Abstract
The invention discloses an air conditioning unit, a control method of the air conditioning unit and a central coordinator. The air conditioning unit comprises a plurality of air conditioning inner units and air conditioning outer units, each air conditioning inner unit is provided with a station, and the control method comprises the following steps: receiving state change data sent by a plurality of stations, wherein the state change data is recorded when the running state of an air conditioner internal unit is changed; and if the stations corresponding to all the air conditioner internal units are determined to send the state change data, sending the state change data of all the air conditioner internal units to the air conditioner external unit. The invention solves the technical problem of communication congestion caused by the increase of the transmission quantity on the bus due to the simultaneous transmission of a plurality of data on the communication line.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioner control, in particular to an air conditioner unit, a control method of the air conditioner unit and a central coordinator.
Background
In the related art, for an air conditioning unit, a plurality of communication devices, such as an external air conditioner, an internal air conditioner, a wire controller, a coordinator, and the like, are included, when in communication, if status data of the internal air conditioner changes, a strip of data is sent to the external air conditioner, if status data of a plurality of internal air conditioners changes, a plurality of data are simultaneously transmitted on a communication line, thus a large amount of data transmission on a bus is increased, the bandwidth of a network is constant, when the data amount reaches a certain level, communication congestion is caused, data transmission is delayed, even the data cannot be successfully transmitted, and thus the real-time performance of the unit is poor.
Meanwhile, when operation data of an air conditioning system are analyzed, the air conditioning indoor units often query the data mutually, so that communication burden of each air conditioning indoor unit can be caused, and the data cannot be sent out in time.
Aiming at the technical problem of communication congestion caused by the increase of transmission quantity on a bus due to the simultaneous transmission of a plurality of data on a communication line in the related art, no effective solution is proposed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an air conditioning unit, a control method of the air conditioning unit and a central coordinator, which at least solve the technical problem of communication congestion caused by increase of transmission quantity on a bus due to simultaneous transmission of a plurality of data on a communication line.
According to an aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a control method of an air conditioning unit including a plurality of air conditioning indoor units and air conditioning outdoor units, each of the air conditioning indoor units being provided with a station, the control method including: receiving state change data sent by a plurality of stations, wherein the state change data is recorded when the running state of the air conditioner indoor unit is changed; and if the stations corresponding to all the air conditioner internal units are determined to send the state change data, sending the state change data of all the air conditioner internal units to the air conditioner external unit.
Further, the method further comprises the following steps: receiving an inquiry command sent by a preset station, wherein the inquiry command is used for inquiring air conditioner operation data of an air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to a target station, and the preset station and the air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to the target station are different; and sending the air conditioner operation data of the air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to the target site to the preset site according to the query instruction.
Further, the air conditioning unit further comprises a control device and a display device, each of which is correspondingly provided with a site, and the state control method further comprises: and if the stations corresponding to all the air conditioner indoor units are determined to send the state change data, sending the state change data of all the air conditioner indoor units to the control equipment and/or the display equipment.
Further, the control device includes at least one of: the line controller, centralized control ware, display device includes at least: a liquid crystal display.
Further, the state change data includes at least one of: startup data, shutdown data, and wind gear change data.
Further, the air conditioning unit adopts a power line carrier communication PLC communication network to transmit communication signals.

In the embodiment of the invention, state change data sent by a plurality of stations can be received first, wherein the state change data refers to state data recorded when the running state of the air conditioner indoor unit is changed, and the state change data are sent to the air conditioner outdoor unit when the state change data are sent to the stations corresponding to all the air conditioner indoor units. In the embodiment of the invention, after the state data of all the air conditioner indoor units are changed, the state change data is sent to the air conditioner outdoor units instead of the original single sending state data, so that the number of data sending on a communication line can be reduced, and the technical problem of communication congestion caused by the increase of the transmission quantity on a bus due to the simultaneous sending of a plurality of data on the communication line is solved.

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the present invention, a technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in which it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present invention and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the invention described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. To facilitate the understanding of the present invention, some terms or nouns referred to in the various embodiments of the invention are explained below:
PLC, power Line Communication, power line carrier communication, which is a communication system specific to a power system, is a technology for transmitting analog or digital signals at high speed by a carrier system using a conventional power line.
