Description of the reference numerals
The air-conditioning system comprises an air suction opening 1, an air duct 2, a first filter screen mounting part 3, a backflow water inlet 4, a backflow water outlet 5, a backflow channel 6, a second filter screen mounting part 7, a bottom wall part 8, a protruding part 9, an air duct bottom wall 10, a one-way baffle 11 and an air suction pipe 12.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Referring to the structures shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the heat pump bottom shell provided by the invention comprises an air duct 2 with an air suction opening 1, wherein the air duct 2 is provided with a first filter screen mounting part 3, a backflow water inlet 4 is formed on the air duct wall of the air duct 2 positioned on one side of the first filter screen mounting part 3, a backflow water outlet 5 is formed on the air duct wall of the air duct 2 positioned on the other side of the first filter screen mounting part 3, and a backflow channel 6 for communicating the backflow water inlet 4 with the backflow water outlet 5 is arranged on the heat pump bottom shell.
In the technical scheme, as the return water inlet 4 and the return water outlet 5 are respectively formed on the air duct walls of the air duct 2 positioned at two sides of the first filter screen mounting part 3, and the return water inlet 4 and the return water outlet 5 are communicated through the return channel 6, after the heat pump bottom shell is assembled with the washing machine, the washing machine water inlet system can wash the first filter screen mounted on the first filter screen mounting part 3, at the moment, the washing water at one side of the first filter screen mounting part (for example, the washing water seeps into one side of the first filter screen when washing the first filter screen, and/or the washing water for washing the second filter screen) can flow back through the return water inlet 4, the return channel 6 and the return water outlet 5, for example, the washing water flows back to the air suction opening 1 and then enters the drum through the air suction pipe 12, and the washing water at the other side of the first filter screen mounting part 3 can directly flow to the air suction opening 1, and then enters the drum through the suction duct 12, thereby preventing the washing water from being accumulated at one side of the first screen mounting part 3.
It should be noted that the first filter mounting portion 3 is not limited to the one shown in fig. 1, and it should be understood that the first filter mounting portion 3 may be a plurality of first filters arranged at intervals along the air duct 2, so that a plurality of first filters, for example, two first filter mounting portions 3, may be arranged, so that two first filters may be mounted, so that the return water on one side of each first filter, for example, between two first filters, may flow to the return channel 6 through the respective return water inlet 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the air duct 2 is formed with a second filter mounting portion 7 arranged at a distance from the first filter mounting portion 3, wherein the return water inlet 4 is located between the first filter mounting portion 3 and the second filter mounting portion 7. Thus, the water washed by the second filter installed on the second filter installation part 7 can flow back through the backflow water inlet 4 and the backflow passage 6, and at this time, the second filter installation part 7 may be one, so that the second filter is located at the downstream side of one first filter (as shown in fig. 3) or a plurality of first filters arranged at intervals along the suction direction. Thus, the water inlet system of the washing machine can simultaneously clean the multiple layers of filter screens while water is supplied, or can specifically simultaneously clean the multiple layers of filter screens, and wash water on the downstream side can flow to the return channel 6 through the return inlet 4 to be returned.
Further, in order to facilitate the quick return of the washing water on the side of the first filter mounting portion 3, it is preferable that a bottom wall portion 8 of the air duct 2 between the first filter mounting portion 3 and the second filter mounting portion 7 is formed as a U-shaped water collection tank as shown in fig. 1. Thus, by the collecting action of the U-shaped water collection sump, the flushing water for flushing the second filter and/or the flushing water that has permeated from the first filter when flushing the first filter will be collected by the U-shaped water collection sump and subsequently flow into the return channel 6 through the return water inlet 4.
Further, in order to further facilitate the backflow of the washing water, it is preferable that the bottom wall portion 8 of the air duct 2 between the first filter mounting portion 3 and the second filter mounting portion 7 and the backflow passage 6 continuously extend obliquely downward in the direction of the backflow water. In this way, due to the continuously inclined arrangement, the flushing water in the bottom wall portion 8, such as a U-shaped water collection sump, will quickly pass back down through the return channel 6 and then be discharged from the return water outlet 5.
