Claims (2)

1. A device for holding enema of an experimental animal comprises a first iron stand platform (1), a beaker (2), an asbestos wire net (3), a beaker support (4), a test tube (5) and an alcohol lamp, wherein the first iron stand platform (1) is placed on one side of the beaker support (4), the asbestos wire net (3) is placed on the beaker support (4), the alcohol lamp is placed on the lower portion of the beaker support (4), the beaker (2) is placed on the asbestos wire net (3), water is contained in the beaker (2), and the first iron stand platform (1) clamps and fixes the test tube (5) so that the lower portion of the test tube (5) is placed below the water level in the beaker (2);
the device is characterized by further comprising a second iron stand platform (8), a third iron stand platform (9), a first fixing plate (10), a second fixing plate (11), a third fixing plate (12), a transfusion tube (13), an injector (14), an anal cannula (15), a fixing tube (16) and a fixing tube cover (17), wherein the second iron stand platform (8) and the third iron stand platform (9) jointly and sequentially clamp the first fixing plate (10), the second fixing plate (11) and the third fixing plate (12) from bottom to top, the first fixing plate (10), the second fixing plate (11) and the third fixing plate (12) are provided with circular insertion holes corresponding to each other in upper and lower positions, the fixing tube (16) is fixed in the circular insertion hole of the first fixing plate (10), the fixing tube cover (17) covers the bottom of the fixing tube (16), an experimental animal is placed in the fixing tube (16), one end of the anus intubation tube (15) is inserted into the anus of the experimental animal, the other end of the anus intubation tube is connected with the injector (14), the injector (14) is fixed in circular insertion holes on the second fixing plate (11) and the third fixing plate (12), one end of the infusion tube (13) is connected with the injector (14), and the other end of the infusion tube is inserted into the test tube (5);
the middle part of the infusion tube (13) is also provided with a first flow rate regulator (19), a second flow rate regulator (20) and a drip cup (21), and the drip cup (21) is positioned between the first flow rate regulator (19) and the second flow rate regulator (20);
a plurality of strip-shaped jacks are formed in the upper and lower parts of two sides of the fixed pipe (16), and the fixed pipe inserting pieces (18) are inserted into the corresponding strip-shaped jacks according to the body length adjustment of the experimental animal; a circular vent hole is formed in the periphery of the fixed pipe cover (17), and a first hole and a second hole are formed in the fixed pipe inserting piece (18);
