u, positioning and processing the circular arc hole (7) by the bearing hole (3) and the spline hole (4);
v, positioning by using a bearing hole (3) and a spline hole (4), milling a groove (8), communicating with an arc hole (7), the spline hole (4) and a light hole (6), and ensuring that an included angle (11) is 87.06-88.06 degrees;
w, placing the product into an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning, removing oil and impurities, and performing rust prevention treatment;
x, enabling the steel central conductor to pass through the spline hole (4) and the unthreaded hole (6) to carry out magnetization fluorescent flaw detection and demagnetization on the universal joint fork;
and y, placing the product into an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning, removing magnetic powder remained on the part, and performing rust prevention treatment.
