Vehicle-mounted intelligent mobile terminal locking device and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent terminal application, in particular to a vehicle-mounted intelligent mobile terminal locking device and a method for limiting the use of an intelligent mobile terminal in a vehicle driving process.
Background
With the development of information technology, intelligent mobile terminals such as intelligent mobile terminals and tablet computers gradually become indispensable tools for people's lives, but the problems are caused, for example, many occasions are not suitable for the intelligent mobile terminals, one of the very serious and common incidents is a traffic accident caused by operating the intelligent mobile terminals in the process of driving a vehicle, and in fact, many people have insufficient self-control and are difficult to put down smart phones and the like in the process of driving so as to drive with great concentration, and on the other hand, the handling of incoming calls of phones in the process of driving can also cause drivers to be busy and disorderly so as to cause dangerous images in emergency situations to be generated. How to enforce isolation from the intelligent mobile terminal during driving becomes a problem. In addition, the navigation app of the mobile phone has more and more powerful functions and real-time performance, so that many people need to watch the screen of the mobile phone occasionally to confirm navigation especially at a complex intersection when using the mobile phone for navigation, and the mobile phone cannot be placed correctly well and is inconvenient to watch or even needs to operate the mobile phone with one hand to watch, so that the mobile phone is unsafe.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a locking device of a vehicle-mounted intelligent mobile terminal, which is positioned near the position of a vehicle driver and comprises at least one bin body for accommodating the intelligent mobile terminal, wherein the bin body is provided with a locking part for locking each electronic device; the device is further provided with at least one processing portion configured for: the intelligent mobile terminal is connected with the intelligent mobile terminal, the vehicle-mounted central control communication and the cabin body communication, when the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted into one cabin body, a call between the intelligent mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted central control is configured to be transferred to the vehicle-mounted central control and/or a screen of the intelligent mobile terminal is projected to the vehicle-mounted central control, and the locking part is controlled to limit the intelligent mobile terminal to be taken out.
Further, the processing part controls the locking part to lock the intelligent mobile terminal after the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted into the cabin body or locks the intelligent mobile terminal after at least one time delay;
and the processing part is also used for controlling the locking part to allow the locked intelligent mobile terminal to be ejected out of the bin body to be taken out according to at least one of the following conditions: the preset locking time reaches the extraction threshold time; inputting an instruction for unlocking the intelligent mobile terminal from the vehicle-mounted central control or the locking device; the operating speed of the vehicle is below a preset threshold or the engine of the vehicle is turned off.
Further, the processing part is provided with a communication module for configuring the call forwarding, and the communication module performs short-range communication through a wired or wireless network.
Further, the cabin body is internally provided with a wired or wireless charging port, when the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted into the cabin body, the charging port is connected with the mobile phone, and the device is further provided with a charging part for providing at least certain charging for the intelligent mobile terminal through the charging port.
Further, at least one elastic switch is arranged in the bin body, so that the processing part can send an instruction for activating the call forwarding after the intelligent mobile terminal is detected to be inserted in place.
Further, at least one ejection device is arranged in the bin body to eject the intelligent mobile terminal.
In another aspect of the present invention, a method for restricting the use of an intelligent mobile terminal during driving of a vehicle is further disclosed, which locks the intelligent mobile terminal and provides call forwarding to the intelligent mobile terminal through the foregoing device, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
turning ON the vehicle starting switch to any one of the gears of ACC, ON and START and inserting the intelligent mobile terminal into the bin gate of the bin body;
when the elastic switch detects that the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted in place, the locking part locks the intelligent mobile terminal;
the processing part configures call forwarding and/or screen projection of the intelligent mobile terminal and a vehicle-mounted central control;
the charging part detects the residual electric quantity of the intelligent mobile terminal and charges the intelligent mobile terminal according to a preset charging program;
the processing part controls the locking part to allow the intelligent mobile terminal to be unlocked and controls the ejection device to eject the intelligent mobile terminal from the bin body when at least one of the following conditions occurs: the preset locking time reaches the time of taking out the threshold value, or an instruction for unlocking the intelligent mobile terminal is input from the vehicle-mounted central control or the locking device, or the running speed of the vehicle is lower than the preset threshold value or the engine of the vehicle is shut down.
