Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the preset traffic weather comprehensive index and the current traffic weather comprehensive information correspond to each specific traffic object, and are more specific and fine; and the current traffic weather comprehensive information corresponds to the real-time current weather information and the current state information of each specific traffic object, and has real-time performance. Therefore, traffic related departments can perform more specific and accurate and real-time traffic management work such as scheduling, maintenance and the like according to more specific and precise and real-time current traffic weather comprehensive information, and the pertinence, the applicability and the operability of the traffic management work aiming at each specific traffic object are enhanced. Moreover, the same preset traffic weather combined index database contains the preset traffic weather combined index of a plurality of specific traffic objects in a larger regional range (such as nationwide), each preset traffic weather combined index conforms to the unified specification of the database, which is equivalent to unifying, standardizing and reducing the preset traffic weather combined index of the plurality of specific traffic objects in the large regional range, wherein the preset traffic weather combined index contains information and indexes such as identification information, preset state information, preset weather influence indexes and the like, so that the current traffic weather combined information obtained based on the preset traffic weather combined index and the database also conforms to the unified specification, and the embodiment of the invention based on the preset traffic weather combined index and the database can be suitable for traffic management work in the larger regional range. In the prior art, the traffic weather indexes only comprise weather levels, influence degrees and countermeasures. Because different places and different traffic objects are not distinguished, different states of the traffic objects are not clearly distinguished, different influences of different weather on the different objects are not distinguished, and different countermeasures which should be taken when the different weather influences the different objects are not distinguished, the comprehensive, macroscopic and generalized traffic weather information is only provided and is only suitable for public reference, but is not suitable for a traffic management department to implement specific, targeted, accurate and effective countermeasures for precaution.
The embodiment of the invention is suitable for land traffic such as railways and highways and water traffic such as waterways; the method can also be applied to the situations of specific facilities or objects which are affected by weather and have different weather effects like traffic lines, such as transmission lines of power departments and transmission and transformation facilities on lines; further, it is also applicable to the case of facilities or objects affected by weather distributed in a certain area, such as: urban waterlogging places distributed in urban streets, residential quarters and the like. The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below by taking railways and highways as examples and combining the accompanying drawings.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset traffic weather combined index in the preset traffic weather combined index database comprises the following associated items: the method comprises the following steps of (1) setting a specific traffic object type, preset state information of the specific traffic object, identification information of the specific traffic object, a preset weather influence index and a corresponding preset traffic safety measure; the preset weather influence indexes comprise weather types and specific weather conditions; the specific weather conditions include a specified time period and a weather magnitude. Further, the identification information of the specific traffic object is unique, and the name, number, type, (geographical) position, belonging management department and other information of the specific traffic object can be determined according to the identification information of the specific traffic object.
Preferably, the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database includes: at least one preset traffic weather comprehensive index record. Each preset traffic weather comprehensive index record comprises the following associated items: the method comprises the following steps of (1) setting a specific traffic object type, preset state information of the specific traffic object, identification information of the specific traffic object, a preset weather influence index and a preset traffic safety measure; the preset weather influence indexes comprise weather types and specific weather conditions; the specific weather conditions include a specified time period and a corresponding weather magnitude.
Preferably, when a new management regulation of the traffic-related department is obtained, the preset traffic weather combined index database can be supplemented, modified, enriched, perfected or deleted at any time according to the latest change condition of the related regulation of the railway management department, so that the practicability and accuracy of the preset traffic weather combined index in the preset traffic weather combined index database are enhanced.
The method for establishing the preset traffic weather combined index database in the embodiment of the invention is described below, and the flow diagram of the method is shown in fig. 1, and the method comprises the following steps:

The designated traffic routes or the traffic routes in the designated area can have one or more specific traffic routes; the geographical positions of all the traffic lines are different, and the administrative departments to which more than two traffic lines belong can be the same or different; the specific traffic objects on the same traffic route have sequential relation in the traffic route.
S102: at least one specific traffic object affected by weather in the specified traffic line is determined.
The traffic object in the embodiment of the invention comprises traffic facilities, vehicles and the like influenced by weather.
Traffic facilities: railway lines (foundations), tracks, pavements, power supply systems, signal systems, platforms, etc.; the highway facilities refer to highway roads (road surfaces), signboards, signals, rest area facilities, toll station facilities and the like;
a vehicle: automobiles, trains, ships, and other vehicles and ships.
A particular traffic object is a traffic object having a particular geographic location. Specific traffic objects may include: important locations, road segments and/or transportation facilities on the transportation line. The places and road segments include at least one of: accident-prone places and sections, and disaster-prone places and sections. The accident-prone locations and road segments include at least one of: uphill road section, downhill road section, curve road section, shady road section and foggy road section. The disaster-prone places and road sections comprise at least one of the following: flood-proof road section, wind-proof road section, ice and snow-proof road section and fog-proof road section.
The length of the place or the road section in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. For example, the windproof road segment may be several kilometers, ten kilometers or several tens of kilometers, and the road segment at this time may include at least one station and an inter-zone route (the inter-zone route is a route before two adjacent stations). Determining the identification information and specific content of each specific traffic object according to various attribute characteristics of the traffic object and the requirements of establishing, displaying and applying a preset traffic weather comprehensive index; the identification information may include at least one of: name number identification, category identification, position and place identification, management and responsibility department identification, department or personnel identification for implementing safety countermeasures and the like; wherein:
name number identification: name, number, code, logo, or identification information determined from the number, code, logo, etc. of a specific traffic object. The name number identification is used for defining, identifying and determining a specific traffic object and has the characteristics of uniqueness and identifiability.
