Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a design method of an oil pressure cantilever five-axis platform for processing mobile phone workpieces, which aims to solve the technical problem of unstable positioning in the prior art.

the band-type brake assembly includes: the brake comprises a brake sleeve, a brake ring and an oil circuit system, wherein the brake ring is arranged on the brake ring;
the design method of the band-type brake ring comprises the following steps:

In the above technical scheme, further, the mobile phone workpiece fixing structure comprises a fixing table, and a vacuum suction port is arranged on the fixing table; the band-type brake sleeve is sleeved outside the band-type brake ring, the band-type brake sleeve is connected with the oil circuit system, the band-type brake ring comprises a thin-wall deformation part, a closed space is formed between the band-type brake sleeve and the thin-wall deformation part of the band-type brake ring, the closed space is communicated with the oil circuit system, and the band-type brake ring is sleeved on an output shaft of the harmonic reducer.

The hydraulic cantilever five-axis platform for processing the mobile phone workpieces provided by the invention enables the band-type brake to hug the output shaft of the harmonic speed reducer through the oil pressure, so that the deviation of the angle of the quick positioning component arranged on the output shaft of the harmonic speed reducer is avoided.
The hydraulic cantilever five-axis platform for processing the mobile phone workpiece, which is designed and manufactured by the design method for the hydraulic cantilever five-axis platform for processing the mobile phone workpiece, has the same advantages as the hydraulic cantilever five-axis platform for processing the mobile phone workpiece compared with the prior art, and is not repeated herein.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the hydraulic cantilever five-axis platform for processing a mobile phone workpiece provided by the embodiment of the invention includes: the mobile phone comprises a four-axis shaft 1, a five-axis cantilever 2 arranged on the four-axis shaft 1 in a swinging manner and a mobile phone part fixing structure 4 arranged on the five-axis cantilever 2;
the five-axis cantilever 2 comprises a shell 21, a servo motor 22 and a harmonic reducer 23 are arranged in the shell 21, the servo motor 22 and the harmonic reducer 23 are in transmission connection, an output shaft of the harmonic reducer 23 is connected with a quick positioning platform, the quick positioning platform comprises a band-type brake assembly 3 and a quick positioning assembly 5 arranged on one side, far away from the harmonic reducer 23, of the band-type brake assembly 3, and a mobile phone part fixing structure 4 is detachably arranged on the quick positioning assembly 5;
the mobile phone workpiece fixing structure 4 comprises a fixing table, and a vacuum suction port is arranged on the fixing table;
band-type brake subassembly 3 includes: band-type brake sleeve 31, band-type brake ring 32 and oil piping, band-type brake sleeve 31 cover is located band-type brake ring 32 outside, band-type brake sleeve 31 is connected with oil piping, band-type brake ring 32 includes thin wall deformation portion, forms closed space 33 between band-type brake sleeve 31 and the thin wall deformation portion 321 of band-type brake ring 32, and closed space 33 communicates with oil piping, and band-type brake ring 32 cover is located on the output shaft of harmonic reducer 23.
The hydraulic cantilever five-axis platform for processing mobile phone workpieces is used for processing mobile phone workpieces, the mobile phone workpieces are fixed on a fixing table of a mobile phone workpiece fixing structure 4, specifically, the mobile phone workpieces are covered on a vacuum suction port, and after vacuumizing, the fixing table adsorbs the mobile phone workpieces through vacuum, so that the mobile phone workpieces are fixed on the fixing table.
The mobile phone workpiece fixing structure 4 is arranged on the quick positioning assembly 5, the servo motor 22 drives the harmonic speed reducer 23 to rotate, and the harmonic speed reducer 23 drives the quick positioning assembly 5 to rotate, so that the angle of the mobile phone workpiece fixing structure 4 is adjusted, and the position of the mobile phone workpiece is adjusted. After the angle adjustment is finished, high-pressure oil is introduced into the closed space 33 between the band-type brake sleeve 31 and the band-type brake ring 32 through the oil way system, so that large oil pressure is generated in the closed space 33, the thin-wall deformation portion 321 is deformed by the oil pressure, the thin-wall deformation portion 321 deforms in the direction close to the output shaft of the harmonic speed reducer 23, the band-type brake ring 32 is tightly held by the output shaft of the harmonic speed reducer 23, the output shaft of the harmonic speed reducer 23 is prevented from rotating, and the effect of quick positioning is achieved.
Because the oil pressure cantilever five-axis platform for processing mobile phone workpieces provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the band-type brake ring 32 to hug the output shaft of the harmonic speed reducer 23 through oil pressure, the deviation of the angle of the quick positioning assembly 5 arranged on the output shaft of the harmonic speed reducer 23 is avoided.
In order to fix the mobile phone workpiece on the fixed table conveniently, on the one hand, the mobile phone workpiece is fixed in a vacuum adsorption mode, on the other hand, in an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment, a plurality of limit grooves are further formed in the fixed table and correspond to the protruding portions on the mobile phone workpiece, when the mobile phone workpiece is placed on the fixed table, the protruding portions on the mobile phone workpiece extend into the limit grooves, and the limit grooves play a further limit role on the mobile phone workpiece.
