Abstract

本发明提供一种车辆弱交互显示装置,包括一基板和固定于所述基板的多个像素单元,所述像素单元均匀布设于所述基板上,所述像素单元的间距为5mm~10mm;所述像素单元的长宽尺寸小于10mm*10mm;所述基板形成与一车辆配合的连接结构。本发明的一种车辆弱交互显示装置,在可实现正常信息交互显示的基础上,大幅度降低了产品的成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示装置领域,尤其涉及一种车辆弱交互显示装置。
背景技术
随着灯具信息化时代的到来,屏显技术最终将应用在汽车灯具上。但是目前灯具屏显装置的工程可靠性以及成本都具有一定的局限性。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种车辆弱交互显示装置,在可实现正常信息交互显示的基础上,大幅度降低了产品的成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种车辆弱交互显示装置,包括一基板和固定于所述基板的多个像素单元,所述像素单元均匀布设于所述基板上,所述像素单元的间距为5mm~10mm;所述像素单元的长宽尺寸小于10mm*10mm;所述基板形成与一车辆配合的连接结构。
优选地,包括多个尺寸的所述像素单元。
优选地,位于所述基板的所述像素单元的尺寸自上而下逐渐减小。
优选地,所述像素单元的形状包括圆形、长圆形或多边形。
优选地,所述像素单元上下排交差布设。
优选地,所述像素单元采用LED发光件。
优选地,还包括一控制电路,所述控制电路连接各所述像素单元并固定于所述基板。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,使其具有以下有益效果:
通过像素单元的间距和像素单元尺寸的控制,在保证信息呈现效果所需精度的基础上,可大幅度减少LED发光件的使用数量,从而大幅度降低产品的成本。控制电路用于控制各像素单元的亮暗和亮度,形成所需交互图像。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图1,给出本发明的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述,使能更好地理解本发明的功能、特点。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例的一种车辆弱交互显示装置,包括一基板1和固定于基板1的多个像素单元2,像素单元2均匀布设于基板1上,像素单元2的间距为5mm~10mm;像素单元2的长宽尺寸小于10mm*10mm;基板1形成与一车辆配合的连接结构。
本实施例中,包括多个尺寸的像素单元2。位于基板1的像素单元2的尺寸自上而下逐渐减小。像素单元2的形状包括圆形、长圆形或多边形。像素单元2上下排交差布设。像素单元2采用LED发光件。
其中,还包括一控制电路,控制电路连接各像素单元2并固定于基板1。
本发明实施例的一种车辆弱交互显示装置,其每一个像素单元2都对应一LED发光件的LED光源,便于显示图像的编排控制。通过控制电路控制各像素单元2的亮暗及亮度,通过各像素单元2的配合可实现一些简单的图形的交互呈现以及动态变化效果。
为了平衡最终的信息呈现效果和劲量减少LED发光件使用数量,需要对像素单元2布置的密度做一些控制,由于车辆灯具的观察者与灯具的距离一般不会太近,同时对于每个像素单元2的尺寸大小需要控制到既要能满足单颗粒LED发光件的结构空间布置要求,但也不能过大,否则会导致像素过大,影响整体的组合图像呈现效果。本实施例中,通过像素单元2的间距和像素单元2尺寸的控制,在保证信息呈现效果所需精度的基础上,可大幅度减少LED发光件的使用数量,从而大幅度降低产品的成本。在车灯用屏显技术成熟前,本发明实施例的一种车辆弱交互显示装置是一种成本较低的较优过度产品,在不做图像交互时亦可以作为常规信号灯具点亮使用。

1.一种车辆弱交互显示装置,其特征在于,包括一基板和固定于所述基板的多个像素单元,所述像素单元均匀布设于所述基板上,所述像素单元的间距为5mm~10mm;所述像素单元的长宽尺寸小于10mm*10mm;所述基板形成与一车辆配合的连接结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆弱交互显示装置,其特征在于,包括多个尺寸的所述像素单元。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆弱交互显示装置,其特征在于,位于所述基板的所述像素单元的尺寸自上而下逐渐减小。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆弱交互显示装置,其特征在于,所述像素单元的形状包括圆形、长圆形或多边形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆弱交互显示装置,其特征在于,所述像素单元上下排交差布设。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的车辆弱交互显示装置,其特征在于,所述像素单元采用LED发光件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车辆弱交互显示装置,其特征在于,还包括一控制电路,所述控制电路连接各所述像素单元并固定于所述基板。
