The automatic slicing and loosening device for the straight rice noodles and the vermicelli comprises a frame (1), a vermicelli conveyor (2), a feeding and hanging unit, a slicing unit, an elbow carding unit, a straight hanging carding unit and a hanging unit which are arranged on the frame (1), and is characterized in that the slicing unit comprises a slicing mechanism and a penetrating rod unfolding frame mechanism, the penetrating rod unfolding frame mechanism comprises a penetrating rod (401), a penetrating rod unfolding frame cross beam (18), a penetrating rod unfolding frame front support column (16) and a penetrating rod unfolding frame rear support column (17), two ends of the penetrating rod unfolding frame cross beam (18) are respectively connected to the penetrating rod unfolding frame front support column (16) and the penetrating rod unfolding frame rear support column (17), and the penetrating rod (401) is arranged on the upper part of the front end of the penetrating rod unfolding frame front support column (16); the front support column (16) of the penetrating rod unfolding frame and the rear support column (17) of the penetrating rod unfolding frame are of hollow structures; a slicing rod chute (402) is formed in the front end surface of the front support column (16) of the penetrating rod expanding frame below the penetrating rod (401) from top to bottom along the longitudinal direction, and a slicing pull plate chute (403) is correspondingly formed in the side wall surface of the front support column (16) of the penetrating rod expanding frame from top to bottom along the longitudinal direction;
the slicing mechanism comprises a slicing slide bar (9), a slide bar mounting seat (11), a slicing slide seat (7), a power transmission device and a slicing assembly part, wherein the slicing slide seat (7) is movably arranged on the slicing slide bar (9), and the slide bar mounting seat (11) is connected with the upper end part and the lower end part of the slicing slide bar (9); the power transmission device comprises a slicing driving motor (5), a slicing transmission chain (10) and a driven sprocket (12); the slicing group component comprises a slicing rod (6) and a slicing pull plate (8), wherein the slicing pull plate (8) is respectively and correspondingly connected to the slicing rod (6), a slicing sliding seat (7) and a slicing transmission chain (10);
a slicing rod groove (404) is arranged on the powder penetrating rod (401) in a matching manner with the corresponding position of a slicing rod chute (402) on a front support column (16) of the penetrating rod unfolding frame;