When the mobile phone part is the mobile phone rear cover, the outer outline shape and the size of the fixed table are matched with those of the mobile phone rear cover, the mobile phone rear cover is buckled on the fixed table, the inner side area of the mobile phone rear cover is contacted with the outer side area of the fixed table, and the clamping block on the mobile phone rear cover is clamped with the limiting groove on the fixed table, so that the fixing stability of the mobile phone rear cover on the fixed table is improved.
A plurality of grooves are arranged on the fixed table, and the positions of the grooves correspond to the area to be punched on the mobile phone rear cover so as to reserve an operation space for the punching tool.
In order to further improve the fixing effect of the mobile phone workpiece on the fixing table, in an alternative embodiment, an extending part (not shown in the figure) extending outwards is arranged at the bottom of the fixing table, a clamping plate is slidably arranged on the extending part, the clamping plate is parallel to the side surface of the fixing table, and the clamping plate is connected with the fixing table through an elastic piece. In the above technical solution, further, a cushion pad is provided on a side of the clamping plate facing the fixing table. The cushion pad can be made of rubber or sponge, and on one hand, the cushion pad can prevent the clamping plate from scratching the mobile phone part; on the other hand, the cushion pad has certain elasticity, is more tightly attached to the mobile phone part, and has larger friction force, so that shake of the mobile phone part relative to the fixed table can be reduced, and the fixing effect on the mobile phone part is better.
In the above technical scheme, further, the five-axis platform of oil pressure cantilever still includes cavity wire passing pipe 24, and cavity wire passing pipe wears to locate the middle part region of harmonic reducer 23 and quick positioning platform, installs the trachea in the cavity wire passing pipe 24, and the trachea communicates with the vacuum suction port.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the servomotor 22 is parallel to the shaft end of the harmonic reducer 23, and the shortest distance between the servomotor 22 and the four-axis 1 mechanism is smaller than the shortest distance between the harmonic reducer 23 and the four-axis 1 mechanism, and the output torque of the servomotor 22 is transmitted to the input shaft of the harmonic reducer 23 through the pulley 71 assembly. Specifically, the belt pulley 71 assembly includes belt pulley 71, hold-in range 72 and adjustment mechanism, and servo motor 22's output shaft links to each other with one belt pulley 71, and the input shaft of harmonic speed reducer 23 links to each other with another belt pulley 71, passes through hold-in range 72 transmission connection between two belt pulleys 71, and adjustment mechanism installs on hold-in range 72 for adjust the length of hold-in range 72, in order to make things convenient for the dismouting belt pulley 71 assembly.
After the servo motor 22 is electrified, torque is transmitted to a wave generator at the input end of the harmonic speed reducer 23 through the belt pulley 71 assembly, a flexible gear of the wave generator rotates to output, the torque is transmitted to an output shaft of the harmonic speed reducer 23 after speed reduction, and the torque is transmitted to the quick positioning assembly 5 through the output shaft of the harmonic speed reducer 23, so that the quick positioning assembly 5 drives a mobile phone workpiece to rotate to a required position.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the quick positioning assembly 5 includes a positioning disc 51, a quick positioning ring 52 and a zero positioning piece 53, the hollow wire pipe 24 is connected with the positioning disc 51, the positioning disc 51 is fixedly sleeved on the output shaft of the harmonic reducer 23, the band-type brake ring 32 is sleeved on the positioning disc 51, that is, the band-type brake ring 32 is sleeved on the harmonic reducer 23 through the positioning disc 51, and after the band-type brake ring 32 hugs the positioning disc 51, the positioning disc 51 is connected with the output shaft of the harmonic reducer 23, so that the output shaft of the harmonic reducer 23 stops rotating. The quick positioning ring 52 is arranged on one side of the positioning disk 51, which is away from the harmonic reducer 23, and the zero point positioning piece 53 is arranged on one side of the quick positioning ring 52, which is away from the harmonic reducer 23.
In an alternative embodiment, the zero point positioning member 53 is slidably connected to the quick positioning ring 52, specifically, the zero point positioning member 53 is connected to the quick positioning ring 52 through a plurality of locking screws, so that the zero point positioning member 53 can be fixed in an adjustable displacement within the positioning ring. The center alignment of the zero point positioning piece 53 is realized by adjusting and locking the locking screw, so that the adjustment and calibration are realized. The top of the zero point positioning piece 53 is provided with a protruding part, and correspondingly, the bottom of the fixed table is provided with a clamping groove, and the fixed table is in clamping connection with the protruding part of the zero point positioning piece 53 through the clamping groove.
