本发明涉及一种纺织品的功能整理工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)取威灵仙,香草,干荷叶,麻黄,甘草,天花粉,绿豆粉,白芷,白僵虫,木瓜根,磨成粉末,加水浸泡,过滤后加入活性炭,搅拌后静置,然后过滤得到浸泡液A;(2)取柠檬草精油,缬草精油,茉莉精油,马郁兰精油,氯化钠,明矾加水,搅拌均匀得到浸泡液B;(3)将纺织品放入浸泡液A中,浸泡,然后以2~3℃/min的速率升温至45~65℃,保温30~40min,取出脱水后放入浸泡液B,浸泡,取出脱水,烘干得到成品。经该工艺整理后的纺织品能防虫防蛀,且具有平复情绪、缓解疲劳、促进睡眠、增强免疫力等保健功效,适用于睡衣、床单、被套、枕套、枕巾等纺织品的后整理。

本发明涉及纺织品领域,更具体地,涉及一种纺织品的功能整理工艺。
背景技术
随着消费者生活水平的提高,对纺织品的要求也逐渐增高,如今纺织品的开发重点已从注重“款式、色彩、时尚”逐渐转向“友善人体、可穿型化妆品、可穿型医疗品”的理念上来,功能性服装面料将成为人体的“第二层皮肤”,除了舒适、保暖之外,被赋予了附加值的纺织品将被应用于更广泛的领域,拥有更广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纺织品的功能整理工艺。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种纺织品的功能整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取威灵仙,香草,干荷叶,麻黄,甘草,天花粉,绿豆粉,白芷,白僵虫,木瓜根,磨成粉末,加入100~150倍水,在80~90℃下浸泡2~3h,过滤后加入活性炭,搅拌8~12min脱色,静置5~10min,然后过滤得到浸泡液A;
(2)取柠檬草精油,缬草精油,茉莉精油,马郁兰精油,氯化钠,明矾加入80~120倍水,搅拌均匀得到浸泡液B;
(3)将纺织品放入浸泡液A中,浸泡10~20min,然后以2~3℃/min的速率升温至45~65℃,保温30~40min,取出脱水后放入浸泡液B,保持45~65℃浸泡1~2h,取出脱水,在50~70℃烘干,得到成品。
进一步地,所述浸泡液A的原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:威灵仙12~19份,香草4~9份,干荷叶6~12份,麻黄3~6份,甘草7~14份,天花粉5~10份,绿豆粉3~7份,白芷10~16份,白僵虫2~5份,木瓜根8~13份。
进一步地,所述浸泡液B的原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:柠檬草精油5~8份,缬草精油4~7份,茉莉精油1~3份,马郁兰精油1~3份,氯化钠2~5份,明矾3~6份。
优选地,所述浸泡液A的原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:威灵仙15份,香草7份,干荷叶10份,麻黄5份,甘草11份,天花粉8份,绿豆粉5份,白芷14份,白僵虫4份,木瓜根10份。
优选地,所述浸泡液B的原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:柠檬草精油7份,缬草精油5份,茉莉精油2份,马郁兰精油2份,氯化钠4份,明矾5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种纺织品的功能整理工艺,经整理后的纺织品能防虫防蛀,且具有平复情绪、缓解疲劳、促进睡眠、增强免疫力等保健功效,对纺织品手感与舒适度也不会造成影响,适用于睡衣、床单、被套、枕套、枕巾等纺织品的后整理。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种纺织品的功能整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取威灵仙12份,香草9份,干荷叶6份,麻黄6份,甘草7份,天花粉5份,绿豆粉7份,白芷10份,白僵虫5份,木瓜根8份,磨成粉末,加入150倍水,在80℃下浸泡3h,过滤后加入活性炭,搅拌8min后,静置10min,然后过滤得到浸泡液A;
(2)取柠檬草精油5份,缬草精油7份,茉莉精油1份,马郁兰精油3份,氯化钠2份,明矾6份加入80倍水,搅拌均匀得到浸泡液B;
(3)将纺织品放入浸泡液A中,浸泡20min,然后以2℃/min的速率升温至65℃,保温30min,取出脱水后放入浸泡液B,保持65℃浸泡1h,取出脱水,在70℃烘干,得到成品。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种纺织品的功能整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取威灵仙19份,香草4份,干荷叶12份,麻黄3份,甘草14份,天花粉10份,绿豆粉3份,白芷16份,白僵虫2份,木瓜根13份,磨成粉末,加入100倍水,在90℃下浸泡2h,过滤后加入活性炭,搅拌12min后,静置5min,然后过滤得到浸泡液A;
(2)取柠檬草精油8份,缬草精油4份,茉莉精油3份,马郁兰精油1份,氯化钠5份,明矾3份加入120倍水,搅拌均匀得到浸泡液B;
(3)将纺织品放入浸泡液A中,浸泡10min,然后以3℃/min的速率升温至45℃,保温40min,取出脱水后放入浸泡液B,保持45℃浸泡2h,取出脱水,在50℃烘干,得到成品。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种纺织品的功能整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取威灵仙14份,香草8份,干荷叶10份,麻黄4份,甘草8份,天花粉6份,绿豆粉6份,白芷11份,白僵虫3份,木瓜根9份,磨成粉末,加入110倍水,在85℃下浸泡2.5h,过滤后加入活性炭,搅拌10min后,静置7min,然后过滤得到浸泡液A;
(2)取柠檬草精油6份,缬草精油5份,茉莉精油1.5份,马郁兰精油2.5份,氯化钠3份,明矾4份加入90倍水,搅拌均匀得到浸泡液B;
(3)将纺织品放入浸泡液A中,浸泡15min,然后以2.5℃/min的速率升温至50℃,保温35min,取出脱水后放入浸泡液B,保持50℃浸泡1.5h,取出脱水,在60℃烘干,得到成品。
实施例4
本实施例公开了一种纺织品的功能整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取威灵仙15份,香草7份,干荷叶10份,麻黄5份,甘草11份,天花粉8份,绿豆粉5份,白芷14份,白僵虫4份,木瓜根10份,磨成粉末,加入140倍水,在88℃下浸泡2h,过滤后加入活性炭,搅拌9min后,静置8min,然后过滤得到浸泡液A;
(2)取柠檬草精油7份,缬草精油5份,茉莉精油2份,马郁兰精油2份,氯化钠4份,明矾5份加入100倍水,搅拌均匀得到浸泡液B;
(3)将纺织品放入浸泡液A中,浸泡12min,然后以3℃/min的速率升温至60℃,保温38min,取出脱水后放入浸泡液B,保持55℃浸泡1h,取出脱水,在55℃烘干,得到成品。
实施例5
本实施例公开了一种纺织品的功能整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取威灵仙13份,香草8份,干荷叶10份,麻黄5份,甘草12份,天花粉9份,绿豆粉4份,白芷13份,白僵虫4份,木瓜根12份,磨成粉末,加入130倍水,在80℃下浸泡2.5h,过滤后加入活性炭,搅拌11min后,静置6min,然后过滤得到浸泡液A;
(2)取柠檬草精油7份,缬草精油6份,茉莉精油2.5份,马郁兰精油1份,氯化钠3份,明矾5份加入85倍水,搅拌均匀得到浸泡液B;
(3)将纺织品放入浸泡液A中,浸泡12min,然后以3℃/min的速率升温至60℃,保温35min,取出脱水后放入浸泡液B,保持50℃浸泡1.5h,取出脱水,在65℃烘干,得到成品。