In addition, in order not to occupy the inner space of the bottom case of the heat pump, it is preferable that the return channel 6 is located outside the air duct 2 as shown in fig. 1. Thus, the backflow channel 6 is positioned outside the air duct 2, thereby not occupying any internal space of the air duct 2, not affecting the heat exchange area of the heat exchange unit of the drying system of the washing machine, and not affecting the ventilation area of the filter screen.
Of course, in the heat pump bottom case of the present invention, the return channel 6 may be formed by a pipe located outside the heat pump bottom case, for example, one end of the pipe is connected to the return water inlet 4, and the other end is connected to the return water outlet 5;
alternatively, in order to improve the structural stability, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the duct side wall of the duct 2 includes an outwardly protruding protrusion 9, and the return passage 6 is formed in the protrusion 9. Thus, the extension part 9 is a part of the air duct side wall of the air duct 2, so that the heat pump bottom shell and the backflow channel 6 can be integrally formed by injection molding, and the backflow channel 6 is prevented from being formed by an external pipeline.
In addition, the return passage 6 may also be formed directly inside the duct side wall of the duct 2, that is, the duct side wall of the duct 2 does not protrude outward, but the return passage 6 is formed inside.
Of course, the return channel 6 can have various structures, such as a U-shaped channel, so as to facilitate the return of the return water in time.
In addition, in order to facilitate backflow and water inlet of the washing machine, as shown in fig. 2, the air suction opening 1 is formed in the air duct bottom wall 10 of the air duct 2 on the other side of the first filter screen mounting portion 3, and the backflow water outlet 5 is communicated with the air suction opening 1. Thus, the return water passing through the return water outlet 5 flows into the bottom wall 10 of the air duct and into the drum of the washing machine through the air suction opening 1, and the washing water of the first filter screen at the most upstream side can directly and smoothly flow back through the air suction opening 1.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, since the plurality of first filter screens or the first filter screen and the second filter screen are connected in series, when the drying system of the washing machine is operated, the external circulation air must be filtered through the respective filter screens in sequence, and therefore, in order to improve the filtering effect, as shown in fig. 3, a one-way baffle 11 is provided at the backflow water outlet 5, wherein the one-way baffle 11 is configured to open the backflow water outlet 5 only under the effect of the backflow water that flows back through the backflow channel 6. Thus, as shown in fig. 5, when the drying system operates, the air inlet 1 starts to enter air under the action of the fan of the drying system, the one-way baffle 11 can close the backflow water outlet 5 under the action of self-weight closing and the flow direction pressure of the external circulation air to prevent the external circulation air from passing through each filter screen in sequence, and prevent part of the external circulation air from bypassing the upstream filter screen through the return channel 6; in the washing stage or the filter screen washing stage, as shown in fig. 6, the filter screens are washed while the water inlet system of the washing machine is supplying water, and the one-way baffle 11 can be opened under the flowing direction pressure of the return water to open the return water outlet 5, so as to allow the return water to be smoothly guided out and flow into the drum through the air suction inlet 1.
In addition, on the basis of any one of the heat pump bottom cases, the invention provides a washing machine, which comprises any one of the heat pump bottom cases, wherein the filter screens of the washing machine are arranged on the corresponding filter screen installation parts, for example, the first filter screen and the second filter screen are respectively arranged on the corresponding filter screen installation parts, as shown in fig. 3, and the air suction opening 1 is connected with an air suction pipe 12 which is connected with the drum outer cylinder of the washing machine and is used as a backflow water inlet pipe.
Therefore, the washing machine can automatically clean the filter screen by utilizing the water inlet of the water inlet system while water is fed, so that the filter screen does not need to be manually taken out of the machine for cleaning, namely, the filter screen can be automatically cleaned while water is fed every time, the filter screen can be effectively cleaned in time, the air quantity of the drying external circulation is ensured, and the drying efficiency is improved.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the individual specific technical features in any suitable way. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.
