Abstract
The online inspection method of the power meter with the metering interface comprises the steps that the power meter comprises a measuring mechanism, an electronic measuring circuit and wiring terminals A-D of the electronic measuring circuit; the electronic measurement circuit is provided with a jack A, a switch A and a jack B between the terminal A in sequence, a jack C and a switch B between the terminal B in sequence, a jack D between the terminal C, and a jack E and a switch C between the terminal D in sequence. The method is characterized in that five fixed-end electric connectors and two switches are designed on a power meter shell for online inspection, so that the problems caused by disassembly and assembly inspection and even disconnection inspection are avoided, and online inspection and in-situ measurement are realized. The power meter with the metering interface realizes the on-off of a measuring line through the switch button, and can complete the metering (checking) of the power meter through the external standard power source of the measuring jack under the condition that the meter is not detached.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a power meter, in particular to an online inspection method of the power meter with a metering interface, which has the functions of online inspection and in-situ metering.
Background
In order to ensure the accurate value of the power meter in use, the power meter needs to be verified according to the national measurement verification regulation JJJG 124-2005, namely, ammeter, voltmeter, power meter and ohmmeter, with a period of one year. The verification main items comprise: appearance inspection, basic error verification, verification of lifting variation and zero deviation.
At present, a power meter used does not have a detection interface, so that a detector can only stop and power off, detach the power meter and send the power meter to a metering technical mechanism, and the power meter is verified in a laboratory by a checker and then gets back to be installed after the power meter is qualified. In the process, the power is cut off when the power meter is stopped, the power meter is disassembled and assembled, and road transportation consumes a large amount of manpower, financial resources and time, and faults of equipment and the power meter can be caused by the disassembly and assembly. In addition, the failure probability of the power meter is increased due to jolts, vibration and the like during transportation, particularly during return. Even if the field environment conditions meet the requirements of the verification regulations, the user needs to stop the machine, cut off the power supply and disconnect the connecting line between the binding post of the power meter and the equipment for verification.
Meanwhile, when the display data of the power meter is suspected to be problematic in the two tracing periods, the power meter can only be shut down and power-off, and the connecting line between the binding post of the power meter and the equipment is disconnected for inspection, so that certain manpower, financial resources and time are consumed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an online checking method of a power meter with a metering interface, which overcomes the defects of the prior art, reduces the consumption of manpower, financial resources and time of a using unit and improves the utilization rate of equipment.
A power meter with a metering interface comprises a measuring mechanism and is characterized in that the measuring mechanism is connected with an electronic measuring circuit, and the electronic measuring circuit is respectively connected with a wiring terminal A, a wiring terminal B, a wiring terminal C and a wiring terminal D; the socket comprises a socket body, a wiring terminal A, a wiring terminal B, a socket C, a switch B, a jack D, a jack E and a switch C, wherein the jack A, the switch A and the jack B are sequentially arranged between the electronic measurement circuit and the wiring terminal A, the jack C and the switch B are sequentially arranged between the electronic measurement circuit and the wiring terminal B, the jack D is arranged between the electronic measurement circuit and the wiring terminal C, and the jack E and the switch C are sequentially arranged between the electronic measurement.
The power meter with the metering interface further comprises a plurality of plugs, and the plug hole A, the plug hole B, the plug hole C, the plug hole D and the plug hole E are sealed by the plugs when not in use.
The method for carrying out online inspection on the power meter with the metering interface is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) the switch A, the switch B and the switch C are placed in an off state;
(2) taking down the plug, and externally connecting a high-grade power meter through the jack A, the jack B, the jack D and the jack E;
(3) the switch B and the switch C are set in a closed state, and the power meter with the metering interface is checked in the current state;
(4) the switch B and the switch C are set in an off state, the high-grade power meter is taken down, and the plug is plugged;
(5) and (3) putting the switch A, the switch B and the switch C in a closed state, and enabling the power meter with the metering interface to work normally.
The method for carrying out in-situ metering on the power meter with the metering interface is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) the switch B and the switch C are set to be in an off state, and the switch A is set to be in an on state;
(2) taking down the plug, and completing the measurement of the power meter with the measurement interface by externally connecting a standard power source to the jack A, the jack C, the jack D and the jack E;
(3) taking down the standard power source and plugging the plug;
(4) and (4) putting the switch B and the switch C into a closed state, and enabling the power meter with the metering interface to work normally.
According to the invention, the five fixed-end electric connectors and the two switches are designed on the power meter shell, so that the problems caused by assembling and disassembling inspection and even disconnection inspection are avoided, and online inspection and in-situ measurement are realized. The power meter with the metering interface realizes the on-off of a measuring line through the switch button, and can complete the metering (checking) of the power meter through a measuring jack externally connected with a standard power source (a high-grade power meter) under the condition that the meter is not detached. The production benefit can be improved on the premise of ensuring the safety of equipment, and the watch is convenient to use and simple to operate.

The method for carrying out online inspection on the power meter with the metering interface is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) the switch A (8), the switch B (9) and the switch C (10) are placed in an off state;
(2) taking down the plug, and externally connecting a high-grade power meter through the jack A (3), the jack B (4), the jack D (6) and the jack E (7);
(3) the switch B (9) and the switch C (10) are placed in a closed state, and the power meter with the metering interface is checked in the current state;
(4) the switch B (9) and the switch C (10) are in an off state, the high-grade power meter is taken down, and the plug is plugged;
(5) and (3) putting the switch A (8), the switch B (9) and the switch C (10) into a closed state, and enabling the power meter with the metering interface to work normally.
The method for carrying out in-situ metering on the power meter with the metering interface is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) the switch B (9) and the switch C (10) are placed in an 'off' state, and the switch A (8) is placed in an 'on' state;
(2) taking down the plug, and completing the measurement of the power meter with the measurement interface by externally connecting a standard power source through the jack A (3), the jack C (5), the jack D (6) and the jack E (7);

The jack A (3), the jack B (4), the jack C (5), the jack D (6) and the jack E (7) form a metering interface 15, the jack A (3), the jack B (4), the jack C (5), the jack D (6) and the jack E (7) are used for electronic elements connected with external equipment, a standard power source and a structural body of a high-grade power meter can be respectively connected at different times, and the structure is sealed by plugging when not used.
