The outer cylinder 1 is provided integrally with a drain joint 6. The outer cylinder 1 and the drainage joint 6 are both plastic parts. The water discharge joint 6 is vertically arranged. The cross section of the outer wall of the water drainage joint 6 is round.
Preferably, the outer wall of the drainage joint 6 is provided with a radially protruding insertion part, the end part of the insertion part gradually shrinks towards the end part of the drainage joint 6 to form a transition part, and the drainage pipe 10 is sleeved outside the insertion part along the transition part under the action of pressure and is in sealing connection.

The water retaining rib 11 includes a third partition plate 14 in addition to the first partition plate 9 and the second partition plate 12 described in the first embodiment, and the third partition plate 14 is disposed at the lower end of the air chamber 4 and is connected to the first partition plate 9 and the side wall of the water drainage joint 6 constituting the side wall of the air chamber 4, respectively, so as to seal the lower end of the air chamber 4. The lower end of the first partition 9 is provided with a lower opening to communicate the air chamber 4 and the drain chamber 8.
In order to ensure that the water in the air chamber 4 can be completely discharged, the third partition 14 is an inclined surface which is gradually inclined downwards towards the opening direction. The lowest end of the third clapboard 14 is not lower than the lower end of the drainage joint 6.
