Abstract
本发明属于润滑油清净剂合成技术领域,具体涉及一种氟代聚酯型清净剂,并进一步公开其制备方法,以及其制备的润滑油组合物。本发明所述氟代聚酯型清净剂,其主要有机原料中采用氟代化合物,保证了最终产品的耐高温性能和抗积碳性能;同时由于聚酯分子量较大、羧基多、分散能力强,可以得到高碱值(380‑420mgKOH/g)、低倾点、耐高温性能优良且性能更稳定的清净剂产品,而且分子量较大的氟代多羧基聚酯盐可以更好地在发动机的金属表面形成吸附膜,提供优良的高温清净性能,综合应用性能大幅提升。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油清净剂合成技术领域,具体涉及一种氟代聚酯型清净剂,并进一步公开其制备方法,以及其制备的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。但是在发动机润滑油的使用过程中,由于工况使用条件苛刻、高温氧化以及外界的氮氧化合物、二氧化硫的酸性气体的吸入等因素往往导致润滑油容易发生氧化降解,且产生一定量的酸性腐蚀物,如硫酸、硝酸、酸性油泥等,使润滑油的润滑作用下降且加剧对设备的腐蚀。因此,需要加入润滑油清净剂来持续中和润滑油使用过程中产生的酸性物质,阻止其对发动机造成腐蚀,从而达到延长润滑油的使用寿命、保护发动机的目的。
传统的润滑油清净剂基本都是使用普通碳链的小分子有机酸,如十二烷基苯磺酸、烷基水杨酸、油酸等为原料,经过反应将碱性组分分散在稀释油中,而采用的稀释油则主要是普通的矿物油类润滑油基础油,如150SN、250SN、350SN等型号的矿物油。一方面,这些矿物类的基础油均属于石油炼制的产物,其不仅降解能力较差且含有一定的蜡质,不适合用于对环保和倾点要求较高的高端润滑油领域;另一方,所选用的这些直链的有机酸原料,由于分子小,且自身含有的羧基较为单一,导致其分散性能较差,制得的清净剂产品的碱值多在300mgKOH/g左右,无法稳定得到所需的高碱值(380-420mgKOH/g)的清净剂产品;再者,由于采用的有机酸原料是直链结构,会导致对碱性组分如胶体碳酸钙、碳酸镁的分散性能不稳定,使得在高温使用工况下易析出胶体碳酸盐,使其清净分散能力下降;而且由于形成的有机酸盐分子太小,在金属表面无法形成稳定的吸附膜,也导致对发动机的清净保护能力不足;尤其是原料中有机酸及稀释油均是普通碳链的化合物,其耐高温性差,在高温作用下易降解,较容易产生积碳,影响其使用性能。因此,开发新型清净剂产品已势在必行。
发明内容
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种氟代聚酯型清净剂,并进一步公开其制备方法,以及其制备的润滑油组合物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种氟代聚酯型清净剂,其制备原料包括如下摩尔量的原料组分:
优选的,所述的氟代聚酯型清净剂,其制备原料包括如下摩尔量的原料组分:
所述氟代多羧基聚酯树脂为以四氟丁二酸、四氟丁二醇、3-氟-1,2-丙二醇和柠檬酸为原料,在催化剂存在下,于180-220℃进行聚合反应制得。
所述四氟丁二酸、四氟丁二醇、3-氟-1,2-丙二醇和柠檬酸的摩尔比为0.2-0.8:0.5-1.5:0.2-0.8:1-2,并优选为0.5:1:0.5:1.5;所述催化剂优选为二丁基氧化锡,添加量占物料总量的0.5wt%。
所述12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸是以苯丁酸与12-羟基硬脂酸为原料,在催化作用下,以二甲苯作为带水剂,于120-160℃进行反应制得。
所述苯丁酸与12-羟基硬脂酸的摩尔比优选为1:1,所述催化剂优选为钛酸四丁酯。
所述分散稳定剂包括三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯;
所述溶剂包括甲苯或二甲苯;
所述促进剂包括三甲胺或甲醇。
本发明还公开了一种制备所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照选定的摩尔量,取所述氟代多羧基聚酯、12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸、全氟辛烷磺酸、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、氢氧化钙、活性氧化镁、溶剂、促进剂及分散稳定剂,充分混合,于35℃-60℃进行中和反应;
(2)随后加入选定摩尔量的水,并将反应体系升温至65-80℃,并通入选定摩尔量的二氧化碳气体进行反应,将反应产物去渣,并减压蒸馏脱去溶剂,即得。
所述二氧化碳气体的通气速率为60-300mL/min。
本发明还公开了一种润滑油组合物,包括所述的氟代聚酯型清净剂。
具体的,所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的添加量为基础油质量的1-3%。
所述基础油包括合成酯类基础油,如季戊四醇四庚酸酯、三甲醇丙烷三庚酸酯等。
本发明所述氟代聚酯型清净剂,以分子量较大的氟代羧基聚酯树脂作为主要羧基原料,搭配带有苯基支链且与基础油相容性更好的有机酸12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸,适量的全氟辛烷磺酸作为主要有机酸原料,并使用对氟代羧基聚酯树脂溶解性好的季戊四醇四正庚酸酯作为基础油,同时使用氢氧化钙和氧化镁作为碱性原料,得到混合钙镁盐的聚酯型清净剂。该聚酯型清净剂的主要有机原料中采用氟代化合物,保证了最终产品的耐高温性能和抗积碳性能;同时由于聚酯分子量较大、羧基多、分散能力强,可以得到高碱值(380-420mgKOH/g)、低倾点、耐高温性能优良且性能更稳定的清净剂产品,而且分子量较大的氟代多羧基聚酯盐可以更好地在发动机的金属表面形成吸附膜,提供优良的高温清净性能。相比于市场上以150SN基础油、250SN基础油及350SN基础油等常规普通碳链结构稀释油的主要清净剂产品,其自身抗氧化性更好,且倾点有所降低,耐高温性能有所提高,胶体物析出情况改善明显,而且可用于温度低于-30℃的地区使用,综合应用性能大幅提升。
具体实施方式
实施例1氟代多羧基聚酯树脂的合成
按照摩尔比0.5:1:0.5:1.5取四氟丁二酸、四氟丁二醇、3-氟-1,2-丙二醇、柠檬酸加入反应器中,并加入物料总量0.5wt%的二丁基氧化锡作为催化剂,将反应体系升温至180-220℃进行聚合反应8-12h,得到氟代羧基聚酯树脂。经检测,所得聚酯树脂的酸值为200-240mgKOH/g。
实施例2 12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸的合成
按照摩尔比1:1取苯丁酸与12-羟基硬脂酸加入反应器中,在钛酸四丁酯的催化作用下,加入二甲苯作为带水剂,于120-160℃进行反应2-6h,反应结束后减压脱除二甲苯溶剂,得到12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸。

