Abstract
本发明涉及一种卫生用品原材料,尤其涉及一种三层复合无纺布及其加工设备,包括复合在一起的上层、中间层和下层,所述上层和下层均为PP粒子防粘层,所述中间层为长纤维木浆层,两层PP粒子防粘层将长纤维木浆层包裹在中间通过热压压花辊压花后再通过超声波粘合机热粘合。本发明采用“夹心式”结构,可以有效的防止木浆纤维外泄,有效的提高产品的穿透性能,有效防止污物渗透,保水性低于木浆布,可减少在擦拭眼镜过程中液体的残留,摩擦系数与柔软度较低,可有效的保护被擦拭的材料,特别适合制作眼睛湿巾,对眼镜湿巾产品的应用具有重要意义。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生用品原材料,尤其涉及一种三层复合无纺布及其加工设备和加工工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,生活品质也在不断的提升,但近年来,近视问题越来越严重,并且出现“少儿化”的现象,这就造就了一个独特产品的兴起——眼镜湿巾;擦拭眼镜的眼镜类湿巾对浸泡过的基材要求:快干、无痕、去污等效果,目前湿巾采用的基材大部分使用黏胶涤纶按比例共混的无纺布,吸水性虽然能通过黏胶的控制,但保水性能较差,在吸水的同时容易挤出大量的液体,不符合眼镜湿巾中的快干、无痕的要求;采用木浆纤维试制的原纸,具有较低的吸水倍率,木浆本身的不平整结构对去污、无痕具有良好的效果,但木浆纤维遇水后湿强度低,无法满足现有机械及擦拭的要求,且添加湿强剂后产品较硬,摩擦力大,易损耗被擦拭的产品。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述现有技术中存在的缺陷和不足,提供了一种采用“夹心式”结构,可以有效的防止木浆纤维外泄,有效的提高产品的穿透性能,有效防止污物渗透,保水性低于木浆布,可减少在擦拭眼镜过程中液体的残留,摩擦系数与柔软度较低,可有效的保护被擦拭的材料,特别适合制作眼睛湿巾,对眼镜湿巾产品的应用具有重要意义的三层复合无纺布及其加工设备和加工工艺。
本发明的技术方案:一种三层复合无纺布,包括复合在一起的上层、中间层和下层,所述上层和下层均为PP粒子防粘层,所述中间层为长纤维木浆层,两层PP粒子防粘层将长纤维木浆层包裹在中间通过热压压花辊压花后再通过超声波粘合机热粘合。
优选地,所述PP粒子防粘层的克重均为10gsm,所述长纤维木浆层的克重为15gsm。
优选地,该无纺布的克重为38gsm,保水性300%,穿透性>1s,柔软度为200mN,摩擦系数<0.3,柔软度112cN。
一种三层复合无纺布的加工设备,其特征在于:其包括机架和依次安装在机架上的料架、牵伸机、纠偏器、热压压花辊、超声波粘合机和分切收卷机。
优选地,所述料架包括上层料架、中间层料架和下层料架,所述牵伸机包括配合上层上架的上层牵伸机、配合中间层料架的中间层牵伸机和配合下层料架的下层牵伸机,所述纠偏器包括配合上层料架的上层纠偏器、配合中间层料架的中间层纠偏器和配合下层料架的下层纠偏器。
一种三层复合无纺布的加工工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)准备好PP粒子防粘层作为上层材料和下层材料分别装在上层料架和下层料架上,准备好长纤维木浆层作为中间层材料装在中间层料架上;
2)开送机,上层材料在上层牵伸机作用下牵伸、中间层材料在中间层牵伸机作用下牵伸、下层材料在下层牵伸机作用下牵伸;
3)上层、中间层、下层被牵伸到热压压花辊处进行压花处理成半成品;
4)压花完成后的半成品再被牵伸到超声波粘合机中进行超声波热粘合成复合无纺布成品;
5)成品最后送到分切收卷机进行分切和收卷。
优选地,所述步骤2)中上层材料在牵伸过程中通过上层纠偏器控制传送方向,中间层材料在牵伸过程中通过中间层纠偏器控制传送方向,下层材料在牵伸过程中通过下层纠偏器控制传送方向。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明,但并不是对本发明保护范围的限制。
如图1所示,一种三层复合无纺布,包括复合在一起的上层1、中间层3和下层2,上层1和下层2均为PP粒子防粘层,中间层3为长纤维木浆层,两层PP粒子防粘层将长纤维木浆层包裹在中间通过热压压花辊压花后再通过超声波粘合机热粘合。PP粒子防粘层的克重均为10gsm,长纤维木浆层的克重为15gsm。该无纺布的克重为38gsm,保水性300%,穿透性>1s,柔软度为200mN,摩擦系数<0.3,柔软度112cN。