The beneficial technical effects obtained by the invention are as follows:
1. the intelligent mobile terminal can be locked and managed, and the influence of the excessive use of the intelligent mobile terminal on driving and the like is avoided. 2. The method and the system ensure the requirement of basic communication when the intelligent mobile terminal cannot be used temporarily, and assist in projecting the navigation and the like of the mobile phone to the central control.

The first embodiment.
The embodiment provides a locking device of an on-vehicle intelligent mobile terminal, which is positioned near the position of a vehicle driver, for example, arranged on the side of a center console close to the driver so as to be convenient for the driver to operate, and comprises at least one bin body for accommodating the intelligent mobile terminal, wherein the bin body is provided with a locking part for locking each electronic device; the device is further provided with at least one processing portion configured for:
the intelligent mobile terminal is connected with the intelligent mobile terminal, the vehicle-mounted central control communication and the cabin body communication, when the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted into one cabin body, a call between the intelligent mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted central control is configured to be transferred to the vehicle-mounted central control and/or a screen of the intelligent mobile terminal is projected to the vehicle-mounted central control, and the locking part is controlled to limit the intelligent mobile terminal to be taken out. The vehicle-mounted central control comprises a Bluetooth voice system and a touch screen, so that the screen of the intelligent mobile terminal is completely projected to the touch screen, and access or rejection can be operated through buttons on a steering wheel or clicking the touch screen during incoming calls. These transfer or projection techniques are common in the art, such as many intelligent car networking already have similar chips or software systems, and are not described here.
Further, the processing part controls the locking part to lock the intelligent mobile terminal after the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted into the cabin body or locks the intelligent mobile terminal after at least one time delay;
and the processing part is also used for controlling the locking part to allow the locked intelligent mobile terminal to be ejected out of the bin body to be taken out according to at least one of the following conditions: the preset locking time reaches the extraction threshold time; inputting an instruction for unlocking the intelligent mobile terminal from the vehicle-mounted central control or the locking device; the operating speed of the vehicle is below a preset threshold or the engine of the vehicle is turned off.

In another aspect of the present invention, a method for restricting the use of an intelligent mobile terminal during driving of a vehicle is further disclosed, which locks the intelligent mobile terminal and provides call forwarding to the intelligent mobile terminal through the foregoing device, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
turning ON the vehicle starting switch to any one of the gears of ACC, ON and START and inserting the intelligent mobile terminal into the bin gate of the bin body;
when the elastic switch detects that the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted in place, the locking part locks the intelligent mobile terminal;
the processing part configures call forwarding and/or screen projection of the intelligent mobile terminal and a vehicle-mounted central control;
the charging part detects the residual electric quantity of the intelligent mobile terminal and charges the intelligent mobile terminal according to a preset charging program;
the processing part controls the locking part to allow the intelligent mobile terminal to be unlocked and controls the ejection device to eject the intelligent mobile terminal from the bin body when at least one of the following conditions occurs: the preset locking time reaches the time of taking out the threshold value, or an instruction for unlocking the intelligent mobile terminal is input from the vehicle-mounted central control or the locking device, or the running speed of the vehicle is lower than the preset threshold value or the engine of the vehicle is shut down.
In addition, the device is provided with a special opening device, such as a special key, for taking out the electronic locking device in case of failure or other special conditions.
Example two.
The present embodiment provides a locking apparatus for a smart mobile terminal to solve the above problems, which includes a cabinet body divided into at least one unit, each unit is configured to have a plurality of storage compartments for storing a set of electronic devices, the set of electronic devices includes a smart mobile terminal and at least one standby electronic device, each storage compartment has a locking portion for locking each electronic device, and a human-machine interface is further disposed on the cabinet body; the device is further provided with at least one processing portion configured for:
the intelligent mobile terminal is connected with each electronic device, the human-computer interaction interface and the locking part in a communication mode, so that the locking part is controlled to allow the electronic devices to be taken out, call transfer between the intelligent mobile terminal and the at least one standby electronic device of the unit is configured when the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted into a cabin body of the unit, and the locking part is controlled to limit the intelligent mobile terminal not to be taken out.
