Abstract

本发明公开了一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯80~100份、亲水扩链剂20~30份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯20~30份、4,4‑二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10~15份、丙酮15~20份、1,4‑丁二醇10~15份、三羟甲基丙烷1~5份、异佛尔酮二胺12~15份、三乙胺8~10份、颜料3~5份、增稠剂3~5份、流平剂3~5份、消泡剂3~5份和溶剂100份。本发明在软包装塑料薄膜上具有优异的界面粘结性能,又能够保持油墨的胶膜有一定的内聚强度,进而提高了附着牢度。

技术领域
本发明涉及油墨技术领域,特别是涉及一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨。
背景技术
当前国内软包装用油墨领域中,水性油墨技术及市场不断发展,其应用范围几乎包括了所有的包装领域,如食品、药品、日用品等行业的各类软包装。随着印刷业的迅速发展,各种软包装的印刷量不断提高,对产品包装档次的要求也越来越高。国内塑料软包装用油墨主要以氯化聚丙烯树脂和聚酰胺树脂作为油墨连接料,但是该类油墨连接料需要使用甲苯或二甲苯作为溶剂,大量有害溶剂排放不仅污染环境,而且对食品、药品或日用品的安全构成潜在危害。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,在软包装塑料薄膜上具有优异的界面粘结性能,又能够保持油墨的胶膜有一定的内聚强度,进而提高了附着牢度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯80~100份、亲水扩链剂20~30份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯20~30份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10~15份、丙酮15~20份、1,4-丁二醇10~15份、三羟甲基丙烷1~5份、异佛尔酮二胺12~15份、三乙胺8~10份、颜料3~5份、增稠剂3~5份、流平剂3~5份、消泡剂3~5份和溶剂100份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述共混聚酯为聚己二酸乙二醇酯和聚己二酸乙二醇-丁二醇酯,其中聚己二酸乙二醇酯与聚己二酸乙二醇-丁二醇酯的质量比为1:1~1.2。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述增稠剂采用非离子疏水改性聚氨酯流变增稠剂,由聚醚型聚氨酯、二乙二醇单丁醚及去离子水制成,粘度小于4000mPa·s(25℃)。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述流平剂为疏水基团改性聚氨酯类非离子缔合型流平剂,粘度为1800-3000 mPa·s(25℃)。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述溶剂为乙醇与去离子水,乙醇与去离子水的质量比为12~20:100。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯100份、亲水扩链剂25份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯12份、丙酮20份、1,4-丁二醇12份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、异佛尔酮二胺12份、三乙胺8份、颜料3份、增稠剂3份、流平剂4份、消泡剂4份和去离子水100份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯80份、亲水扩链剂20份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15、丙酮18份、1,4-丁二醇10份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、异佛尔酮二胺15份、三乙胺9份、颜料5份、增稠剂4份、流平剂4份、消泡剂5份和去离子水100份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,油墨的固含量为38%~42%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,采用共混聚酯为原料制备水性聚氨酯油墨,在软包装塑料薄膜上具有优异的界面粘结性能,又能够保持油墨的胶膜有一定的内聚强度,进而提高了附着牢度。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯100份、亲水扩链剂25份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯12份、丙酮20份、1,4-丁二醇12份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、异佛尔酮二胺12份、三乙胺8份、颜料3份、增稠剂3份、流平剂4份、消泡剂4份和溶剂100份。
其中,所述共混聚酯为聚己二酸乙二醇酯(PEGA)和聚己二酸乙二醇-丁二醇酯(PBA),其中聚己二酸乙二醇酯与聚己二酸乙二醇-丁二醇酯的质量比为1:1~1.2;所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA),DMPA在水性聚氨酯的制造中既是扩链剂,又因引入了亲水寄团羧基,使得聚氨酯获得了自乳化性能,因而可制造稳定性优良的自乳化型水性聚氨酯;所述增稠剂采用非离子疏水改性聚氨酯流变增稠剂,由聚醚型聚氨酯、二乙二醇单丁醚及去离子水制成,粘度小于4000mPa·s(25℃);所述流平剂为疏水基团改性聚氨酯类非离子缔合型流平剂,粘度为1800-3000 mPa·s(25℃);所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油;所述溶剂为乙醇与去离子水,乙醇与去离子水的质量比为12~20:100,由于水的汽化热高、挥发性小,所以水性聚氨酯油墨的干燥速度会比溶剂型油墨慢。在本发明中采用乙醇与去离子水作为混合溶剂,溶剂中加入乙醇,与水形成共沸物的沸点下降,能够显著加快水性油墨的干燥速度,优选的,在本实施例中乙醇与去离子水的质量比为1:5。
实施例2:一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯80份、亲水扩链剂20份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15份、丙酮18份、1,4-丁二醇10份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、异佛尔酮二胺15份、三乙胺9份、颜料5份、增稠剂4份、流平剂4份、消泡剂5份和溶剂100份。
其中,各组分的具体成分同实施例1。
实施例3:一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯90份、亲水扩链剂25份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯22份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯12份、丙酮18份、1,4-丁二醇15份、三羟甲基丙烷2份、异佛尔酮二胺14份、三乙胺8份、颜料4份、增稠剂3份、流平剂4份、消泡剂3份和溶剂100份。
其中,各组分的具体成分同实施例1。
实施例4:一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯80份、亲水扩链剂30份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯28份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15份、丙酮20份、1,4-丁二醇12份、三羟甲基丙烷4份、异佛尔酮二胺12份、三乙胺10份、颜料3.5份、增稠剂4份、流平剂3.5份、消泡剂4份和溶剂100份。
其中,各组分的具体成分同实施例1。
实施例5:一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯90份、亲水扩链剂30份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯12份、丙酮18份、1,4-丁二醇12份、三羟甲基丙烷2份、异佛尔酮二胺15份、三乙胺10份、颜料4份、增稠剂4份、流平剂3份、消泡剂3份和溶剂100份。
其中,各组分的具体成分同实施例1。
上述实施例1~5中的复合水性聚氨酯油墨,是由下述制备步骤制成的:反应釜中加入共混聚酯、二羟甲基丙酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯以及丙酮,充氮气保护后逐步升温至80℃反应,而后加入1,4-丁二醇、异佛尔酮二胺及三羟甲基丙烷,在80℃下继续扩链反应2.5h,将反应得到的预聚体降温到45℃以下,再加入三乙胺,快速搅拌中和。将溶剂缓慢加入反应釜中,后高速搅拌乳化2h,抽真空脱出溶剂,而后再加入颜料、增稠剂、流平剂、消泡剂,用剪切乳化剂分散乳化5min,静置除去气泡,即得到成品的软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨。
采用上述实施例中的配方,PEGA和PBA作为原料制备水性聚氨酯油墨,油墨的固含量为38%~42%,PEGA和PBA聚酯结构具有一定的柔性和结晶性,在软包装塑料薄膜上具有优异的界面粘结性能,又能够保持油墨的胶膜有一定的内聚强度,进而提高了附着牢度。