And (3) identifying the category: the classification and identification of the specific traffic object distinguishes the identification of the type of the traffic object;
position and location identification: the method is used for determining the location of a specific traffic object, or inquiring a specific location to determine the (geographical) position information of the specific traffic object. The position information refers to longitude and latitude, line kilometer marks and the like.
Management and accountability department identification and department or personnel identification to implement security countermeasures: the method is used for displaying, accurately releasing and serving the subsequent current traffic weather comprehensive information.
S104: and determining preset state information of at least one specific traffic object in the specified traffic route.
The preset state information of the specific traffic object comprises at least one of the following items: facility status, traffic status, driving status, road grade, and some preset traffic safety measure being implemented (e.g., traffic safety measure against weather effect), etc.
The facility status includes at least one of: road surface state, signal facility state, power supply facility state, and station state, service area state, and the like. The road surface state comprises accumulated water, accumulated snow, ice and the like generated on the road surface of the road under the influence of weather. A signal facility status comprising: the signal indicating the stop and the pass of the vehicle (such as a traffic light signal), the turnout indicating signal (such as a current passing direction indicating signal of the turnout and a signal indicating whether the turnout is switched in place), the working state signal indicating whether the signal facility works normally or not, and the road section occupation signal indicating whether the road section is occupied or not. A power utility status comprising: power supply facility deicing status, and the like. The station state includes: snow removal state of the platform, water accumulation state or drainage rate of the parking place, and the like.
The traffic status includes at least one of: normal road passing, road blockage, construction and maintenance and the like.
The driving state is as follows: normal (speed) running of the vehicle, speed limit running of the vehicle and the like.
The road grade includes at least one of: construction standard, traffic capacity, facility abrasion, disaster resistance, road surface skid resistance and the like. For example, the high-speed railways are newly built, the high-speed railways are rebuilt, the trunk railways and the branch railways are different in construction standard, disaster resistance and the like, and are also different in influence of weather. For example, flood control standards for newly-built high-speed railways, trunk railways and branch railways are 50-year-one, 30-year-one and 20-year-one respectively. Freeways, national roads, provincial roads, newly-built highways (re-paved roads), roads which are worn after long-term use and the like are different in construction standard, disaster resistance, road surface skid resistance and the like, and the influence of weather is different.
S105: and determining a preset weather influence index relevant to at least one specific traffic object and preset state information thereof and a corresponding preset traffic safety measure.
The preset weather influence indexes comprise: the type of weather, the specified time period, and the corresponding magnitude of weather affecting a particular traffic object. The traffic object status includes a specific status of a specific traffic object. When the weather reaches or exceeds the magnitude of the index, the state of the traffic object can be changed; or in order to ensure the traffic safety, a precautionary measure for changing the state of the traffic object is taken; or necessary preset traffic safety measures and the like are needed to avoid weather influence to cause the traffic object to be changed which is not beneficial to safety.
The preset weather influence index is used for judging whether the current weather can influence the specified specific traffic object in a specific state (information) or not and whether corresponding preset traffic safety measures need to be taken or not when the current traffic weather comprehensive information is determined in the follow-up process.
The specific preset state (information) of the specific traffic object may refer to a state of the specific traffic object before the occurrence and the start of the weather-affecting event, or may refer to a specific state of the specific traffic object at a certain time in the weather-affecting process. For the same specific traffic object, if the specific preset states (information) are different, the preset weather influence indexes and the preset traffic safety measures corresponding to different preset states (information) may also be different.
Such as: if the preset state (information) of the train is normal running or speed-limited running, it indicates that the train is influenced by different weather conditions and the difference of the train state is caused before, and the influence and the difference of the state may also influence the corresponding preset weather influence index and the preset traffic safety measure behind the train to be different.
Further, for each specific traffic object, the relevant preset weather influence index and the corresponding preset traffic safety measure can be determined according to the preset state information, the research result and/or the relevant content in the regulation of the traffic management department.
Such as: according to the regulations of a railway bureau, the specified running state of a certain train is normal, the speed limit is 120km/h, the speed limit is 80km/h, the speed limit is 45km/h, forbidden, and the like. If the train running state (belonging to the preset state information) is normal, the train needs to take traffic safety measures such as speed limit of 120km/h, speed limit of 80km/h, speed limit of 45km/h, no-go and the like according to different weather conditions; if the running state of the train is the speed limit of 80km/h, traffic safety measures such as increasing the running speed to 120km/h, recovering the normal speed running, further limiting the speed by 45km/h, forbidding and the like are required to be respectively adopted according to weather conditions. According to the regulations, the preset weather influence indexes and the corresponding preset traffic safety measures are determined according to different preset running states of the train; preferably, if the preset state of the train is speed-limited driving, the preset weather influence index is determined according to preset traffic safety measures such as the recovery of normal driving of the train and the further improvement of the speed-limited grade. Further, the preset traffic safety measures taken by the train are preset weather influence indexes corresponding to a certain level of speed-limited driving state directly converted from a normal driving state, and the preset traffic safety measures taken by the train are preset weather influence indexes corresponding to a high level of speed-limited driving state entered from a low level of speed-limited driving state, and may be different.
Weather categories affecting road traffic: according to the long-term running conditions of the railway and the highway, the weather conditions, the influence objects and the influence modes influencing the railway are determined by investigating and analyzing the weather-influenced disasters, accidents and driving records, and adopting the statistical analysis and other methods of the weather conditions and the railway running relation. There are mainly (but not limited to): rainfall weather, ice and snow weather, strong wind weather, thunder and lightning weather, low-temperature freezing weather, precipitation or water vapor freezing and the like.