Claims (5)

1.一种纺织品的功能整理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取威灵仙,香草,干荷叶,麻黄,甘草,天花粉,绿豆粉,白芷,白僵虫,木瓜根,磨成粉末,加入100~150倍水,在80~90℃下浸泡2~3h,过滤后加入活性炭,搅拌8~12min后,静置5~10min,然后过滤得到浸泡液A;
(2)取柠檬草精油,缬草精油,茉莉精油,马郁兰精油,氯化钠,明矾加入80~120倍水,搅拌均匀得到浸泡液B;
(3)将纺织品放入浸泡液A中,浸泡10~20min,然后以2~3℃/min的速率升温至45~65℃,保温30~40min,取出脱水后放入浸泡液B,保持45~65℃浸泡1~2h,取出脱水,在50~70℃烘干,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品的功能整理工艺,其特征在于,所述浸泡液A的原材料由以下重量百分比的各组分组成:威灵仙12~19份,香草4~9份,干荷叶6~12份,麻黄3~6份,甘草7~14份,天花粉5~10份,绿豆粉3~7份,白芷10~16份,白僵虫2~5份,木瓜根8~13份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品的功能整理工艺,其特征在于,所述浸泡液B的原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:柠檬草精油5~8份,缬草精油4~7份,茉莉精油1~3份,马郁兰精油1~3份,氯化钠2~5份,明矾3~6份。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的纺织品的功能整理工艺,其特征在于,所述浸泡液A的原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:威灵仙15份,香草7份,干荷叶10份,麻黄5份,甘草11份,天花粉8份,绿豆粉5份,白芷14份,白僵虫4份,木瓜根10份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纺织品的功能整理工艺,其特征在于,所述浸泡液B的原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:柠檬草精油7份,缬草精油5份,茉莉精油2份,马郁兰精油2份,氯化钠4份,明矾5份。
