According to the invention, the front shield is arranged at the front part of the TBM shield body, the front shield is of a semi-annular structure with an opening at the upper part, the opening at the upper part of the front shield is connected with a front shield telescopic part capable of moving up and down, a main driving box is arranged in an annular shape formed by the front shield and the front shield telescopic part, the rear part of the front shield is connected with a telescopic outer shield, the upper part of the telescopic outer shield is provided with an opening matched with the front shield, the opening at the upper part of the telescopic outer shield is provided with a telescopic outer shield telescopic part capable of shrinking inwards, the inside of the telescopic outer shield is slidably provided with a telescopic inner shield, and the main driving box is connected with the telescopic inner shield through a driving device. The invention has simple structure, can carry out local structure innovation on the original TBM tunneling machine, can achieve the purposes of surrounding rock convergence early warning and anti-seizing and escaping and reducing construction risk when the TBM tunneling machine is used for tunneling work, and saves the cost of equipment replacement.

When the TBM tunneling machine is used for tunneling work at present, when poor geological conditions such as high ground stress, surrounding rock crushing (IV and V type surrounding rock), high surrounding rock convergence degree, high convergence speed, lower rock strength and the like are met, the TBM tunneling machine is required to be capable of performing radial contraction so as to prevent the TBM tunneling machine from being blocked and difficult to continue tunneling construction.

The front shield telescopic part comprises an arc-shaped frame body, at least two stabilizer cylinders are arranged in the arc-shaped frame body, the stabilizer cylinders are symmetrical with respect to the vertical center plane of the arc-shaped frame body, a piston of each stabilizer cylinder is fixedly connected with the bottom of the arc-shaped frame body, and the bottom of each stabilizer cylinder is fixedly connected with the main driving box.
The telescopic outer shield telescopic part is of an arc-shaped plate structure, the telescopic outer shield telescopic part is connected with the telescopic inner shield through a telescopic rod, and the telescopic outer shield telescopic part is fixedly connected with the upper part of the arc-shaped frame body.
The driving device comprises an ear seat I, an ear seat II and a swinging hydraulic cylinder, wherein the base of the ear seat I is fixedly connected with the rear part of the main driving box, a baffle is arranged in the telescopic inner shield, the base of the ear seat II is fixedly connected with the baffle of the telescopic inner shield, and the earrings of the swinging hydraulic cylinder are respectively hinged with the ear seat I and the ear seat II.
According to the invention, the semi-annular structure with the opening is arranged at the upper part of the front shield, and the front shield telescopic part capable of moving up and down is arranged at the opening at the upper part of the front shield, so that when the TBM tunneling machine performs tunneling work, the stabilizer cylinder of the front shield telescopic part enables the arc-shaped frame body to be in a tightening state and is used for supporting the TBM tunneling machine to perform construction; when the TBM tunneling machine needs to advance or is clamped and difficult to get rid of the trouble, the stabilizer cylinder drives the arc-shaped frame body to shrink inwards, so that the diameter of the TBM tunneling machine is reduced, and the TBM tunneling machine can get rid of the trouble and go out of the way for continuous advancing. The invention has simple structure, can carry out local structural innovation on the original TBM tunneling machine, can achieve the aim of preventing the TBM tunneling machine from getting stuck and getting out of the way when tunneling work, and saves the cost of replacing equipment.
