本发明提供一种阻燃运动面料,包括耐磨层以及吸湿层,所述耐磨层粘贴在吸湿层的上侧面,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:实现了耐磨以及抗紫外线的功能,同时也提高了吸湿以及排湿的效果,提高了使用的舒适度,而且也具有抗菌抑臭的功能,提高了使用安全性。

本发明是一种阻燃运动面料,属于面料制备技术领域。
背景技术
运动面料一般是指运动时衣服的面料,其实这样的面料以涤纶的居多。 首先需要的功能是速干,因为在运动时需要大量出汗,穿纯棉的衣服的确是很吸汗,但是汗都吸在衣服上,衣服变湿了,很难蒸发出去。而不少运动面料,比如说ADIDAS的CLIMAFIT和NIKE的DRIFIT还有李宁的ATDRY,都是花了很多经费研究出来的材料,都是100%涤纶的,这样的面料可以使你出了汗以后,迅速把汗液蒸发,所以你不会感觉到任何衣服的沉重感,也不会贴在身上,可以说是激烈运动的着装首选。
然而现有的运动面料不具有阻燃的功能,而且耐磨效果较差,且不便于对紫外线进行阻挡,同时也降低了吸湿效果,因此,急需要一种阻燃运动面料来解决上述步骤。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种阻燃运动面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种阻燃运动面料,包括耐磨层以及吸湿层,所述耐磨层粘贴在吸湿层的上侧面,包括以下制备过程:
首先,选取30-60重量份的竹炭纤维、40-70重量份的聚酰胺纤维、25-45重量份的涤纶纤维以及55-75重量份的粘胶纤维;
然后,将竹炭纤维以及聚酰胺纤维均放入抗菌溶剂内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为15-30min,然后取出,并将竹炭纤维作为经线并指在纺织机上,然后以聚酰胺纤维作为纬线,并连接在引纬器上,从而制备出耐磨层,然后以涤纶纤维作为经线布置在纺织机上,然后以粘胶纤维作为纬线连接在引纬器,从而制备出吸湿层;
然后,使用人员将耐磨层与吸湿层进行对齐处理,并在耐磨层与吸湿层之间涂敷粘合剂,然后使用人员将耐磨层以及吸湿层均放入压制设备内进行压紧成型,压制时间为20-25min;
再然后,使用人员将耐磨层以及吸湿层从压制设备内部取出,并放入带有面料辊的输送设备上,并在面料辊上布置阻燃剂喷涂管,并实现阻燃剂喷涂管对准耐磨层,然后耐磨层以及吸湿层在输送设备上进行输送,然后面料辊从而带动阻燃剂喷涂管转动,然后阻燃剂喷涂管将阻燃剂均匀喷涂到耐磨层的上端面;
最后,将喷涂结束后的耐磨层以及吸湿层从输送设备上取下,并放置在晾晒架上进行晾晒处理,晾晒时间为10-15h。
进一步地,所述选取40重量份的竹炭纤维作为经线,选取60重量份的聚酰胺纤维作为纬线,从而制得耐磨层,此耐磨层抗紫外线能力强;选取60重量份的竹炭纤维作为经线,选取40重量份的聚酰胺纤维作为纬线,从而制得耐磨层,此耐磨层耐磨强度高。
进一步地,所述选取25重量份的涤纶纤维作为经线,选取75重量份的粘胶纤维作为纬线,从而制得吸湿层,此吸湿层吸湿效果高;选取45重量份的涤纶纤维作为经线,选取55重量份的粘胶纤维作为纬线,从而制得吸湿层,此吸湿层易干,易清洗,弹性高。
进一步地,所述抗菌溶剂为一种银离子抗菌剂。
进一步地,所述粘合剂为一种湿固化的聚氨酯热熔胶。
进一步地,所述阻燃剂是一种环氧树脂阻燃剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种阻燃运动面料,本发明通过添加耐磨层以及吸湿层的设计,实现了耐磨以及抗紫外线的功能,同时也提高了吸湿以及排湿的效果,提高了使用的舒适度,而且也具有抗菌抑臭的功能,提高了使用安全性。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种阻燃运动面料,包括耐磨层1以及吸湿层2,耐磨层1粘贴在吸湿层2的上侧面,包括以下制备过程:
首先,选取30-60重量份的竹炭纤维、40-70重量份的聚酰胺纤维、25-45重量份的涤纶纤维以及55-75重量份的粘胶纤维;
然后,将竹炭纤维以及聚酰胺纤维均放入抗菌溶剂内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为15-30min,然后取出,并将竹炭纤维作为经线并指在纺织机上,然后以聚酰胺纤维作为纬线,并连接在引纬器上,从而制备出耐磨层1,然后以涤纶纤维作为经线布置在纺织机上,然后以粘胶纤维作为纬线连接在引纬器,从而制备出吸湿层2;

再然后,使用人员将耐磨层1以及吸湿层2从压制设备内部取出,并放入带有面料辊的输送设备上,并在面料辊上布置阻燃剂喷涂管,并实现阻燃剂喷涂管对准耐磨层1,然后耐磨层1以及吸湿层2在输送设备上进行输送,然后面料辊从而带动阻燃剂喷涂管转动,然后阻燃剂喷涂管将阻燃剂均匀喷涂到耐磨层1的上端面;
最后,将喷涂结束后的耐磨层1以及吸湿层2从输送设备上取下,并放置在晾晒架上进行晾晒处理,晾晒时间为10-15h。

首先,选取30-60重量份的竹炭纤维、40-70重量份的聚酰胺纤维、25-45重量份的涤纶纤维以及55-75重量份的粘胶纤维;
然后,将竹炭纤维以及聚酰胺纤维均放入抗菌溶剂内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为15-30min,然后取出,并将竹炭纤维作为经线并指在纺织机上,然后以聚酰胺纤维作为纬线,并连接在引纬器上,从而制备出耐磨层,然后以涤纶纤维作为经线布置在纺织机上,然后以粘胶纤维作为纬线连接在引纬器,从而制备出吸湿层;
然后,使用人员将耐磨层与吸湿层进行对齐处理,并在耐磨层与吸湿层之间涂敷粘合剂,然后使用人员将耐磨层以及吸湿层均放入压制设备内进行压紧成型,压制时间为20-25min;
再然后,使用人员将耐磨层以及吸湿层从压制设备内部取出,并放入带有面料辊的输送设备上,并在面料辊上布置阻燃剂喷涂管,并实现阻燃剂喷涂管对准耐磨层,然后耐磨层以及吸湿层在输送设备上进行输送,然后面料辊从而带动阻燃剂喷涂管转动,然后阻燃剂喷涂管将阻燃剂均匀喷涂到耐磨层的上端面;
最后,将喷涂结束后的耐磨层以及吸湿层从输送设备上取下,并放置在晾晒架上进行晾晒处理,晾晒时间为10-15h。
