Abstract

本发明是一种龙种金鱼增色饲料及其制备方法,其重量份数组成为:鱼粉20‑25;发酵豆粕粉20‑25;面粉10‑15;虾壳粉10‑12;菠菜10‑12;破壁小球藻粉8‑10;DMPT4‑6;鱼油3‑5;大豆磷脂1‑3;胆碱0.3‑0.5;磷酸二氢钙1‑1.5;矿物混合物0.3‑0.5;维生素混合物0.1‑0.2;抗氧化剂0.03‑0.05。经过粗粉、超微粉制粒后得到成品饲料。本发明饲料中通过添加虾壳粉和菠菜,能够增加龙种金鱼体表的红色,使之更为鲜艳观赏性更强;虾壳粉能够为龙种金鱼增加钙质;通过添加DMPT,虾壳粉和DMPT两者通过协同作用,增强了饲料对龙种金鱼的诱食性,进而提高了饲料的利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种龙种金鱼增色饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
龙种金鱼是鱼类的一种,自古以来视龙种为金鱼正宗,通常体形粗短,头平且宽,鳞圆而大,眼球凸出于眼眶外,放在草缸里特别好看,比较适宜作为观赏鱼种。龙种金鱼作为观赏性水生动物,从天然饵料、人工饲料到腐烂水草都可作为其食物,然而,现有的天然饵料和人工饲料均不利于其体色保持以及健康生长。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种龙种金鱼增色饲料及其制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:

(1)依据配方称取各原料的重量份数;
(2)将菠菜煮熟后切碎,放入40-60℃烘箱中烘干,然后放入粉碎机中粉碎;
(3)将鱼粉、发酵豆粕粉、面粉、虾壳粉、粉碎后的菠菜经过粗粉使95%的物料达到40-50目,然后再经过超微粉使95%的物料达到90-100目;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合物与破壁小球藻粉、DMPT、大豆磷脂、胆碱、磷酸二氢钙、矿物混合物、维生素混合物、抗氧化剂进行混合,然后倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌、混合;
(5)混合后进行挤压造粒,烘干后再向饲料颗粒上均匀喷涂鱼油,晾干即得成品饲料。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤(5)中饲料颗粒的粒径为0.8-1.6mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明饲料中通过添加虾壳粉和菠菜,两者类胡萝卜素含量均很丰富,两者互相配合能够增加龙种金鱼体表的红色,使之更为鲜艳观赏性更强;另外,虾壳粉能够为龙种金鱼增加钙质,提高龙种金鱼外壳的坚硬度;通过添加DMPT,虾壳粉和DMPT两者通过协同作用,增强了饲料对龙种金鱼的诱食性,具有一定的诱食效果,进而提高了饲料的利用率。

(1)依据配方称取20份鱼粉,20份发酵豆粕粉,10份面粉,10份虾壳粉,10份菠菜,8份破壁小球藻粉,4份DMPT,3份鱼油,1份大豆磷脂,0.3份胆碱,1份磷酸二氢钙,0.3份矿物混合物,0.1份维生素混合物,0.03份抗氧化剂;
(2)将10份菠菜煮熟后切碎,放入40℃烘箱中烘干,然后放入粉碎机中粉碎;
(3)将20份鱼粉,20份发酵豆粕粉,10份面粉,10份虾壳粉,粉碎后的10份菠菜经过粗粉使95%的物料达到40目,然后再经过超微粉使95%的物料达到90目;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合物与8份破壁小球藻粉,4份DMPT,1份大豆磷脂,0.3份胆碱,1份磷酸二氢钙,0.3份矿物混合物,0.1份维生素混合物,0.03份抗氧化剂进行混合,然后倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌、混合;
(5)混合后进行挤压造粒,饲料颗粒的粒径为0.8mm,烘干后再向饲料颗粒上均匀喷涂3份鱼油,晾干即得成品饲料。

(1)依据配方称取25份鱼粉,25份发酵豆粕粉,15份面粉,12份虾壳粉,12份菠菜,10份破壁小球藻粉,6份DMPT,5份鱼油,3份大豆磷脂,0.5份胆碱,1.5份磷酸二氢钙,0.5份矿物混合物,0.2份维生素混合物,0.05份抗氧化剂;
(2)将12份菠菜煮熟后切碎,放入60℃烘箱中烘干,然后放入粉碎机中粉碎;
(3)将25份鱼粉,25份发酵豆粕粉,15份面粉,12份虾壳粉,粉碎后的12份菠菜经过粗粉使95%的物料达到50目,然后再经过超微粉使95%的物料达到100目;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合物与10份破壁小球藻粉,6份DMPT,3份大豆磷脂,0.5份胆碱,1.5份磷酸二氢钙,0.5份矿物混合物,0.2份维生素混合物,0.05份抗氧化剂进行混合,然后倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌、混合;
(5)混合后进行挤压造粒,饲料颗粒的粒径为1.6mm,烘干后再向饲料颗粒上均匀喷涂5份鱼油,晾干即得成品饲料。
