Abstract
The invention discloses a method for treating oil sludge waste by using a power station boiler, which comprises the following steps: conveying the oil sludge dangerous waste to be treated into an oil sludge storage tank for storage; the oil sludge falls into the drum filter from the oil sludge storage tank; in the process that the roller filter rotates to drive the oil sludge to roll, liquid and small particle components in the oil sludge fall into an oil sludge tank filtered at the bottom through sieve pores, and large particle components in the oil sludge fall into an impurity tank at the bottom end of the roller filter; pumping out combustible gas generated in the oil sludge heating process and feeding the combustible gas into a boiler for combustion; the filtered oil sludge in the oil sludge tank is conveyed to a boiler fuel nozzle through a pipeline and is sprayed into the boiler for combustion; large-particle impurities in the impurity tank are premixed with raw coal and then sent into a coal mill to be pulverized and burnt in the furnace. The invention filters and treats the oil sludge respectively, and then the oil sludge is put into a furnace for combustion, thereby not only being capable of treating hazardous waste of the oil sludge without generating other waste such as dioxin, but also being capable of utilizing the heat of the oil sludge, and having simple and convenient realization process and low initial investment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of treatment of oil sludge dangerous waste, and particularly relates to a method for treating oil sludge dangerous waste by using a power station boiler.
Background
The oil sludge is a substance generated in the oil exploitation and processing processes and mainly comprises crude oil, water, clay sand, biological organic matters and the like. The oil sludge contains substances with foul smell and toxicity, such as benzene series, phenols, anthracene, pyrene and the like, and seriously threatens the surrounding environment and the survival and health of human beings. The oil sludge is listed in the national hazardous waste catalogue and cannot be discharged without treatment.
At present, the common oil sludge hazardous waste treatment modes are as follows: solidification treatment, separation, biological, stacking, pyrolysis incineration, and the like, which have disadvantages such as large investment, low treatment efficiency, and high treatment cost.

The invention aims to provide a method for treating oil sludge waste by using a power station boiler, which is characterized in that oil sludge is filtered and respectively treated and then is fed into a boiler for combustion, so that oil sludge dangerous waste can be treated, other waste such as dioxin is not generated, the heat of the oil sludge can be utilized, the implementation process is simple and convenient, and the initial investment is low.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a method for treating oil sludge dangerous waste by using a power station boiler comprises the following steps:
1) conveying the oil sludge dangerous waste to be treated into an oil sludge storage tank for storage through a manual or automatic feeding device;
2) the oil sludge falls into the drum filter from the oil sludge storage tank through the feeding device;
3) in the process that the roller filter rotates to drive the oil sludge to roll, liquid and small particle components in the oil sludge fall into an oil sludge tank filtered at the bottom through sieve pores, and large particle components in the oil sludge fall into an impurity tank at the bottom end of the roller filter;
4) a pipeline is arranged above the impurity tank, and a fan is arranged to pump out combustible gas generated in the oil sludge heating process and send the combustible gas into a boiler for combustion, so that explosion in the drum filter is avoided;
5) the filtered oil sludge in the oil sludge tank is conveyed to a boiler fuel nozzle through a pipeline and is sprayed into the boiler for combustion;
6) the impurity tank is internally provided with a level meter, large particle impurities in the impurity tank are discharged periodically, and the large particle impurities are premixed with raw coal and then sent into a coal mill to be pulverized and then enter a furnace for combustion.
The invention further improves the method in the step 1), and further comprises introducing a steam heater into the oil sludge storage tank to increase the temperature of the oil sludge so as to ensure that the oil sludge has good fluidity.
A further improvement of the invention is that in step 2), a steam heater is introduced into the drum filter to heat the sludge, so that the sludge keeps good fluidity.
A further improvement of the invention is that steam or high temperature furnace fumes are used to heat the sludge.
The invention further improves that the drum filter in the step 3) adopts one or more stages in series according to the distribution of the solid particles in the oil sludge.
The further improvement of the invention is that the fuel nozzle in the step 5) utilizes the original large fuel gun system of the boiler or adds a new fuel nozzle on the boiler.
The invention further improves that the rotary drum filter further comprises a sealing shell used for wrapping the rotary drum filter.
The invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
1. all components in the oil sludge can be put into a furnace for combustion treatment;
2. the oil sludge is treated at high temperature by a power station boiler, so that harmful substances such as dioxin and the like are not generated;
3. by treating the oil sludge in the way, the change to a power station boiler is small, the equipment investment is small, and the heat in the oil sludge can be utilized to generate electricity;
4. the treatment cost for treating the oil sludge dangerous waste through the power station boiler is low, the treatment efficiency is high, and good environmental benefits and social benefits are achieved.

The invention is further described below with reference to the following figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a method for treating sludge hazardous waste by using a utility boiler, comprising the following steps:
1) the method comprises the following steps that (1) oil sludge dangerous waste to be treated is sent into an oil sludge storage tank 1 through a manual or automatic feeding device to be stored, wherein a steam heater 5 is introduced into the oil sludge storage tank 1, so that the temperature of oil sludge is increased, and the oil sludge has good fluidity;
2) the oil sludge falls into the drum filter 2 from the oil sludge storage tank 1 through the feeding device, wherein the drum filter 2 is arranged in the sealed shell 6, and the steam heater 5 is introduced into the drum filter 2 to heat the oil sludge so as to keep good fluidity of the oil sludge;
3) in the process that the roller filter 2 rotates to drive the oil sludge to roll, liquid and small particle components in the oil sludge fall into an oil sludge tank 3 after bottom filtration through sieve pores, and large particle components in the oil sludge fall into an impurity tank 4 at the bottom end of the roller filter 2;
4) a pipeline 7 is arranged above the impurity tank 4, and a fan is arranged to pump out combustible gas generated in the oil sludge heating process and send the combustible gas into a boiler for combustion, so that explosion in the drum filter 2 is avoided;
5) the filtered oil sludge in the oil sludge tank 3 is conveyed to a fuel nozzle of the boiler through a pipeline and is sprayed into the boiler for combustion;
6) a charge level indicator is arranged in the impurity tank 4, large particle impurities in the impurity tank 4 are discharged periodically, and the large particle impurities are premixed with raw coal and then sent into a coal mill to be pulverized and then enter a furnace for combustion.
Compared with the existing method for treating the dangerous waste of the oil sludge, the method has the advantages of small initial investment, no need of adding excessive devices and equipment in a power plant, utilization of heat in the oil sludge and no generation of other dangerous waste in the treatment process.
Claims (3)
1. A method for treating oil sludge dangerous waste by using a power station boiler is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) the method comprises the following steps that (1) oil sludge dangerous waste to be treated is sent into an oil sludge storage tank (1) through a manual or automatic feeding device to be stored, and a steam heater (5) is introduced into the oil sludge storage tank (1) and used for increasing the temperature of oil sludge so that the oil sludge has good fluidity;
2) the method comprises the following steps that oil sludge falls into a drum filter (2) from an oil sludge storage tank (1) through a feeding device, and a steam heater (5) is introduced into the drum filter (2) to heat the oil sludge, so that the oil sludge keeps good fluidity;
3) in the process that the roller filter (2) rotates to drive the oil sludge to roll, liquid and small particle components in the oil sludge fall into an oil sludge tank (3) after bottom filtration through sieve pores, and large particle components in the oil sludge fall into an impurity tank (4) at the bottom end of the roller filter (2); the drum filter is connected in series in one stage or multiple stages according to the distribution condition of solid particles in oil sludge;
4) a pipeline (7) is arranged above the impurity tank (4), and a fan is arranged to pump out combustible gas generated in the oil sludge heating process and send the combustible gas into a boiler for combustion, so that explosion in the drum filter (2) is avoided;
5) the filtered oil sludge in the oil sludge tank (3) is conveyed to a boiler fuel nozzle through a pipeline and is sprayed into the boiler for combustion;
6) a charge level indicator is arranged in the impurity tank (4), large-particle impurities in the impurity tank (4) are discharged periodically, and the large-particle impurities are premixed with raw coal and then sent into a coal mill to be pulverized and then enter a furnace for combustion.
2. The method for treating the oil sludge dangerous waste by using the utility boiler in the claim 1, wherein the fuel nozzle in the step 5) is an original large oil gun system of the boiler or a new fuel nozzle is additionally arranged on the boiler.
3. A method for treating sludge hazardous waste with a utility boiler according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a sealed housing (6) for enclosing the drum filter (2).