Weather magnitude: the magnitude or grade of the weather in a set time period is used for qualitatively or quantitatively representing the intensity of the weather, and a specific time point or time period is corresponding to, for example: 1 hour rainfall, 24 hour rainfall, 10 minute average wind speed, instantaneous strong wind at a certain moment, and the like.
Presetting traffic safety measures: the traffic department arranges precaution and the related work and implemented traffic safety guarantee measures against adverse effects of weather, such as: and (4) starting the turnout snow-removing and ice-melting device, and patrolling lines, limiting speed of vehicles, blocking roads and the like by personnel on the road. Preferably, the preset weather influence index and the preset traffic safety measure which influence the specific traffic object can be determined according to traffic safety technical regulations and management regulations of traffic departments.
Further, the preset traffic safety measures further comprise: measures for changing the state of the traffic object are implemented to ensure traffic safety.
Such as: under the condition that the line normally passes, according to the weather conditions, the railway department may implement measures such as online patrol, encrypted patrol, on-site guard and the like, when a certain safety measure is implemented, the state of the line is formed, and the subsequently determined associated preset weather influence index and the preset traffic safety measure are related to the state.
S106: and establishing a preset traffic weather comprehensive index of at least one specific traffic object according to the identification information, the preset state information, the related preset weather influence index and the corresponding preset traffic safety measure of the at least one specific traffic object.
The specific steps and method for establishing a specific preset traffic weather comprehensive index are that the appointed traffic route, the specific traffic object, the identification information of the specific traffic object, the preset state information of the specific traffic object, the preset weather influence index influencing traffic, the corresponding preset traffic safety measure and the like are determined one by one according to the first to fifth steps (S101-105).
And establishing a targeted or unique preset traffic weather comprehensive index according to the determined identification information of the specific traffic object, the preset state information of the specific traffic object, the preset traffic safety measures and other traffic information and the preset weather type, weather magnitude and other indexes in the preset weather influence index.
The method comprises the following steps that preset weather influence indexes of specified specific traffic objects are different under different specific states, namely, one specific traffic object (belonging to a single factor) can have a plurality of incidence relations, and a plurality of preset traffic weather comprehensive indexes are established; however, the identification information of the specific traffic object, the specific state of the traffic object, the specific preset weather influence index and the preset traffic safety measure (belonging to multiple factors) have a determined and unique association relationship, and the association relationship and the combination form a preset traffic weather comprehensive index.
The content of the preset traffic weather comprehensive index comprises the following steps: the traffic information comprises specific traffic objects, identification information and types of the traffic objects, preset state information of the traffic objects, preset weather influence indexes corresponding to the specific preset state information of the traffic objects and preset traffic safety measures.
The classes of the preset traffic weather comprehensive index can comprise: the method comprises the steps of road preset traffic weather comprehensive indexes, track preset traffic weather comprehensive indexes, air route preset traffic weather comprehensive indexes and the like.
Preferably, each specific traffic object may include a plurality of preset state information; for two adjacent pieces of preset state information of the same specific traffic object, the preset traffic safety measure corresponding to the first piece of preset state information can be used as the next piece of preset state information.

for example: firstly, determining a designated flood control site P1; determining the identification information, wherein the name identification information is the flood control place P1, and other identification information is omitted; there are various types of preset states (information) that determine the specific traffic object related to the weather effect: routine maintenance of the line, online inspection, encrypted inspection, field guard and the like; determining preset weather influence indexes and preset traffic safety measures corresponding to each preset state, wherein the number of the preset weather influence indexes corresponding to the conventional maintenance state of the line is 3, the corresponding weather magnitude is respectively light rain, medium rain and heavy rain, and the corresponding preset traffic safety measures are respectively online patrol, encrypted patrol and field guard; respectively corresponding the identification information of the specific traffic object with each specific preset state information, each preset weather influence index and a traffic safety measure, namely establishing a preset traffic weather comprehensive index; specifically, the identification information of the specific traffic object is a flood control place P1, the preset state is routine maintenance of a line, the preset weather influence index is light rain, the preset traffic safety measure is online patrol, and the established specific preset traffic weather comprehensive index is P1-1; under the same other conditions, if the preset weather influence index is medium rain or heavy rain, different preset traffic weather comprehensive indexes P1-2 and P1-3 are respectively established, and the data are shown in Table 1.

Such as: table 3 shows that a plurality of preset traffic weather combined indicators B1-1, B2-1, B2-2 and the like are determined for two specific traffic objects B1 and B2 of a B site.
Further, one or more preset states of the corresponding specific traffic object may be set for the same specific traffic object. That is, a specific traffic object is affected by weather to implement a preset traffic safety measure, and is also related to a specific preset state and a preset weather influence index of the specific traffic object. The combination of each state and other indexes forms a preset traffic weather comprehensive index.
Such as: in table 1, for the same specific traffic object P1, when the preset states of the specific traffic object are line routine maintenance and on-site watching, respectively, the corresponding preset weather influence indicators and the preset traffic safety measures are different, so that the preset traffic weather comprehensive indicators need to be established for each specific preset state and the corresponding preset weather influence indicator, respectively.
For another example: when the preset state of a railway line at a certain place is a normal state, the train can normally run in heavy rainy days; if the preset state information is a fault, the train cannot pass no matter the weather condition before the fault is not eliminated.
