本发明公开了一种超浓缩绿色低泡洗洁精及其制备方法,以重量份数计,包括40‑50份椰子油、45‑65份二乙醇胺、35‑50份环氧乙烷、45‑75份低碳天然醇、5‑15份乙二胺四乙酸,1‑5份过氧化氢、1‑6份柠檬酸、1‑5份氢氧化钾。该超浓缩绿色低泡洗洁精便于运输、存储、包装,资源利用率高且环保易降解、低泡易漂洗且可以直接使用,也可以稀释使用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,具体讲是一种超浓缩绿色低泡洗洁精及其制备方法。
背景技术:
目前市售最浓缩的洗洁精只能达到30-40%左右的活性物含量,还有浓缩的空间,达到超浓缩的标准。现有技术中普通采用氢氧化钠中和磺酸,产品中会残留未反应完的氢氧化钠,在使用时会对皮肤会产生影响,导致皮肤发痒、蜕皮,严重可致溃烂。另外,现有的洗洁精使用时泡沫过多,不易漂清,不但浪费水资源,而且易残留在餐具上,对食品卫生安全带来危害,并且其含有的一部分原料不环保,不易降解,对环境危害较大。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种节能降耗、绿色环保、低泡易漂洗且可以直接使用的超浓缩绿色低泡洗洁精。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种超浓缩绿色低泡洗洁精,以重量份数计,包括40-50份椰子油、45-65份二乙醇胺、35-50份环氧乙烷、45-75份低碳天然醇、5-15份乙二胺四乙酸,1-5份过氧化氢、1-6份柠檬酸、1-5份氢氧化钾。
作为优选,还包括0.2-2份香精和0.1-1份卡松。
进一步的改进方案,以重量份数计,包括50份椰子油、55份二乙醇胺、47份环氧乙烷、63份低碳天然醇、5份乙二胺四乙酸,3份过氧化氢、3份柠檬酸、2份氢氧化钾、0.4份香精和1份卡松。
本发明还提供一种超浓缩绿色低泡洗洁精的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,将椰子油和二乙醇胺按1:1.1的比例打入不锈钢反应釜,升温至95℃反应180min,通入重量百分比为1-2%的过氧化氢保持95℃60min,然后加入柠檬酸,调节Ph值到7,得到半成品A;
步骤二,低碳天然醇和环氧乙烷按60:40的比例打入不锈钢反应釜中,加入催化剂氢氧化钾,加热后抽离空气和水分进行聚合反应,得到半成品B;
步骤三,将0.1份乙二胺四乙酸用1份水溶解后升温到80℃,然后加入3.5份半成品A和5.4份半成品B,保持温度80℃60min,取样检测Ph值为7,固含量大于85%,且色泽透明后,然后加入香精和卡松。
采用以上方案后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明洗洁精超浓缩配方,不仅节能降耗,减少包装、物流、仓储等多方向对资源的浪费,具有更好的可持续性和前瞻性;绿色安全:全部使用植物原料对人体皮肤、餐具、水果蔬菜等具有更高的安全性能,中性无刺激,易降解,对环境更友好;低泡易漂洗:可节水、节能、省时、省工,不易残留,更安全卫生;可直接使用,也可稀释再用。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种超浓缩绿色低泡洗洁精,以重量份数计,包括40-50份椰子油、45-65份二乙醇胺、35-50份环氧乙烷、45-75份低碳天然醇、5-15份乙二胺四乙酸,1-5份过氧化氢、1-6份柠檬酸、1-5份氢氧化钾。其中,椰子油优选精炼椰子油,另外,为了更好效果,还包括0.2-2份香精和0.1-1份卡松,还有0.5-30份水。
实施例一
一种超浓缩绿色低泡洗洁精,以重量份数计,包括50份椰子油、55份二乙醇胺、47份环氧乙烷、63份低碳天然醇、5份乙二胺四乙酸,3份过氧化氢、3份柠檬酸、2份氢氧化钾、15份水、0.4份香精和1份卡松。
一种超浓缩绿色低泡洗洁精的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,将精炼椰子油和二乙醇胺按1:1.1的比例打入不锈钢反应釜,升温至95℃反应180min,通入重量百分比为1-2%的过氧化氢保持95℃60min,然后加入柠檬酸,调节Ph值到7,得到半成品A;
步骤二,低碳天然醇和环氧乙烷按60:40的比例打入不锈钢反应釜中,加入催化剂氢氧化钾,加热后抽离空气和水分进行聚合反应,得到半成品B;
步骤三,将0.1份乙二胺四乙酸用1份水溶解后升温到80℃,然后加入3.5份半成品A和5.4份半成品B,保持温度80℃60min,取样检测Ph值为7,固含量大于85%,且色泽透明后,然后加入香精和卡松。香精和卡松的剂量可以根据产品需要进行调整。
