The invention relates to a change-over switch device applied to switching of a tapping switch circuit, which comprises a shifting fork (1), a movable contact bridge (2), fixed contacts (3), a conducting rod (4) and a box body (5), wherein one end of the box body (5) is opened, the shifting fork (1) and the movable contact bridge (2) are sequentially installed in the box body, the shifting fork (1) is close to the opening end of the box body, the shifting fork is rotatably installed in the box body, one side of the movable contact bridge (2) is in transmission fit with the shifting fork (1), the shifting fork is rotatably installed in the box body (5), the middle part of the box body (5) is provided with the conducting rod (4) crossing the box body, and two fixed contacts (3) are installed on the box body (5) at the rear part of the conducting rod (4). The invention has the advantages that: the transmission structure is simple, the requirement on the machining precision is lower, and the product quality is easy to ensure; compared with the traditional single/double-number separation circuit, 2 vacuum tubes are saved, and the cost is reduced.

The shifting fork 1 comprises a shifting fork body 11, a first pin shaft 12, shifting fingers 14, first clamping plates 15, tail pushing springs 17 and rollers 16, wherein a first clamping plate 15 is respectively arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the shifting fork body 11, the two first clamping plates 15 are arranged in parallel, the first pin shaft 12 penetrates through the shifting fork body 11 and the two first clamping plates 15, sliding ways 13 are arranged on the clamping plates, each shifting finger 14 is slidably arranged between each first clamping plate 15 and a corresponding supporting plate 18 of the shifting fork body, the head end of each shifting finger 14 is rotatably provided with a roller 16, the tail end of each shifting finger is connected to the shifting fork body (11) through the tail pushing springs 17, and the sliding ways 13 guide the shifting fingers 14.
The movable contact bridge 2 comprises a contact bridge 21, a second clamping plate 22, a supporting body 23, a second pin shaft 24 and a compression spring 26, wherein the second clamping plate 22 is respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the supporting body 23, the second pin shaft 24 penetrates through the supporting body 23, two contact bridges 21 are rotatably arranged on the second pin shaft in the middle space of the supporting body 23, and the two contact bridges 21 are respectively meshed with the outer peripheral surface of the conducting rod 4 through the compression spring 26 all the time; a semicircular clamping groove 25 corresponding to the rollers 15 on the shifting fork 1 one by one is further formed in one side surface of the supporting body 23, and the rollers are placed in the semicircular clamping groove 25.
The box body 5 is formed by butt joint of an upper cover body and a lower cover body.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the middle part of the contact bridge 2 is always in contact with a conducting rod 4, the other end of the conducting rod is permanently connected with a circuit public end, and the other end of the conducting rod is respectively closed and separated from two fixed contacts 3 of a single-double circuit of the on-load tap-changer under the drive of a shifting fork 1 according to a mechanical time sequence. Compared with the traditional single/double-number separated circuit, 4 vacuum tubes are needed as a single/double-number switching circuit, and 2 vacuum tubes are saved through circuit conversion of the device.