Table 4 shows the preset traffic safety measures of the preset weather influence indexes respectively established by the specific traffic object running train C1 at the location C according to different preset states and weather conditions according to the management regulations of a certain railway bureau. The contents of the provisions of the railway bureau are as follows: if the state of C1 is speed-limited driving, the train still needs speed-limited driving when the rainfall per hour exceeds 20mm/h (millimeter/hour), and the train can cancel the speed-limited driving and recover normal driving when the rainfall per hour is less than 20 mm/h; if the C1 state is normal driving, the speed limit driving is needed when the hourly rainfall is more than or equal to 45mm/h, otherwise, the normal driving can be performed. According to the method, the preset traffic weather comprehensive indexes C1-1, C1-2 and C1-3 are respectively established (see Table 4). Furthermore, according to the weather information of one hour in the future and the preset traffic safety measures, the possible state of a specific traffic object in one hour in the future can be predicted, and the travel help information is provided for travelers. Such as: if the weather information of the specified time of the place C in the future of one hour and the current state information of the specific traffic object accord with the preset traffic weather comprehensive index C1-1 determined in the table 4, the railway department needs to take the preset traffic safety measures of speed-limiting driving, and accordingly, the state of the train passing through the place in the future of one hour can be predicted to be speed-limiting driving.

For a larger range and more and longer roads, when the method is adopted to establish the preset traffic weather comprehensive index, the number of indexes is more, the incidence relation between the related traffic information and the preset weather influence index is more complex, and a preset traffic weather comprehensive index data set or a preset traffic weather comprehensive index database of an area or a line needs to be established to provide support for application.
The method solves the problem that the traditional method for establishing the traffic meteorological index by fixed weather classification and pure weather index cannot be suitable for different railway management areas, different weather and climate areas and different grades of railway lines, and overcomes the defects that the preset traffic safety measure suggestions given by the method when traffic indication is carried out do not correspond to the actual operation management regulations of railway and highway departments, and the like. The method is suitable for the traffic weather service of the regions in a large range and a plurality of traffic lines in China, and is more suitable for developing the traffic weather information service of a large range, a plurality of lines and a plurality of management measures. Furthermore, by applying the index establishing method, a nationwide preset traffic weather comprehensive index set, such as a railway and highway traffic weather comprehensive index set, is uniformly established, and a preset traffic weather comprehensive index data set or a database of weather influence measures for departments of weather and road facility maintenance, vehicle operation, power supply, signal, platform management and the like is established, so that basic technical support is provided for large-scale application.

Specifically, when a traffic department comes out of a new management regulation and preset traffic safety measures, for each preset traffic safety measure, information such as a preset weather influence index, identification information of a specific traffic object, a traffic object state and the like related to the measure is collected, and a new preset traffic weather comprehensive index is established according to each specific information or index of the newly determined preset traffic weather comprehensive indexes; when the preset traffic weather comprehensive index related to a certain specific information or index changes, the incidence relation is modified, and the updating of the preset traffic weather comprehensive index is completed; when a certain rule is cancelled, the corresponding association relation and the preset traffic weather comprehensive index thereof are also cancelled in time.
The following describes a method for displaying the current traffic weather comprehensive information based on the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database in the embodiment of the present invention, and the flow diagram of the method is shown in fig. 2, and the method includes the following steps:
s201: identification information of at least one specific designated traffic object is acquired.
When the selection operation of a staff of a transportation department (such as a management department or a maintenance implementation department) aiming at least one specific transportation object is received, at least one specified specific transportation object and identification information thereof are acquired.
Preferably, the identification information of all specific traffic objects of the specified traffic route or the identification information of all specific traffic objects meeting the preset condition may be simultaneously acquired according to a preset operation instruction.
Preferably, the identification information of a plurality of specific traffic objects of the specified traffic route or the traffic route in the specified area is acquired as the identification information of at least one specified specific traffic object. That is, the identification information of at least one specified specific traffic object includes: identification information of a plurality of specific traffic objects of a specified traffic route or a traffic route within a specified area.

The specific traffic object comprises: important places and/or road sections of the traffic lines and/or transportation facilities and/or vehicles and the like; the places and road segments include at least one of: accident-prone places or sections, disaster-prone places or sections. Wherein, traffic facilities includes: facility content (roadbeds, tracks, power lines, vehicles, stations, service areas, traffic signal facilities, traffic signs, etc.), and facility locations.