如图2所示,一种三层复合无纺布的加工设备,包括机架和依次安装在机架上的料架、牵伸机、纠偏器、热压压花辊、超声波粘合机和分切收卷机。料架包括上层料架、中间层料架和下层料架,所述牵伸机包括配合上层上架的上层牵伸机、配合中间层料架的中间层牵伸机和配合下层料架的下层牵伸机,纠偏器包括配合上层料架的上层纠偏器、配合中间层料架的中间层纠偏器和配合下层料架的下层纠偏器。
一种三层复合无纺布的加工工艺,包括下述步骤:

步骤2)中上层材料在牵伸过程中通过上层纠偏器控制传送方向,中间层材料在牵伸过程中通过中间层纠偏器控制传送方向,下层材料在牵伸过程中通过下层纠偏器控制传送方向。
本发明中牵伸机、纠偏器、热压压花辊、超声波粘合机、分切收卷机均为市面采购的机构自行安装在机架上。
本发明采用“夹心式”结构,可以有效的防止木浆纤维外泄,有效的提高产品的穿透性能,有效防止污物渗透,保水性低于木浆布,可减少在擦拭眼镜过程中液体的残留,摩擦系数与柔软度较低,可有效的保护被擦拭的材料,特别适合制作眼睛湿巾,对眼镜湿巾产品的应用具有重要意义。
本发明所制得的三层复合无纺布测试参数与水刺木浆布对比如下:
优点:同克重下,穿透性强、摩擦系数和柔软度均较低。
本发明的三层复合无纺布的应用过程中,解决了单组份产品的使用单一性问题,发挥多组分材料的功能性;产品工艺及材料的结合性,在性价比上具有一定的优势,除了在眼镜湿巾上应用,还可以用于卫生用品的导流层。
Claims (7)
1.一种三层复合无纺布,包括复合在一起的上层、中间层和下层,其特征在于:所述上层和下层均为PP粒子防粘层,所述中间层为长纤维木浆层,两层PP粒子防粘层将长纤维木浆层包裹在中间通过热压压花辊压花后再通过超声波粘合机热粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三层复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述PP粒子防粘层的克重均为10gsm,所述长纤维木浆层的克重为15gsm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三层复合无纺布,其特征在于:该无纺布的克重为38gsm,保水性300%,穿透性>1s,柔软度为200mN,摩擦系数<0.3,柔软度112cN。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的三层复合无纺布的加工设备,其特征在于:其包括机架和依次安装在机架上的料架、牵伸机、纠偏器、热压压花辊、超声波粘合机和分切收卷机。
5.根据权利要求4所述的三层复合无纺布的加工设备,其特征在于:所述料架包括上层料架、中间层料架和下层料架,所述牵伸机包括配合上层上架的上层牵伸机、配合中间层料架的中间层牵伸机和配合下层料架的下层牵伸机,所述纠偏器包括配合上层料架的上层纠偏器、配合中间层料架的中间层纠偏器和配合下层料架的下层纠偏器。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的三层复合无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:其包括下述步骤:
1)准备好PP粒子防粘层作为上层材料和下层材料分别装在上层料架和下层料架上,准备好长纤维木浆层作为中间层材料装在中间层料架上;
2)开送机,上层材料在上层牵伸机作用下牵伸、中间层材料在中间层牵伸机作用下牵伸、下层材料在下层牵伸机作用下牵伸;
3)上层、中间层、下层被牵伸到热压压花辊处进行压花处理成半成品;
4)压花完成后的半成品再被牵伸到超声波粘合机中进行超声波热粘合成复合无纺布成品;
5)成品最后送到分切收卷机进行分切和收卷。
7.根据权利要求6所述的三层复合无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中上层材料在牵伸过程中通过上层纠偏器控制传送方向,中间层材料在牵伸过程中通过中间层纠偏器控制传送方向,下层材料在牵伸过程中通过下层纠偏器控制传送方向。
