聚酰亚胺纤维具有高强、高模和耐高温特性,是一种重要的高性能纤维,其分子主链上含有酰亚胺环基团,简称为PI纤维。基于聚酰亚胺纤维具有优异的耐高温、阻燃、力学、耐化学等性能,已成为制取隔热、消防等安全防护产品的热点材料之一,受到市场的青睐。
人造毛皮是以人工方法制成的仿动物毛皮类长毛绒织物,绒毛分两层,外层为19~33dtex的多用异形如腰子形、哑铃形、多角形等异形纤维的有光亮粗直的刚毛。里层是细密柔软的短绒,短绒毛纤维的纤度为1.5~5.5dtex。人造毛皮制造方法有针织(纬编、经编和缝编)和机织等,以针织纬编法发展最快,应用最广。纬编针织又分为割圈和毛条喂入两种方法,毛条喂入并吸入式人造毛皮是梳理机构把毛条分散成单纤维状,织针抓取纤维后套入底纱编织成圈,由于绒毛在线圈中呈“V”形,具针织底布定形,同时给底布上浆不致掉毛。针织人造毛皮常用原料为腈纶、改性腈纶、氯纶等,以腈氯纶较合适。随着科技的发展,各种原料均在使用,如麻,棉,涤纶,羊毛等。人造毛皮保暖性虽不及真毛皮,但轻柔、美观,可制成仿兽毛美观花纹,人造毛皮常用用大衣、服装衬里、帽子、衣领、玩具、褥垫、室内装饰物和地毯等。

一种高阻燃、高保暖针织人造毛皮的生产方法,将2.2dtex×38mm聚酰亚胺黄色短纤维与2.2dtex×38mm涤纶短纤以30/70的比例混合制条,300D涤纶低弹丝作为底纱,在SK-18Ⅱ普通型长毛绒针织机上织造,生产出高阻燃,高保暖的针织人造毛皮面料,包括如下步骤:纤维染色、烘干→和毛→制条→织造→剖幅→定型(底布上浆)→成品包装;其中:
所述的涤纶散纤维染色、烘干中:所述的涤纶散纤维染色在散纤维染色机中进行,前处理工艺为:在30℃下加入助剂,以升温速率为2℃/min进行升温,升温至70℃,然后保温20min,再以3℃/min降温速率进行降温、水洗;所述的助剂配方如下:去油剂1.5g/L;小苏打1.3g/L;浴中宝C 1.4g/L;浴比:1:20;
所述的染色工艺条件为:在33℃下加入染化料和加柔助剂,以1.4℃/min的升温速率升温到130℃,然后保温37min,然后降温到61℃,最后水洗出染缸;

坯布规格为:门幅为158-160cm;毛高为8-14mm;克质量为220-250g/m2
所述的剖幅中:沿剖幅线将圆筒织物剖成平幅织物,剖幅速度为40-50m/min。

本发明的织物保暖性能测试如下:
对织物的保暖性能依据GB/T11048-2008,在YG(B)606N型纺织品热阻测试仪上进行了测试,如下表1所示。

结果分析:表1中数据显示聚酰亚胺纤维的热阻小,克罗值在0-1之间,传热系数小,表明聚酰亚胺纤维的保暖性能好。
本发明的织物阻燃性能测试如下:

结果分析:表2中数据显示聚酰亚胺针织人造毛皮燃烧时间都大于3min,燃烧级别为一级,表明聚酰亚胺针织人造毛皮很难点燃,聚酰亚胺针织人造毛皮的阻燃性能好。
本发明将2.2dtex×38mm聚酰亚胺黄色短纤维与2.2dtex×38mm涤纶短纤以30/70的比例混合制条,生产出高阻燃,高保暖的针织人造毛皮面料。采用染色后加柔,制条前再加和毛油,两次加柔,克服聚酰亚胺纤维的刚性较大、抱合性能差,在梳理中成网困难的问题,无需梳毛烫剪等后整理,生产流程大大简化。这种高阻燃,高保暖的针织人造毛皮面料,阻燃和保暖性能远远超出普通阻燃、保暖面料,适合制作秋冬季森林大火扑救人员,极寒地区消防人员和寒冷地区军用服装、毯子等。本发明克服了其他阻燃合成纤维产生融滴烫伤的问题,阻燃效果不是难燃而是根本就不会燃烧,克服了后整理加阻燃剂有难闻气味和有毒化学品的问题,无化学残留,环保安全。

Claims (8)

1.一种高阻燃、高保暖针织人造毛皮的生产方法,其特征在于:将2.2dtex×38mm聚酰亚胺黄色短纤维与2.2dtex×38mm涤纶短纤以30/70的比例混合制条,300D涤纶低弹丝作为底纱,在SK-18Ⅱ普通型长毛绒针织机上织造,生产出高阻燃,高保暖的针织人造毛皮面料,包括如下步骤:纤维染色、烘干→和毛→制条→织造→剖幅→定型(底布上浆)→成品包装;其中:

4.根据权利要求1所述的高阻燃、高保暖针织人造毛皮的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的织造中:织机参数为:采用SK-18Ⅱ普通型织机,成圈***10-12个,筒径20-25英寸,转速38-40r/min,产量40-45m/h。