Preferably, the specific traffic object further comprises: a leg in the flight line. The waterway section may include at least one port (or dock) and an inter-regional waterway, or a short section of waterway between two adjacent ports. For another example: for the traffic object A2 at the site A, if the current state is normal, determining the current weather information meeting the preset weather influence indexes of the site A according to S204, wherein the hour rainfall capacity of the 2 nd hour in the future is 50mm/h and the hour rainfall capacity of the 3 rd hour in the future is 68mm/h respectively meeting the preset traffic weather comprehensive indexes A2-1 and A2-2 matched with the current state, and determining two pieces of current traffic weather comprehensive information DA2-1 and DA 2-2. The current traffic weather comprehensive information is determined according to current state information of a specific traffic object acquired at a reference moment and currently acquired weather information (weather type and weather magnitude) of each time period (in the current weather information). Each time period and the corresponding weather magnitude and traffic safety measure in the index are determined by taking the reference time as the reference and according to the state and weather information of the specific traffic object acquired at the reference time. Preferably, the current traffic weather comprehensive information of each specific traffic object can be displayed in the two-dimensional coordinate graph by adopting a plurality of display modes, including:
and (3) directly displaying: displaying all current traffic weather comprehensive information of all specific traffic objects at the identification symbols of the specific traffic objects;
and clicking and displaying: clicking the identification symbol of a specific traffic object, and then displaying the content of the current traffic weather comprehensive information of the specific traffic object;
and (3) flashing display: according to the preset threshold value of each element in the current traffic weather comprehensive information, for the person exceeding the threshold value, the content of the current traffic weather comprehensive information is displayed in a flashing mode, or the identification symbol of a specific traffic object is displayed in a flashing mode;
and (3) displaying the traffic object in a classified manner: the specific traffic objects of the specified traffic route are classified into different categories, and the specific traffic objects of each category are displayed respectively or independently. The categories of specific traffic objects include: driving schedules, line facilities, power supply facilities, etc.;
the index elements respectively show: setting buttons of all traffic information and weather indexes of the current traffic weather comprehensive information at the edge of one side of the two-dimensional coordinate graph, and selecting and clicking any one of the buttons to display the quantity value and the grade information of the element of the current traffic weather comprehensive information of all traffic objects in the two-dimensional coordinate;
the grading display method comprises the following steps: at least one element in the elements in the current traffic weather comprehensive information is determined, the value, the grade or the corresponding traffic safety measures of the element are marked by different colors, and the mark symbols of the specific traffic objects are displayed as the representative colors which are the same as the grade of the element. Further, a curve, a pillar, or a two-dimensional coordinate point at which a magnitude, a grade, or a value representing the element is located may also be displayed as a color representing the corresponding magnitude, grade.
Preferably, the current traffic weather comprehensive information corresponding to the release object is released to the specified release object.
Preferably, the issuing object of the traffic and weather integrated information can be a traffic related department, such as a traffic management and decision-making department, an implementation department and a worker, so as to better perform related work of traffic safety management; the issuing object of the traffic and weather comprehensive information can also be common public and traffic participants for travel, so that the traffic and weather comprehensive information can be better matched with the traffic safety management of the same traffic department to deal with the weather, and the travel is reasonably arranged.
And further, different contents in the current traffic weather integrated information corresponding to the release objects are released to different release objects. The current traffic weather integrated information corresponding to each object may be different.
Specifically, according to the identification information of a specific traffic object, the issuing object of the current traffic weather comprehensive information of the specific traffic object is determined. Further, for example, according to the current traffic weather integrated information, the following information can be suggested to the traffic management department: it is expected that 50mm/h of rainfall weather may appear in the 2 nd hour in the future at the place where the traffic object A2 is located under the jurisdiction, and corresponding speed limiting measures are recommended to be taken timely. And releasing the current traffic weather comprehensive information to the determined release object according to the identification information in the current traffic weather comprehensive information of each specified specific traffic object, the current state information of the specific traffic object, each time period and corresponding weather magnitude of the current weather information meeting the preset weather influence index, and the weather influence index and traffic safety measure matched with the current weather information determined in the step.
Preferably, the preset traffic weather comprehensive index further comprises travel prompting information associated with the preset weather influence index and/or the preset traffic safety measure. Therefore, the determined current traffic weather comprehensive information also comprises travel prompting information.
Issuing the current traffic weather indication information may include displaying at least one of the following current traffic weather integrated information of each specified specific traffic object: the system comprises identification information, current state information of a specific traffic object, time periods and corresponding weather magnitude of current weather information meeting preset weather influence indexes, matched (preset) weather influence indexes and traffic safety measures, and associated travel prompt information.
The traffic weather indicating information (content thereof) may include all or any required information such as identification information of a specific traffic object, current state information of the specific traffic object, current weather information satisfying a preset weather influence index, associated specific (preset) weather influence index and traffic safety measures, associated travel prompting information, and the like. Further, traffic weather indication information may be issued for all specific traffic objects in a specified area according to related information such as current weather conditions and current state information, or may be issued for specific traffic objects of a certain category or a certain specific location.
When the release object is a traffic related department, displaying at least one of the following specific traffic objects: the traffic information comprises identification information, current state information, each specific time period and corresponding weather magnitude of the current weather information meeting preset weather influence indexes, matched specific traffic object types, matched (preset) weather influence indexes and traffic safety measures. The matched (preset) weather influence index is specifically a preset weather influence index which is met by the current weather information; the associated (preset) traffic safety measure is specifically a preset traffic safety measure associated with the identification information (representing a specific geographical location) of the specific traffic object, the current state information and the associated (preset) weather influence index.
Preferably, the current traffic weather integrated information database further includes travel prompt information associated with the current state information, the current weather information satisfying the preset weather influence index, the preset weather influence index and/or the preset traffic safety measure.
And when the release objects are the public for travel and the traffic participants, displaying at least one of the following specific traffic objects: the weather information comprises identification information, current state information, each specific time period of the current weather information meeting preset weather influence indexes, corresponding weather magnitude, matched (preset) weather influence indexes, matched (preset) traffic safety measures and associated travel prompt information.
According to at least one of the following: the method comprises a table display method, a graphic display method based on a GIS map, a graphic display method based on a coordinate map and the like, and the current traffic weather indication information is displayed. The specific table display method is consistent with the display of the current traffic weather comprehensive information of each specific designated traffic object (only the displayed items are replaced by the current traffic weather indication information from the current traffic weather comprehensive information), and is not repeated here.
Preferably, the retrieving and displaying of the traffic weather indicating information may retrieve and sequentially display other contents related to the retrieval factor with the current traffic weather integrated information or with certain characteristic information (e.g., a specific traffic object type, a time sequence, a weather type in the current weather information, a weather magnitude in the current weather information, (a preset) weather influence index, identification information of the specific traffic object, or a (preset) traffic safety measure level, etc.) in the current traffic weather integrated information as the retrieval factor.
