Description

Multifunctional dish washing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning type electric appliance, in particular to a dish washing machine.
Background
Present dish washer on the market, have the function of washing and drying commonly concurrently, but can not provide the function of washing and storage simultaneously, especially some great dish washer of capacity, place the tableware in the dish washer and save after the user habit washes the dish, and no longer set up the cupboard of placing the tableware specially alone, under this condition, if the tableware that every meal was used is less, also need wash the clean tableware of the interior storage of dish washer together, not only waste water, resources such as electricity, it is also great to wash the loss and the depreciation influence of tableware often moreover.
In contrast, patent CN2587341Y proposes a device combining a dishwasher and a disinfection cabinet, which is simply spliced, and therefore, the space available for cleaning cannot be expanded, and the device cannot meet the cleaning requirement when a large number of dishware is available, and the space utilization rate is low.
Based on the above circumstances, there is a need for a dishwasher that can overcome the disadvantages of the existing products and flexibly switch the state of a washing space according to different demands of a user for washing amount.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a multifunctional dish washing machine, which can flexibly switch a washing space and select a washing object according to different requirements of the quantity of tableware washed by a user, thereby fully utilizing the space of the dish washing machine/kitchen and achieving the purposes of improving the washing efficiency, saving water and energy.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a multifunctional dish washing machine comprises a machine body, an upper dish rack, a lower dish rack, a partition plate and a spraying system, wherein the upper dish rack and the lower dish rack are arranged in the machine body; and removing the partition plate to form a second use state capable of cleaning the upper dish rack and the lower dish rack simultaneously.
In a first use state, the upper dish rack and the lower dish rack are isolated in different independent spaces of the machine body through the partition plate, only the lower dish rack is cleaned in the isolated state, the upper dish rack is isolated from water, the bowl washing machine is suitable for the situation that dirty tableware is few, dirty tableware to be cleaned can be accommodated through the lower dish rack, the cleaning target is clear, and the bowl washing machine provides the most economical cleaning time, water quantity, electric quantity and the like; and clean tableware is accommodated in the upper dish rack and stored in the space isolated from water, so that the use efficiency of the kitchen is improved on the whole. Under the second user state, remove the baffle, spray system can wash bowl frame and bowl frame down simultaneously, is applicable to the dirty tableware more, needs the condition that bowl frame and bowl frame down held simultaneously. Above multifunctional dish washer can provide different washing states, simple structure, and economy is high-efficient.
Furthermore, an upper water supply pipe port for supplying water to the upper spraying device is arranged on the inner wall of the machine body, the upper water supply pipe port supplies water to the lower bowl frame in the first use state, and the upper water supply pipe port supplies water to the upper bowl frame in the second use state. By arranging the upper water supply pipe opening, the washing water can be supplied to the upper dish rack in a short distance in the second use state, so that the cleaning effect is improved; simultaneously this last water supply pipe mouth also can switch to the state that provides the washing water for lower bowl frame under first state, so, utilize a water supply pipe mouth, switch to different water supply states, structure and mould are simple, reduce cost.
Furthermore, the upper spraying device comprises a sprayer fixed below the partition plate, the sprayer comprises a first water inlet, and in a first use state, the first water inlet is in butt joint with the upper water supply pipe so as to realize the installation of the upper spraying device and the machine body. The shower is fixed in the baffle below, when pushing into the organism with the baffle and installing, can install the water supply pipe mouth with the shower simultaneously, need not to install baffle and shower respectively, and one-step operation is simple and convenient.
Further, the water flow at the spray opening of the sprayer faces the lower bowl rack. In the first use state, the sprayer supplies water to the lower bowl rack, so that water flow at the spray opening of the sprayer faces the lower bowl rack, tableware in the lower bowl rack can be efficiently washed from top to bottom, the dead angle of the lower spraying device is compensated, and compared with other spray openings, the cleaning effect and efficiency are greatly improved.
Further, the sprayer is constructed to include gondola water faucet and sprayer water route casing, the up end of sprayer water route casing with the baffle passes through screw fixed connection. The sprayer is constructed to comprise a shower head which is matched with the design that the spray opening faces downwards to the dish rack, the water flow of the shower head is larger than that of a common spray arm, the water flow radiation range is more comprehensive and uniform, and the washing of stains and residues attached to the tableware is facilitated; in addition, the sprinkler waterway shell is fixed with the partition plate through screws on the upper end surface, and the connection mode of the sprinkler and the partition plate is simple, firm and reliable.
Furthermore, a first water inlet is formed at one end of the sprayer waterway shell so as to be in butt joint with a water supply pipe port; the other end of the sprayer waterway shell is connected with the shower head. Therefore, the sprayer waterway shell can form a waterway for connecting the water supply pipe port and the shower head, and the communication and the supply of cleaning water from the water supply pipe port to the shower head are realized.
Furthermore, the sprayer waterway shell is in a half-shell shape with an opening at the upper end, and the upper end of the opening and the lower surface of the partition plate jointly form a water inlet passage of the sprayer. The half shell of the sprayer waterway shell and the partition plate together form a water inlet passage, so that the space structure is more compact, and the space in the machine body is efficiently utilized; and the material of the waterway shell is saved, and the cost is reduced.
Further, the upper spraying device comprises an independent spraying arm, the spraying arm comprises a second water inlet, in a second use state, the second water inlet is in butt joint with the upper water supply pipe port to achieve installation of the upper spraying device and the machine body, and water flow at the water spraying port of the spraying arm faces towards the upper bowl frame. Under the second user state, independently spray the arm to supreme water supply pipe mouth through the installation to the realization is to the water supply of going up the bowl frame, thereby washs upper and lower bowl frame simultaneously.
Further, the shower arm is mounted in the body alternatively to the partition in the first and second use states. The switching between the first use state and the second use state is realized by switching the independent spraying arm and the partition plate.
Further, the inner wall of the machine body is provided with an upper bowl rack guide rail and a lower bowl rack guide rail which are respectively used for loading the upper bowl rack and the lower bowl rack, the upper bowl rack is the same as the lower bowl rack in structure, so that the upper bowl rack and the lower bowl rack can be loaded with the upper bowl rack guide rail and the lower bowl rack guide rail in an interchangeable manner. Therefore, under the condition that the tableware to be cleaned is less, dirty tableware is contained in one of the dish racks, cleaned tableware is contained in the other dish rack, the dish racks and the dirty tableware are interchangeably placed for continuously cleaning the single dish rack, the storage is convenient, and the resources such as space, electric energy and water energy are saved.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention. The objectives and other advantages of the invention will be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.
