a sliding block, second sleeves, second L-shaped supporting rods, first nuts, screw rods, second connecting rods, a motor, a blade, second pulling ropes, first electric reels, wire grooves, first pulling ropes and connecting blocks, wherein a V-shaped opening is formed in the rear side face of the isosceles trapezoid base, the universal wheels are connected to the bottom of the isosceles trapezoid base, the first sleeves are connected to the isosceles trapezoid base on the left side and the right side of the V-shaped opening, the first connecting rods are arranged in the two first sleeves, the circular shell is connected between the front side faces of the two first connecting rods, the first opening is formed in the bottom of the circular shell, a circular sliding groove is formed in the circular shell, the sliding block is arranged in the circular sliding groove, the top of the sliding block is connected with the second sleeves, the second L-shaped supporting rods are connected to the left side and the right, the top end of the second L-shaped supporting rod is connected with a first nut, a screw rod is arranged in the first nut, through holes are formed in the left side and the right side of the upper portion of the second sleeve, the screw rod is located in the through holes, a second connecting rod is arranged in the second sleeve, threaded holes are formed in the left side and the right side of the second connecting rod at uniform intervals, a motor is connected to the top of the second connecting rod, a blade is connected to an output shaft of the motor, first electric reels are mounted at the bottoms of the circular shells on the left side and the right side of the first opening, a wire groove is connected to the outer portion of the circular shell, a connecting block is arranged in the wire groove in a sliding mode, the top of the connecting block is connected with the bottom of the sliding block, a first pull rope is wound on the first electric reel on the left side, the tail end of the first pull rope is connected with the right, the second stay cord is located the wire casing.

When the slide block moves to the right side in the sliding groove, the first electric reel is closed, and then the cutter is rotated to enable the blade to be positioned at the other side of the round nursery stock. Then start left first electronic reel and withdraw first stay cord, restart the first electronic reel on right side and play the second stay cord, so the blade can be pruned the another side of circular nursery stock. Repeat above-mentioned operation, can carry out the omnidirectional to circular nursery stock and prune the completion back when circular nursery stock, it can to close first electronic reel and motor.