And correspondingly temporarily storing the identification information, the geographic position, the weather information at each moment, the traffic object state at each moment, the associated specific traffic object type, the associated weather influence index and the traffic safety measure of each specified specific traffic object.
When a retrieval instruction which takes the identification information of the specific traffic object as a main retrieval factor is received, displaying at least one item of the corresponding temporarily stored specified specific traffic object by taking the geographical position of each temporarily stored specified specific traffic object as a sequence: identification information, geographic location, weather information at each time, state information at each time, associated specific traffic object types, associated weather influence indicators, and associated traffic safety measures.
The specific meaning of the associated weather influence index is weather information and/or state information of each time of the specified specific traffic object, and the associated weather type and weather magnitude. The specific meaning of the associated traffic safety measure is that the identification information (representing a specific geographical location) of a specific traffic object, the current state information and the associated weather influence index are jointly associated with the traffic safety measure. The specific meaning of the associated specific traffic object type is the specific traffic object type associated with the identification information of the specific traffic object.
When a retrieval instruction which takes the weather influence index as a main retrieval factor is received, displaying at least one of the following specific traffic objects which are corresponding to and temporarily stored in the sequence of the grade or magnitude of the temporarily stored weather information at each moment: identification information, geographic location, weather information at each time, state information at each time, associated weather influence indicators, associated specific traffic object types, and associated traffic safety measures.
Preferably, the display mode of the traffic weather indicating information based on the weather information can be a display mode of characters, tables and various graphs. Such as: the traffic area indication Information color spot map based on the GIS (Geographic Information System), the traffic route indication Information color spot map based on the GIS, the curve, the upright post, the color spot map and the like of the traffic route indication Information based on the coordinate map are displayed. Road sections and stations displayed in regions, lines or in sequence are arranged in sequence.
Based on the above method for establishing the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database and the method for displaying the current traffic weather comprehensive information, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for displaying the traffic weather comprehensive information, wherein a frame schematic diagram of an internal structure of the device is shown in fig. 3, and the device comprises: the weather effect index display system comprises an information acquisition module 301, a weather effect index determination module 302, a current weather information determination module 303, a traffic weather integrated information determination module 304 and a display module 305.
The information obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain identification information, current state information, and current weather information of at least one specific designated traffic object.
The weather influence index determining module 302 is configured to determine a preset weather influence index matching with the current state information of each specified specific traffic object according to the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database. Specifically, the weather influence indicator determining module 302 is configured to determine, according to the preset traffic weather combined indicator database, a preset weather influence indicator that matches with the current state information of each specified specific traffic object determined by the information obtaining module 301.
The current weather information determining module 303 is configured to determine current weather information that meets preset weather influence indicators of each specified specific traffic object determined by the weather influence indicator determining module 302.
The traffic weather comprehensive information determining module 304 is configured to determine the current traffic weather comprehensive information of each specified specific traffic object according to the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database, the current state information acquired by the information acquiring module 301, and the current weather information determined by the current weather information determining module 303.
The display module 305 is used for displaying the current traffic weather integrated information determined by the traffic weather integrated information determination module 304.
Preferably, the preset traffic weather combined indicators in the preset traffic weather combined indicator database include the following associated items: the method comprises the following steps of (1) setting a specific traffic object type, preset state information of the specific traffic object, identification information of the specific traffic object, a preset weather influence index and a preset traffic safety measure; the preset weather influence indexes comprise weather types, specified time periods and weather magnitude.
Preferably, the weather influence indicator determining module 302 is specifically configured to determine preset state information consistent with the current state information of each specific designated traffic object from a preset traffic weather comprehensive indicator database; and determining a preset weather influence index associated with the consistent preset state information. Further, the weather type, the specified time period and the weather magnitude in the preset weather influence index associated with the consistent preset state information are determined.
Preferably, the current weather information determining module 303 is specifically configured to determine a weather type, an appointed time period, and a weather magnitude or value from the obtained current weather information, and use the current weather information that respectively meets the weather type, the appointed time period, and the weather magnitude in the preset weather influence indexes of each appointed specific traffic object as the current weather information that meets the preset weather influence indexes.
Preferably, the traffic weather comprehensive information determining module 304 is specifically configured to determine, from the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database, specific traffic object types and traffic safety measures associated with the identification information, the preset state information, and the preset weather influence index of each specified specific traffic object; and determining the current traffic weather comprehensive information according to the identification information and the current state information of each specified specific traffic object, the current weather information meeting the preset weather influence indexes, the associated specific traffic object types and traffic safety measures.
Preferably, the displaying module 305 is specifically configured to display at least one of the following associated current traffic weather integrated information of each specific designated traffic object: the traffic information comprises identification information, current state information, current weather information meeting preset weather influence indexes, specific traffic object types, preset weather influence indexes and preset traffic safety measures.
Preferably, the traffic weather combined information determination module 304 is further configured to pre-establish the traffic weather combined indicator database by: determining a designated traffic line; determining at least one specific traffic object affected by weather in the designated traffic line; determining identification information and preset state information of at least one specific traffic object; determining a preset weather influence index and a corresponding preset traffic safety measure related to at least one specific traffic object and preset state information thereof; establishing a preset traffic weather comprehensive index of at least one specific traffic object according to the identification information, the preset state information, the related preset weather influence index and the corresponding preset traffic safety measure of the at least one specific traffic object; and establishing a preset traffic weather comprehensive index database according to the preset traffic weather comprehensive index of at least one specific traffic object.
