Background
The concrete paver is a construction machine which paves the mixed cement concrete along the given thickness, width and road type requirements of a roadbed, and then carries out the operation procedures of compaction, leveling, finishing and the like to finish paving the concrete pavement. The concrete spreader generally comprises a distributor, a pre-leveling mechanism, a vibrator (including a vibrating rod and a vibrating beam), a leveler, a troweling machine and the like, and during construction, the spreader travels on a fixed rail mold and can be paved into a traveling belt, wherein the rail mold is a traveling track of the spreader and a side mold for paving a road surface. The concrete construction process is as follows: the cement concrete which is dumped on the roadbed is uniformly spread on the roadbed according to a certain thickness by a distributing device, then the cement concrete is spread by a pre-leveling structure and compacted by a vibrating device, and finally the cement concrete is smoothed by a smoothing machine. And during the concrete hardening period, the rail mold is kept not to be disassembled, and after the concrete is hardened, the rail mold is disassembled again, and the next section of pavement is continuously paved.
At present, all concrete pavers pour manufactured concrete on a road surface, and then manually pave the concrete by using small-sized machinery, but the concrete is likely to be agglomerated by the aid of the method, so that the concrete is not easy to pave and the like.
The paver for paving the concrete pavement disclosed in the Chinese patent No. CN201521012695.1 comprises a rack which is connected to a rail mold in a sliding manner, wherein the front end of the rack is provided with a rotating roller through a ball bearing, the rack is also provided with a belt conveyor which forms an inclination angle with the horizontal direction, the upper end of the belt conveyor is opposite to a bin opening arranged on the rack, and a guide plate is arranged between the lower end of the belt conveyor and the rotating roller; the frame is provided with height-adjustable's scraper blade behind the rotatory roller, but this kind of concrete paver can not make the concrete simultaneously to can not the spraying road sign etc..
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a paver for paving a concrete pavement, aiming at the defects of the prior art. The problem of concrete road surface laying inefficiency is solved.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a paver for paving a concrete pavement comprises a rack, a concrete paving device, a concrete compacting device and a road sign spraying device, wherein the rack comprises a chassis, a traveling system and a control system, the chassis is of a rectangular plate structure, the traveling system comprises mounting plates arranged at two ends of the chassis, a rotating shaft connected to the bottom of the mounting plates in a shaft way and traveling wheels arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft, the control system comprises a control plate and a direction control plate, the control plate is vertically arranged at one end of the chassis, the direction control plate is arranged on the control plate, the concrete paving device is arranged on the chassis, the concrete paving device is arranged at the side part of the concrete paving device, the concrete paving device is hinged to the bottom of the chassis, the chassis is also provided with a lifting hole at the side part of the concrete paving device, and the concrete compacting device is arranged on the chassis, and the concrete compaction device passes through the lifting hole and extends to the lower part of the chassis, and the road sign spraying device is arranged at the side part of the concrete compaction device;
the concrete spreading device comprises a spreading mechanism and a rotating mechanism, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a shaft connecting block, a third motor, a first gear, a second rotating shaft and two mounting frames which are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of a chassis;
the spreading mechanism comprises a fourth motor, a third rotating shaft and a spreading column, the fourth motor is arranged at the tail end of one of the mounting frames, the third rotating shaft is connected between the two mounting frames in a shaft mode, one end of the third rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the output end of the fourth motor, the spreading column is fixedly arranged on the third rotating shaft, and rotating threads are arranged on the spreading column.
Further, the concrete compaction device comprises a fifth motor, a third gear, a rack and a pressing plate, wherein the fifth motor is arranged on the chassis, the third gear is fixedly connected with the output end of the fifth motor, the rack is vertically arranged on the chassis and penetrates through the lifting hole to extend to the lower side of the chassis, the pressing plate is provided with a first plate body and a second plate body, the first plate body is horizontally arranged at the bottom of the rack, the second plate body is obliquely and upwards arranged on the side portion of the first plate body, a sliding strip is further arranged on the rack, the lifting hole is correspondingly provided with a sliding groove, the sliding strip is clamped in the sliding groove, and the sliding strip is in sliding connection with the sliding groove.

Furthermore, the road sign spraying device comprises a material containing box and a spraying head, wherein the material containing box is arranged on the chassis, and the spraying head penetrates through the chassis and extends to the position below the chassis.