1.一种软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:共混聚酯80~100份、亲水扩链剂20~30份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯20~30份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10~15份、丙酮15~20份、1,4-丁二醇10~15份、三羟甲基丙烷1~5份、异佛尔酮二胺12~15份、三乙胺8~10份、颜料3~5份、增稠剂3~5份、流平剂3~5份、消泡剂3~5份和溶剂100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,所述共混聚酯为聚己二酸乙二醇酯和聚己二酸乙二醇-丁二醇酯,其中聚己二酸乙二醇酯与聚己二酸乙二醇-丁二醇酯的质量比为1:1~1.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,所述增稠剂采用非离子疏水改性聚氨酯流变增稠剂,由聚醚型聚氨酯、二乙二醇单丁醚及去离子水制成,粘度小于4000mPa·s(25℃)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,所述流平剂为疏水基团改性聚氨酯类非离子缔合型流平剂,粘度为1800-3000 mPa·s(25℃)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙醇与去离子水,乙醇与去离子水的质量比为12~20:100。
8.根据权利要求1~7之一所述的软包装用复合水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,共混聚酯100份、亲水扩链剂25份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25份、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯12份、丙酮20份、1,4-丁二醇12份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、异佛尔酮二胺12份、三乙胺8份、颜料3份、增稠剂3份、流平剂4份、消泡剂4份和溶剂100份。
