优选地,所述材料选自由聚氯乙烯、热塑性弹性体和热塑性聚氨酯组成的组。支撑性后层与装饰性前层之间的紧密粘结使得支撑性后层的机械性质转移到整个合成皮肤,从而改善了合成皮肤的性能。
厚度低于1.2 mm的合成皮肤的特定构型允许减小合成皮肤的重量,因此减小内部装饰件的总重量。
具有两个层,具体地讲,装饰性高质量前层和支撑性后层的合成皮肤的特定构型允许保持良好的美学状态并且当气囊被触发时保持对气囊部署的充分控制。
由于装饰性前层可以被选择成具有良好的美学性质,这可在任何时候得到保持,并且在由于支撑性后层充当保护层而引起的高要求温度条件下,尤其在软触摸内部装饰件的制造过程中,良好的美学状态是可能的。
当气囊被触发时,合成皮肤的充分性能由于支撑性后层内填料的存在而是可能的,填料具有预定义的低重量比和特定的低尺寸。
一方面,填料在支撑性后层的结构中形成不连续部分。当气囊以合成皮肤更容易断裂的方式被触发时,这些不连续部分允许减小该层的断点限制。因此,可能在合成皮肤的材料开始流动之前,开始撕裂合成皮肤。
另一方面,填料的较小尺寸允许填料的良好分布,而不管是否包含低量的填料。
因此,整个支撑性后层上不连续部分的存在是均质的,从而允许确保其端点限制的减小。
因此,当气囊被触发时,皮肤易于撕裂,撕裂根据预定义方式,从预定义点开始,在适当的时候且因此以受控方式进行。这涉及受控的气囊部署。
此外,所用填料的量减少允许合成皮肤的总重量保持减少。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
图1示出了本发明的车辆的软触摸内部装饰件1。软触摸内部装饰件1包括:
-基底2,
-软触摸层3,
-以及合成皮肤4,合成皮肤4具有:
装饰性前层4.1,
以及支撑性后层4.2。
装饰性前层4.1和支撑性后层4.2紧密地相互粘结。这意味着支撑性后层4.2.的机械性质被转移到整个合成皮肤4,从而改善了合成皮肤的性能。
基底2层可由例如塑性材料如聚丙烯(PP)、丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)制成或可由复合材料如具有任何种类的增强材料的塑料基质制成。
软触摸层3可以是间隔织物,也可以是由聚氨酯(PU)制成的泡沫。
合成皮肤4可由例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)、热塑性弹性体(TPE)或热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)制成。
这种材料通常通过凝塑成型来处理。这样,本发明的合成皮肤4优选地通过凝塑成型来制造。
优选地,装饰性前层4.1和支撑性后层4.2二者均由同一物料族制成,但它们也可由不同的材料族制成。
合成皮肤4的总厚度小于1.2 mm,优选地小于1 mm,其中支撑性后层4.2的厚度大于装饰性前层4.1的厚度。
根据本发明的一个特定实施方案,支撑性后层4.2的厚度为0.6 mm并且装饰性前层4.1的厚度为0.4 mm。
另外,如图2示出的,支撑性后层包括填料5,填料的最大尺寸小于0.4 mm,优选地小于0.3 mm,并且它的重量比小于支撑性后层4.2的总重量的10%。
填料可以选自微颗粒、纤维和微球体。
在微颗粒的情况下,这些微颗粒可以选自天然材料、合成材料和矿物材料。
在纤维的情况下,这些纤维可以选自天然材料、人造材料、合成材料和矿物材料。具体地讲,一个优选例子是纤维素纤维如天然纤维或人工纤维诸如纤维胶的使用。一个优选例子是由玄武岩或玻璃制成的短纤维的使用。
在微球体的情况下,这些微球体可以选自合成材料和矿物材料。
在其中填料5包括纤维的特定情况下,合成皮肤4与软触摸泡沫层3之间的粘附力由于纤维的纵横比而大大提高。
一般来说,将与软触摸泡沫层3接触的合成皮肤4的表面改性为粗糙表面的任何种类的填料5改进了泡沫层3和合成皮肤4这两个层之间的粘附力。
这使得支撑性后层4.2的机械性能更多地转移到整个组件,从而当气囊被触发时,改进了合成皮肤4的正确撕裂。
根据图3所示本发明的改进,支撑性后层4.2为泡沫。为了使合成皮肤4的总重量减少得更多,一旦皮肤的机械性能由于填料5的加入而得到改进,支撑性后层就可能起泡,从而使组件的机械性能保持处于控制之下。因此,支撑性后层4.2包括在这种特定情况下通过纤维形成的填料5以及形成于泡沫结构中的空隙或单元6。
根据图4所示的特定情况,填料5包括空隙微球体7,除了引起不连续性部分的均匀分布外,空隙微球体7还允许复合泡沫效应,从而也实现额外的减重。

Claims (9)

1.车辆的软触摸内部装饰件(1),包括:
-基底(2),
-软触摸层(3),
-合成皮肤(4),所述合成皮肤具有:
装饰性前层(4.1),
支撑性后层(4.2),
其中所述装饰性前层(4.1)和所述支撑性后层(4.2)紧密地相互粘结,
其中所述合成皮肤(4)的总厚度小于1.2 mm,所述支撑性后层(4.2)的厚度大于所述装饰性前层(4.1)的厚度,
其特征在于,
所述支撑性后层(4.2)包括填料(5),所述填料的最大尺寸小于0.4 mm并且重量比小于所述支撑性后层(4.2)的总重量的10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的软触摸内部装饰件(1),其特征在于,所述软触摸层(3)为间隔织物或泡沫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的软触摸内部装饰件(1),其特征在于,所述填料(5)的所述最大尺寸小于0.3 mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的软触摸内部装饰件(1),其特征在于,所述支撑性后层(4.2)为泡沫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的软触摸内部装饰件(1),其特征在于,所述填料(5)选自由微颗粒、纤维和微球体组成的组。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆的软触摸内部装饰件(1),其特征在于,所述纤维包括纤维素纤维。
7.根据权利要求5所述的车辆的软触摸内部装饰件(1),其特征在于,所述微球体包括空隙微球体(7)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的软触摸内部装饰件(1),其特征在于,所述装饰性前层(4.1)的材料是通常通过凝塑成型来处理的材料之一。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆的软触摸内部装饰件(1),其特征在于,所述材料选自由聚氯乙烯、热塑性弹性体和热塑性聚氨酯组成的组。