Has the advantages that: according to the paver for paving the concrete pavement, the stirring manufacture of the concrete and the paving of the concrete are combined together, and the traditional process of firstly manufacturing the concrete, then paving the concrete is overturned, so that the concrete paving efficiency is greatly improved, and the condition that the concrete is condensed due to the fact that the concrete is not stirred for a long time is prevented; during blanking, the concrete is regularly placed on the road surface by adopting the rotation of the blanking rotary column, and the blanking in the mode can not lead the concrete to be accumulated on the road surface, and finally the following steps of flattening and compacting are blocked. This device still is equipped with road sign spraying device, after the road surface is done, directly carries out the spraying to the road surface, can save a large amount of manpower and material resources.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is made with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples:
the paver for laying a concrete road, shown with reference to figures 1 to 10, comprises a frame 1, a concrete laying device 2, a concrete spreading device 3, a concrete compacting device 4 and a road sign spraying device 5.
The frame 1 is including chassis 6, the system of traveling and control system, and chassis 6 is rectangular plate structure, and the system of traveling is including setting up mounting panel 7 at chassis 6 both ends, the axis of rotation 8 of coupling in the mounting panel 7 bottom and installing the wheel 9 that traveles at 8 both ends of axis of rotation, and control system is including control panel 10 and direction control dish 11, and the vertical one end that sets up on the chassis of control panel 10, and direction control dish 11 sets up on control panel 10. The concrete laying device 2 is arranged on a chassis, the concrete spreading device 3 is arranged on the side portion of the concrete laying device 2, the concrete spreading device 3 is hinged to the bottom of the chassis, the chassis is also provided with a lifting hole 12 on the side portion of the concrete spreading device 3, the concrete compacting device 4 is arranged on the chassis 6, the concrete compacting device 4 extends to the lower portion of the chassis 6 through the lifting hole 12, and the road sign spraying device 5 is arranged on the side portion of the concrete compacting device 4. Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, the concrete laying device 2 includes a concrete mixing mechanism 16 and a concrete blanking mechanism 17, the concrete laying device 2 is provided with a storage box 18, an isolation mechanism 19 is disposed in the middle of the storage box 18, the concrete mixing mechanism 16 is disposed above the isolation mechanism 19, the concrete blanking mechanism 17 is disposed below the isolation mechanism 19, the isolation mechanism 19 includes a portal frame 20, a first cylinder 21 and an isolation plate 22, the portal frame 20 is disposed at a side portion of the storage box 18, the first cylinder 21 is disposed on the portal frame 20, the isolation plate 22 is fixedly connected with an output end of the first cylinder 21, and the isolation plate 22 is inserted into the storage box 18. The isolation mechanism 19 isolates the concrete stirring mechanism 16 from the concrete blanking mechanism 17, and after the concrete stirring is completed, the isolation plate 22 is pulled out, so that the manufactured concrete can be transferred to the concrete blanking mechanism 17, and the concrete blanking is realized.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the concrete mixing mechanism 16 includes a first motor 23 and a mixing frame 24, the first motor 23 is disposed on the top of the storage box 18, an output end of the first motor 23 extends vertically downward into the storage box 18, the mixing frame 24 is fixedly connected to the output end of the first motor 23, a water inlet pipe 25, a feeding pipe 26 and a feeding port 27 are further disposed on a side portion of the concrete mixing mechanism 16, the feeding pipe 26 and the water inlet pipe 25 are both disposed on a side wall of the storage box 18, an electromagnetic valve 28 is further disposed on the water inlet pipe 25, the feeding port 27 is of an inverted "circular truncated cone" shape, and the feeding port 27 is fixedly disposed on the feeding pipe 26. Water is put in from the water inlet pipe 25, the raw materials for manufacturing the concrete are poured in from the feeding port 27, and the raw materials are stirred by the stirring frame 24 to finish the processing and manufacturing of the concrete.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 4 and fig. 6, the bottom of the storage box 18 is provided with a rectangular feed opening, the chassis is further provided with a laying leak opening, the concrete discharging mechanism 17 comprises an installation block 29 symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the chassis, a first rotating shaft 30, a second motor 31 and a discharging rotating column 32, the installation block 29 is further provided with a rotating bearing, the second motor 31 is arranged on the side wall of the installation block 29, the first rotating shaft 30 is arranged in the rotating bearing, one end of the first rotating shaft 30 is fixedly connected with the output end of the second motor 31, the discharging rotating column 32 is fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft 30, and the side wall of the discharging rotating column 32 is provided with a plurality of discharging grooves 33. The part setting of unloading rotary column 32 is in the top of feed opening to unloading rotary column 32 just can stop up the feed opening, and a plurality of unloading groove 33 that the feed opening set up can drive some concrete when the pivoted and transfer out in bin 18, drop on the ground, realize the regular unloading of concrete.