CCO, central Coordinator, central coordinator for communication management of PLC communication networks.
And the STA, station and Station are used for recording the state data of the equipment and realizing the transmission of the state data.
The embodiments described below may be applied to various air conditioning units, where the air conditioning unit may include a plurality of air conditioning internal units and air conditioning external units, and the number of the air conditioning external units is not limited, for example, one or more of the air conditioning external units may be provided, and each air conditioning internal unit in the air conditioning unit may be provided with a station STA, which may record operation data of the air conditioning internal unit, and when an operation state of the air conditioning internal unit changes, send the changed state data to the central coordinator. The central coordinator in the application can be deployed in an external air conditioner and is connected to a communication bus between the central coordinator and a plurality of stations. In the embodiment of the invention, the use environment of the air conditioning unit is not particularly limited, for example, office areas, factories, communities and the like, the communication mode of the air conditioning unit in the application can be performed through a PLC communication network, namely, the communication network can be established through power lines among the air conditioning units, and effective data transmission is performed. Various embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below.
Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a control method embodiment of an air conditioning unit, it being noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that herein.
The air conditioning unit in the following embodiment of the invention adopts a power line carrier communication PLC communication network to transmit communication signals.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioning unit including a plurality of air conditioning indoor units and air conditioning outdoor units, each of the air conditioning indoor units being provided with a station, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S102, state change data sent by a plurality of stations is received, wherein the state change data refers to state data recorded when the running state of the air conditioner is changed.
The site in the present application may refer to a control module, which may be used to record operation data of each corresponding device, for example, status data of an air conditioner, a control instruction of a line controller, and control data of a centralized controller, where specific content to be recorded by the site is not limited, and may include but is not limited to: status data (including power on, power off, gear, temperature and humidity, etc.), run time, etc. After the state change data of the air conditioner indoor unit is changed, the station corresponding to the air conditioner indoor unit can send the state change data to the controller or the coordinator. The present invention is described using a central coordinator as a center for data processing, but the present invention is not limited to this central coordinator as a center for data processing.
In addition, the data sent by the station of the present invention is not limited to the state change data, and may include, but not limited to: model of the air conditioner indoor unit, environmental data (comprising temperature and humidity and gas concentration) detected by the air conditioner indoor unit, and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, the state change data includes at least one of: startup data, shutdown data, and wind gear change data.
Step S104, if it is determined that all stations corresponding to the air conditioner indoor units send state change data, the state change data of all the air conditioner indoor units are sent to the air conditioner outdoor unit.
When the data is transmitted, after the states of all the air-conditioning indoor units are changed, the state change data of all the air-conditioning indoor units are transmitted, and the data cannot be transmitted singly, so that the communication pressure of a communication line is reduced.
Through the steps, state change data sent by a plurality of stations can be received, wherein the state change data refer to state data recorded when the running state of the air conditioner indoor unit is changed, and the state change data are sent to the air conditioner external unit when the state change data are sent to the stations corresponding to all the air conditioner indoor units. In the embodiment of the invention, after the state data of all the air conditioner indoor units are changed, the state change data is sent to the air conditioner outdoor units instead of the original single sending state data, so that the number of data sending on a communication line can be reduced, and the technical problem of communication congestion caused by the increase of the transmission quantity on a bus due to the simultaneous sending of a plurality of data on the communication line is solved.
Optionally, the control method in the embodiment of the present invention further includes: receiving an inquiry command sent by a preset station, wherein the inquiry command is used for inquiring air conditioner operation data of an air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to a target station, and the preset station and the air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to the target station are different; and sending the air conditioner operation data of the air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to the target site to a preset site according to the query instruction.
The central coordinator can receive the query instruction sent by the station and send the air conditioner operation data of the air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to the target station to the preset station according to the query instruction. The specific setting positions of the preset site and the target site in the invention are not limited, and the preset site and the target site can be the first site and the second site, which are only used as the description of the sites and are not limited in the positions and the types of the sites.