In order to install other structures inside the casing 21, the casing 21 includes a casing body 213, a first cover 211 and a second cover 212, the first cover 211 and the second cover 212 are respectively covered on two opposite sides of the casing body 213, a containing cavity is formed among the casing body 213, the first cover 211 and the second cover 212, the servo motor 22, the harmonic reducer 23 and the rapid positioning platform are all installed in the containing cavity, and a partial area of the rapid positioning platform extends out of the first cover 211. Specifically, the zero point positioning piece 53 in the quick positioning platform is located above the upper cover.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, a mounting hole for sleeving the band-type brake ring 32 is provided on the band-type brake sleeve 31, and an oil path interface 311 is provided on an outer sidewall of the band-type brake sleeve 31, and the oil path system is connected with the oil path interface 311.
The band-type brake ring 32 is provided with a convex ring 322 and a brake ring 323, the convex ring 322 is positioned at one end part of the band-type brake ring 32, the other end part of the band-type brake ring 32 is positioned in the mounting hole, and the convex ring 322 is abutted against the hole edge of the mounting hole; the brake ring 323 is arranged in the middle of the band-type brake ring 32, an annular groove is formed by inwards recessing the band-type brake ring 32, the groove bottom of the annular groove is a thin-wall deformation part 321, the annular groove and the thin-wall deformation part 321 form the brake ring 323, the annular groove and the wall of the mounting hole form a closed space 33, and the closed space 33 is communicated with the oil path interface 311. When the oil circuit system conveys high-pressure oil into the oil circuit interface 311, the high-pressure oil passes through the closed space 33 which is introduced by the oil circuit system, oil pressure is generated in the closed space 33 to enable the thin-wall deformation portion 321 to deform inwards, the band-type brake ring 32 is enabled to shrink inwards under the action of high pressure, so that the band-type brake ring 32 is enabled to tightly hold the positioning disc 51, and further rapid positioning is achieved.
On the basis of the embodiment, annular grooves 324 are formed on two sides of the annular groove, and sealing rings 325 are arranged in the annular grooves 324.
Optionally, an annular slot corresponding to the seal ring 325 is provided on the wall of the mounting hole.
In this embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. By the arrangement of the annular groove 324, the sealing ring 325 and the annular groove, the tightness of the two sides of the closed space 33 is increased, and in addition, the sealing ring 325 can be a rubber sealing ring 325.
In an alternative implementation of the above embodiment, the oil circuit system includes a brake oil pipe 61, a pressure regulator 64, and a joint 63; the brake oil pipe 61 is connected to the oil passage port 311 via a joint 63, and a pressure regulator 64 is provided in the brake oil pipe 61 for regulating the oil pressure in the brake oil pipe 61.
Optionally, a lock nut 62 is attached to the joint 63.
In this embodiment, high-pressure oil enters the closed space 33 through the brake oil pipe 61, and the oil pressure therein can be monitored and adjusted by pressure adjustment.
In addition to any of the above embodiments, the thickness of the thin-walled deformed portion 321 is 0.3mm to 0.8mm, and the width of the thin-walled deformed portion 321 is 5mm to 15mm, depending on the case.
Note that, the band-type brake ring 32 is integrally formed of a deformable metal material.
In addition to the above embodiments, the collar 322 is screwed to the band brake sleeve 31.
In this embodiment, the convex ring 322 is screwed with the band-type brake sleeve 31 again, so that the screwing operation is convenient and simple, and the connection strength between the convex ring and the band-type brake sleeve is increased.
Example two
The second embodiment of the present invention provides a design solution for an oil pressure cantilever five-axis platform for processing a mobile phone workpiece, where the design method for the band-type brake ring 32 includes:

1. Checking the appearance and the structure of the band-type brake ring 32 assembly, and recording the serial number of the band-type brake ring 32;
2. the surface is cleaned, 2O-shaped rings are arranged, 2 screws are locked into 2 oil ports of the band-type brake sleeve 31, lubricating oil is coated, and a band-type brake ring 32 is arranged; the screw is coated with sealing glue, and the sleeve and the band-type brake ring 32 are locked;
3. evacuating and performing oil pressure test to ensure that the band-type brake assembly 3 does not leak oil;
4. mounting band-type brake ring 32 on positioning disk 51;
5. locking the torque test block on the positioning disk 51 and locking the screw;
6. firstly idling for a few circles, and testing the maximum torque required by the rotation of the positioning disc 51 when the pressure oil is not loaded;
7. another lock head of the oil pipe is locked on the booster joint 63, the air pressure is adjusted to be 0.4Mpa, and the oil pressure is adjusted to be 4.5Mpa; loading pressure oil to test the maximum torque required to rotate the positioning disk 51 in the forward direction; loading pressure oil to test the maximum torque required to rotate the puck 51 in reverse;
8. the band-type brake ring 32 is replaced and steps 1-7 are repeated.
The test results are shown in the following table:
the maximum torque required by band-type brake ring 32 is calculated to be 50Nm, and the results of the test table show that the locking torque provided by band-type brake ring 32 is far greater than 50Nm no matter in forward rotation or reverse rotation after pressurization.
The inner diameter r1=150mm+ (0.005 mm to 0.01 mm) of the gate ring 323 is designed and determined, the thickness of the thin-wall deformed portion 32121 is 0.3mm to 0.8mm, and the width of the thin-wall deformed portion 321 is 5mm to 15mm.