The processing portion is further configured to allow the at least one standby electronic device to be taken out after the configuration completes the call transfer according to the intelligent mobile terminal being insert-locked; wherein at least one face of the cabinet body is provided with a plurality of compartment doors adapted for the electronic devices to come in and go out of the compartment body, and the locking portion of the electronic device controls the display of an indicator lamp of a compartment door according to whether each of the electronic devices is located in the compartment body.
The processing part is also used for controlling the locking part to allow the locked intelligent mobile terminal to be ejected out of the bin body to be taken out according to the condition that all the standby electronic equipment in the same group with the intelligent mobile terminal is correctly returned and at least one of the following conditions occurs simultaneously:
the preset locking time reaches the extraction threshold time;
inputting an instruction for unlocking the intelligent mobile terminal from the human-computer interaction interface;
the processing portion is provided with a communication module for configuring the call forwarding, the communication module performing short-range communication through a wired or wireless network.
The standby electronic device is a communication device with limited functions.
The intelligent mobile terminal is characterized in that a wired or wireless charging port is further arranged in the bin body, when the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted into the bin body, the charging port is connected with the mobile phone, and the intelligent mobile terminal charging device is further provided with a charging part for providing at least certain charging for the intelligent mobile terminal through the charging port.
At least one elastic switch is arranged in the bin body, so that the processing part can send out an instruction for activating the call forwarding after the intelligent mobile terminal is detected to be inserted in place.
In addition, the invention also provides an intelligent mobile terminal storage method, which stores the intelligent mobile terminal through the device and provides the alternative standby electronic equipment with limited functions, and the method comprises the following steps:
inserting the intelligent mobile terminal from a bin gate of one unit, which corresponds to the intelligent mobile terminal and is indicated to be available; when the elastic switch detects that the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted in place, the indicating lamp is controlled to indicate that the corresponding cabin body is occupied, the processing part is informed that the corresponding cabin body is occupied, and call transfer between the intelligent mobile terminal and at least one standby electronic device of a unit in which the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted is configured;
a locking part of a bin body of at least one standby electronic device of a unit into which the intelligent mobile terminal is inserted is unlocked to allow the at least one standby electronic device to be taken out, and a charging part detects the remaining capacity of the intelligent mobile terminal and charges the intelligent mobile terminal according to a preset charging program;
the locking part locks the intelligent mobile terminal and locks the standby electronic equipment which is not taken out after the preset time delay is reached, and closes the call transfer between the intelligent mobile terminal and the standby electronic equipment which is not taken out;
the method comprises the following steps of allowing the intelligent mobile terminal to be unlocked according to the condition that all standby electronic equipment in the same group with the intelligent mobile terminal is correctly returned and at least one of the following conditions occurs simultaneously: and when the preset locking time reaches a taking-out threshold time, or an instruction for unlocking the intelligent mobile terminal is input from the human-computer interaction interface, or a special opening tool is used for opening the locking device.
Example three.
The intelligent mobile terminal locking device also comprises a cabinet body positioned on the automobile or a part on the automobile, the cabinet body is divided into at least one unit, each unit is configured to be provided with a locking part for accommodating the intelligent mobile terminal, each bin body is provided with a locking part for locking the intelligent mobile terminal, and a human-computer interaction interface is arranged on the cabinet body; the device is also provided with at least one processing unit.
Therefore, the intelligent mobile terminal is locked in the cabin body after the user enters the automobile, so that the user can not use the intelligent mobile terminal to browse some microblogs, WeChat and short videos, but can still use the Bluetooth to transfer the incoming call received by the intelligent mobile terminal to other nearby equipment, such as the central control of the automobile. And the intelligent mobile terminal can be controlled to be locked during the driving of the automobile through the processing part. And the intelligent mobile terminal is allowed to be taken out only when the automobile is shut down through setting so as to ensure the safety of automobile driving.