Preferably, the air conditioning unit further comprises a control device and a display device, each control device and each display device are correspondingly provided with a station, and the state control method further comprises: and if the stations corresponding to all the air conditioner indoor units are determined to send the state change data, sending the state change data of all the air conditioner indoor units to the control equipment and/or the display equipment.
Wherein the control device comprises at least one of the following: the drive-by-wire ware, centralized control ware, display device includes at least: a liquid crystal display.
In the embodiment of the invention, the state change data of the air conditioner internal unit can be timely notified to the control equipment or the display equipment by sending the state change data to the control equipment and/or the display equipment, and the display equipment is utilized to notify a control personnel.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a central coordinator of an air conditioning unit, where the central coordinator executes the control method of the air conditioning unit of any one of the above.
Optionally, the air conditioning unit includes a plurality of air conditioning internal units and air conditioning external units, and each air conditioning internal unit is provided with a website, and the website records the state change data of the air conditioning internal unit, and the central coordinator carries out network communication with a plurality of websites through the target information bus.
The central coordinator is arranged on an air conditioner external unit of the air conditioner unit.
Example two
The following description will be made of a specific arrangement of the air conditioning unit.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a status sending mechanism of an alternative air conditioning unit according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioning unit may include a plurality of air conditioning indoor units, air conditioning outdoor units, and line controllers (corresponding to the control device described above), where each of the air conditioning indoor units and the line controllers corresponds to one site, for example, the air conditioning indoor unit 1 corresponds to the site 1, the air conditioning indoor unit 2 corresponds to the site 2, the air conditioning indoor unit 3 corresponds to the site 4, and the air conditioning indoor unit 4 corresponds to the site 5.
Optionally, in the multi-split air conditioning system, the central coordinator CCO is disposed on an air conditioner external unit, and the station STA is disposed on an air conditioner internal unit. When the state data of the air conditioner internal unit is changed, such as startup, shutdown, wind gear change and the like, the state change data of the air conditioner internal unit is transmitted to the central coordinator through the station, and the central coordinator then transmits the state change to the air conditioner external unit, the control equipment such as a line controller and the like connected with the station and the display equipment. The control device may be a wire controller, as shown in fig. 2, which corresponds to the station 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of stations and a central coordinator are connected on the same bus, and data transmission is performed through the bus. Optionally, when the invention is controlled, the data of all stations can be sent only when all stations of the air conditioning unit send state change data, and if the state change data is not changed, the state change data is not sent.
In addition, the state data of all stations in the embodiment of the present invention are stored in the central coordinator CCO, and when a certain STA needs some state data, the state data in the CCO may be read by sending a query command to the CCO (sending query content).
In addition, in the multi-split air conditioning system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the central coordinator can record the state data of all stations, when one station wants to acquire the data of other stations, the central coordinator only needs to send a query command, and then the central coordinator returns the state data stored in the queried target station to the query station according to the query command, so that the response of the queried station is not needed, the data interaction between stations is reduced, and meanwhile, the data communication between power lines is reduced, thereby reducing the communication pressure.
Optionally, the external air conditioner in the embodiment of the invention needs to frequently query the state of each internal air conditioner, and records the state data of the internal air conditioner stored in each site through the central coordinator, so that the external air conditioner can conveniently acquire the state data of the internal air conditioner without a bus, thereby greatly reducing the bus load.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an air conditioning unit including the central coordinator of any one of the above.

the central coordinator receives state change data sent by a plurality of stations, wherein the state change data refers to state data recorded when the running state of the air conditioner indoor unit is changed, and the state change data comprises at least one of the following components: startup data, shutdown data, wind gear change data;
if the state change data is determined to be sent by all stations corresponding to the air conditioner internal units, the central coordinator sends the state change data of all the air conditioner internal units to the air conditioner external unit,
the control method further includes: receiving an inquiry command sent by a preset station, wherein the inquiry command is used for inquiring air conditioner operation data of an air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to a target station, and the preset station and the air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to the target station are different; the query instruction is sent to the central coordinator, and air conditioner operation data of the air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to the target site is sent to the preset site through the central coordinator;