For the above-mentioned method for implementing the functions of the information obtaining module 301, the weather influence index determining module 302, the current weather information determining module 303, the traffic weather integrated information determining module 304 and the displaying module 305, reference may be made to the specific contents of the flow steps of the above-mentioned methods shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and details thereof are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a display device for traffic weather comprehensive information, a frame schematic diagram of an internal structure of the display device is shown in fig. 4, and the display device includes: a memory 401, a processor 402 and a display unit 403.
Both the memory 401 and the display unit 403 are electrically connected to the processor 402.
The display device of the traffic weather comprehensive information of the embodiment of the invention also comprises: at least one program.
At least one program is stored in the memory 401 for implementing the following steps when executed by the processor 402:
acquiring identification information, current state information and current weather information of at least one specified specific traffic object;
determining preset weather influence indexes matched with the current state information of each specified specific traffic object according to a preset traffic weather comprehensive index database;
determining current weather information meeting preset weather influence indexes of specified specific traffic objects;
determining the current traffic weather comprehensive information of each specified specific traffic object according to a preset traffic weather comprehensive index database, the current state information and the determined current weather information;
the display unit 403 is invoked (or controlled) to display the current traffic weather integrated information.
Preferably, the at least one program specifically implements the following steps in the step process of determining the preset weather influence index matched with the current state information of each specified specific traffic object according to the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database:
determining preset state information consistent with the current state information of each specified specific traffic object from a preset traffic weather comprehensive index database;
and determining a preset weather influence index associated with the consistent preset state information. Further, the weather type, the specified time period and the weather magnitude in the preset weather influence index associated with the consistent preset state information are determined.
The preset traffic weather comprehensive index in the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database comprises the following relevant items: the method comprises the following steps of (1) setting a specific traffic object type, preset state information of the specific traffic object, identification information of the specific traffic object, a preset weather influence index and a preset traffic safety measure; the preset weather influence indexes comprise weather types, specified time periods and weather magnitude.
Preferably, at least one program specifically implements the following steps in the step process of determining the current weather information meeting the preset weather influence index of each specified specific traffic object:
and determining a weather type, an appointed time period and a weather magnitude or value from the obtained current weather information, and respectively satisfying the current weather information of the weather type, the appointed time period and the weather magnitude in the preset weather influence indexes of each appointed specific traffic object as the current weather information satisfying the preset weather influence indexes.

Preferably, at least one program further implements the following steps in the process of establishing the traffic weather comprehensive index database in advance:
determining a designated traffic line;
determining at least one specific traffic object affected by weather in the designated traffic line;
determining identification information and preset state information of at least one specific traffic object;
determining a preset weather influence index and a corresponding preset traffic safety measure related to at least one specific traffic object and preset state information thereof;
establishing a preset traffic weather comprehensive index of at least one specific traffic object according to the identification information, the preset state information, the related preset weather influence index and the corresponding preset traffic safety measure of the at least one specific traffic object;
and establishing a preset traffic weather comprehensive index database according to the preset traffic weather comprehensive index of at least one specific traffic object.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset traffic weather comprehensive index and the current traffic weather comprehensive information correspond to each specific traffic object, and are more specific and fine; and the current traffic weather comprehensive information corresponds to the real-time current weather information and the current state information of each specific traffic object, and has real-time performance. The traffic related department can make more specific and precise and real-time traffic management work such as scheduling, maintenance and the like according to more specific and precise and real-time current traffic weather comprehensive information, and the pertinence, the applicability and the operability of the traffic management work aiming at each specific traffic object are enhanced. Moreover, the same preset traffic weather combined index database and the same (current) traffic weather combined information database contain the traffic weather combined index and the (current) traffic weather combined information of a plurality of specific traffic objects in a large regional range (such as the whole country), and the traffic weather combined index and the (current) traffic weather combined information conform to the unified standard of the database, which is equivalent to unifying, standardizing and reducing the traffic weather combined index containing identification information, state information and weather influence index of a plurality of specific traffic objects in the large regional range, so that the current traffic weather comprehensive information obtained based on the preset traffic weather comprehensive index and the database also conforms to the unified standard, the embodiment of the invention based on the preset traffic weather comprehensive index and the database can be suitable for traffic management work in a larger area range.
The embodiment of the invention solves the problem that the weather influence index (grade) and the actual traffic safety measure can not be accurately corresponding when the existing method for grading the pure weather grade and the traffic safety measure is adopted; the method solves the problem that the existing traffic meteorological index grading method cannot be applied to a large-range long-distance railway due to the fact that the corresponding relation between specific traffic objects and traffic safety measures is complex and various.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the establishment and the application of the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database and the current traffic weather comprehensive information database can be better suitable for the requirements of various types of weather, various specific traffic objects, various traffic safety measures, complex information sources, large information quantity, quick query and retrieval and accurate indication release of traffic weather.
In the embodiment of the invention, the comprehensive and complete corresponding relation between the weather conditions and the traffic objects, states and traffic safety measures is established by establishing the traffic weather comprehensive index database containing the complex corresponding relation, so that the practical application of the traffic weather comprehensive index with large data volume and complex incidence relation is realized. So that embodiments of the present invention may be applied to nationwide and trans-provincial traffic lines (e.g., railroad lines).