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 7 and 8, the concrete spreading device 3 includes a spreading mechanism and a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism includes a coupling block 34, a third motor 35, a first gear 36, a second gear 37, a second rotating shaft 38 and two mounting brackets 39 symmetrically disposed at the bottom of the chassis, the second rotating shaft 38 is coupled to the coupling block 34, the first gear 36 is disposed at one end of the second rotating shaft 38, the third motor 35 is horizontally disposed on the chassis, the second gear 37 is fixedly connected to an output end of the third motor 35, the first gear 36 is engaged with the second gear 37, and the mounting brackets 39 are disposed at two ends of the second rotating shaft 38 respectively. The rotating mechanism of the concrete spreading device 3 can control the rotation of the spreading mechanism, and the spreading mechanism is rotated when not in use and can be lowered to a proper position when in use.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 7 and 8, the spreading mechanism includes a fourth motor 40, a third rotating shaft 41 and a spreading column 42, the fourth motor 40 is disposed at the end of one of the mounting brackets 39, the third rotating shaft 41 is coupled between the two mounting brackets 39, one end of the third rotating shaft 41 is fixedly connected with the output end of the fourth motor 40, the spreading column 42 is fixedly disposed on the third rotating shaft 41, and a rotating thread 43 is disposed on the spreading column 42. The fourth motor 40 that the mechanism was equipped with rotates and drives the rotation of spreading column 42, and the rotation screw thread 43 that sets up on the spreading column 42 pushes away accumulational concrete to both sides when the pivoted.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 9, the concrete compacting device 4 includes a fifth motor 44, a third gear 45, a rack 46 and a pressing plate, the fifth motor 44 is disposed on the chassis, the third gear 45 is fixedly connected to an output end of the fifth motor 44, the rack 46 is vertically disposed on the chassis and the rack 46 extends below the chassis through the lifting hole 12, the pressing plate includes a first plate 47 and a second plate 48, the first plate 47 is horizontally disposed at a bottom of the rack 46, the second plate 48 is obliquely disposed at a side portion of the first plate 47, the rack 46 further includes a slide bar 49, the lifting hole 12 is correspondingly provided with a slide groove 50, the slide bar 49 is clamped in the slide groove 50, and the slide bar 49 is slidably connected to the slide groove 50. The concrete compacting device 4 can compact the surface of the concrete after being spread and realize smooth grinding.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a forming mechanism is further arranged on the chassis, the forming mechanism includes support frames 51 symmetrically arranged on two sides of the chassis and a gathering plate 52 arranged at the bottom of the support frame 51, and the gathering plate 52 is an arc-shaped plate. The forming mechanism can gather the concrete on both sides of the road, thereby preventing the waste of concrete raw materials.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 10, the road sign spraying device 5 includes a material containing box 53 and a spraying head 54, wherein the material containing box 53 is disposed on a chassis, and the spraying head 54 extends through the chassis to a position below the chassis.
The working principle is as follows: water is put into the concrete leveling device from a water inlet pipe 25, a raw material for manufacturing the concrete is poured into the concrete leveling device from a feeding port 27, the raw material is stirred by a stirring frame 24 to finish the processing and manufacturing of the concrete, the processed concrete is put into a concrete discharging mechanism 17, a part of a discharging rotating column 32 is arranged above the discharging port, the discharging rotating column 32 can just block the discharging port, a plurality of discharging grooves 33 arranged at the discharging port can drive a part of the concrete to be discharged out of a storage box 18 in the rotating process and fall on the ground, the regular discharging of the concrete is realized, the rotating mechanism of the concrete leveling device 3 can control the rotating of the leveling mechanism and can be put to a proper position in the using process, a fourth motor 40 arranged on the leveling mechanism rotates to drive the leveling column 42 to rotate, a rotating thread 43 arranged on the leveling column 42 pushes away the concrete to two sides in the rotating process, the concrete surface after leveling can be compacted by the concrete compacting device 4, and realize polishing level and smooth, forming mechanism can gather together the concrete on road both sides, and road sign spraying device 5 carries out the spraying of road sign to the road surface at last.
