a dust removal device for medical instruments comprises a first supporting rod, wherein the outer wall of the center of the bottom of the first supporting rod is connected with a hand grab handle through a bolt, the outer wall of the middle of one side of the first supporting rod is connected with a dust storage box through a bolt, the outer wall of the bottom of one side of the dust storage box is provided with a first opening, the inner wall of the first opening is connected with a dust exhaust pipe through a bolt, the outer wall of one side of the dust exhaust pipe is connected with a dust storage pipe cover through a thread, the outer wall of the center of the top of one end of the first supporting rod is connected with a dust inlet pipe through a bolt, the top and the middle of one end of the first supporting rod are both provided with a first groove, the inner wall of the first groove is connected with a dust guide pipe through a bolt, the outer wall of one end of the dust guide pipe is connected with the dust inlet pipe through a bolt, the inner wall of the other side of the circumference of the dust inlet pipe is connected with a vertically arranged filter screen plate through a bolt, the outer wall of the top of the other end of the first support rod is connected with a horizontally arranged second support rod through a bolt, the outer walls of two sides of one end of the second support rod are connected with hydraulic cylinders through bearings, the outer walls of two ends of the hydraulic cylinders are connected with rotary broom handles through bolts, the outer wall of the middle part of one end of each of the two rotary broom handles is connected with a rotary brush through a bolt, the outer walls of two sides of the other end of the second support rod are connected with a rotary motor through bolts, the outer walls of two sides of the other end of the second support rod are provided with through holes, the inner walls of the through holes are connected with rotary shafts through bearings, the outer wall of, the outer wall of the top of one side of the first supporting rod is connected with a vibrating motor through a bolt, a second groove is formed in the center of the top of the first supporting rod, and a third supporting rod is connected to the inner wall of the second groove in a sliding mode.
Preferably, the vibration motor, the rotating motor, the hydraulic cylinder and the dust collector are all connected with a controller through switches, and the shell of the controller is connected with the outer wall of the first supporting rod through a bolt.
Preferably, the top of one side of the first support rod is provided with a third groove, and the vibration shaft of the vibration motor is located inside the third groove.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, a user firstly adjusts the hydraulic cylinder 17, so that the elongation of the rotary brush 5 is longer than that of the vibrating brush 18, the rotary motor 21 is started, then one hand holds the hand grip 1, the other hand lifts the hand grip 15, the rotary brush 18 is placed on the surface of a medical instrument to be cleaned and dedusted, then the rotary motor 21 is closed, the hydraulic cylinder 17 is retracted, the rotary brush 18 is longer than the rotary brush 5, the vibrating motor 9 is started, gaps of the medical instrument are cleaned and dedusted, after dedusting is finished, the vibrating motor 9 is closed, the turnover device is turned over, the dust collector 19 is started to perform dust collection treatment, and cleaning and dedusting are completed.