Further, the traffic weather information released in the prior art is usually the current weather information without details, the identification information and the location of a specific traffic object, no corresponding department, and no specific traffic safety measure. Although the method can help the public and traffic-related departments to better understand the influence degree of the weather on the traffic and provide macroscopic measure suggestions. But the system cannot help the traffic related department to quickly, timely and accurately know weather and related traffic related information, and cannot provide more targeted traffic safety indication information for the traffic related department. The traffic-related department usually needs to find out the information content (including the weather type, the identification information of the specific traffic object, the state information of the specific traffic object, the specific weather influence index and the traffic safety measure) needed by itself according to the basic current weather information, then manually find out various corresponding relations (for example, the corresponding relations of the specific traffic object, the current state information and the traffic safety measure) by referring to various tables, and manually determine the specific traffic safety measure. Due to the lack of accurate and timely weather information and traffic weather indication information, the pertinence, timeliness and effectiveness of the traffic related department for dealing with weather influence are obviously influenced.
On the basis of realizing accurate data acquisition of identification information and the location of a specific traffic object, current state information of the specific traffic object, a specific management department, a weather influence index and a specific traffic safety measure, the embodiment of the invention further realizes accurate analysis of traffic information (such as the traffic object, the identification information and the state information), correlation information of the traffic information and the weather index (such as the current state information and a corresponding specific preset weather influence index) and traffic weather indication information (such as the current weather information and the traffic safety measure). Therefore, the accurate analysis and distribution of the weather indication information of the large-range and long-distance road traffic can be realized, and the accurate indication and distribution can be implemented aiming at specific traffic related departments (such as railway management departments of a certain railway bureau).
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention includes apparatus directed to performing one or more of the operations described in the present application. These devices may be specially designed and manufactured for the required purposes, or they may comprise known devices in general-purpose computers. These devices have stored therein computer programs that are selectively activated or reconfigured. Such a computer program may be stored in a device (e.g., computer) readable medium, including, but not limited to, any type of disk including floppy disks, hard disks, optical disks, CD-ROMs, and magnetic-optical disks, ROMs (Read-Only memories), RAMs (Random Access memories), EPROMs (Erasable Programmable Read-Only memories), EEPROMs (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only memories), flash memories, magnetic cards, or optical cards, or any type of media suitable for storing electronic instructions, and each coupled to a bus. It will be understood by those within the art that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustrations, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustrations, can be implemented by computer program instructions. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer program instructions may be implemented by a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, implement the features specified in the block or blocks of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustrations of the present disclosure.

Claims (9)

1. A method for displaying traffic weather comprehensive information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring identification information, current state information and current weather information of at least one specified specific traffic object;
determining preset weather influence indexes matched with the current state information of each specified specific traffic object according to a preset traffic weather comprehensive index database; the preset traffic weather comprehensive index in the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database comprises the following relevant items: the method comprises the following steps of (1) setting a specific traffic object type, preset state information of the specific traffic object, identification information of the specific traffic object, a preset weather influence index and a preset traffic safety measure; the preset weather influence indexes comprise weather types, specified time periods and weather magnitude;
determining current weather information meeting preset weather influence indexes of the specified specific traffic objects;
determining the current traffic weather comprehensive information of each specified specific traffic object according to the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database, the current state information and the determined current weather information;
and displaying the current traffic weather comprehensive information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the preset weather effect index matching with the current state information of each specific designated traffic object according to the preset traffic weather combined index database comprises:
determining preset state information consistent with the current state information of each specified specific traffic object from the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database;
and determining a preset weather influence index associated with the consistent preset state information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the current weather information that satisfies the preset weather effect indicator of each specific traffic object comprises:
and determining a weather type, an appointed time period and a weather magnitude or value from the obtained current weather information, and respectively satisfying the current weather information of the weather type, the appointed time period and the weather magnitude in the preset weather influence indexes of each appointed specific traffic object as the current weather information satisfying the preset weather influence indexes.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining the current traffic weather combined information of each specific designated traffic object according to the preset traffic weather combined index database, the current state information and the determined current weather information comprises:
determining specific traffic object types and traffic safety measures associated with the identification information, the preset state information and the preset weather influence indexes of the specified specific traffic objects from the preset traffic weather comprehensive index database;
and determining the current traffic weather comprehensive information according to the identification information and the current state information of each specified specific traffic object, the current weather information meeting the preset weather influence indexes, the associated specific traffic object types and the traffic safety measures.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said presenting said current traffic weather integrated information comprises:
displaying at least one item which is related in the current traffic weather comprehensive information of each specified specific traffic object: the traffic information comprises identification information, current state information, current weather information meeting preset weather influence indexes, specific traffic object types, preset weather influence indexes and preset traffic safety measures.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the traffic weather combined indicator database is pre-established by:
determining a designated traffic line;
determining at least one specific traffic object affected by weather in the designated traffic line;
determining identification information and preset state information of the at least one specific traffic object;
determining a preset weather influence index and a corresponding preset traffic safety measure related to the at least one specific traffic object and the preset state information thereof;
establishing a preset traffic weather comprehensive index of the at least one specific traffic object according to the identification information, preset state information, related preset weather influence indexes and corresponding preset traffic safety measures of the at least one specific traffic object;
and establishing a preset traffic weather comprehensive index database according to the preset traffic weather comprehensive index of the at least one specific traffic object.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the specific traffic object comprises: road sections and/or traffic facilities; the road segment includes at least one of: accident-prone sections and disaster-prone sections; and
the preset state information of the specific traffic object comprises at least one of the following items: facility state, traffic state, driving state and road grade;
the facility status includes at least one of: the road surface state, the signal facility state, the power supply facility state, the station state and the service area state;
the traffic status includes at least one of: normal road passing, road blocking, construction and maintenance;
the driving state is normal driving, speed-limited driving or driving forbidding;