(1)按照选定的摩尔量,取所述氟代多羧基聚酯、12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸、全氟辛烷磺酸、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、氢氧化钙、活性氧化镁、溶剂、促进剂及分散稳定剂,充分混合,于35℃进行中和反应;
(2)随后加入选定量的水,并将反应体系升温至65℃,并以60mL/min的通气速率通入选定摩尔量的二氧化碳气体进行反应,将反应产物去渣,并减压蒸馏脱去溶剂,即得浅黄色透明液体。
实施例4
本实施例所述氟代聚酯型清净剂,其制备原料包括如下摩尔量的原料组分:

(1)按照选定的摩尔量,取所述氟代多羧基聚酯、12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸、全氟辛烷磺酸、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、氢氧化钙、活性氧化镁、溶剂、促进剂及分散稳定剂,充分混合,于60℃进行中和反应;
(2)随后加入选定摩尔量的水,并将反应体系升温至80℃,并以300mL/min的通气速率通入选定量的二氧化碳气体进行反应,将反应产物去渣,并减压蒸馏脱去溶剂,即得浅黄色透明液体。
实施例5
本实施例所述氟代聚酯型清净剂,其制备原料包括如下摩尔量的原料组分:

(1)按照选定的摩尔量,取所述氟代多羧基聚酯、12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸、全氟辛烷磺酸、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、氢氧化钙、活性氧化镁、溶剂、促进剂及分散稳定剂,充分混合,于45℃进行中和反应;
(2)随后加入选定摩尔量的水,并将反应体系升温至70℃,并以180mL/min的通气速率通入选定量的二氧化碳气体进行反应,将反应产物去渣,并减压蒸馏脱去溶剂,即得浅黄色透明液体。

本实施例所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的原料组分与实施例5相同,其区别仅在于,将氟代多羧基聚酯树脂换成市售普通聚酯树脂,型号:YL9050A,工业品,黄山永利新材料科技有限公司。
对比例3
本实施例所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的原料组分与实施例5相同,其区别仅在于,仅将12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸换成市售硬脂酸。
对比例4
本实施例所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的原料组分与实施例5相同,其区别仅在于,不含有全氟辛烷磺酸。
对比例5
本实施例所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的原料组分与实施例5相同,其区别仅在于,仅将全氟辛烷磺酸换成市售十二烷基苯磺酸。
对比例6
本实施例所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的原料组分与实施例5相同,其区别仅在于,仅将季戊四醇四正庚酸酯基础油换成普通市售稀释油(150SN基础油),稀释油(150SN基础油)购自苏州禾森特种油品有限公司。
对比例7
本实施例所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的原料组分与实施例5相同,其区别仅在于,仅将季戊四醇四正庚酸酯基础油换成普通市售稀释油(250SN基础油),稀释油(250SN基础油)购自苏州禾森特种油品有限公司。
对比例8
本实施例所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的原料组分与实施例5相同,其区别仅在于,仅将季戊四醇四正庚酸酯基础油换成普通市售稀释油(350SN基础油),稀释油(350SN基础油)购自苏州禾森特种油品有限公司。
实验例
对上述实施例3-7及对比例1-8中制得的清净剂进行性能检测,检测指标包括碱值、粘度、热稳定性、胶体物析出情况及倾点等指标。其中,碱值测定依据SH/T0251-1993石油产品碱值测定法(高氯酸电位滴定法);粘度测定依据GB/T 265-88石油产品运动黏度测定法和动力黏度计算法;热稳定性及胶体物析出等依据SH/T0300-92《曲轴箱模拟试验方法(QZX法);倾点测定依据GB/T 3535-2006石油产品倾点测定法。具体测定数据见下表1。

从上表数据可知,本发明所述清净剂中,由于使用氟代多羧基聚酯树脂,并搭配支链的12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸以及全氟辛烷磺酸作为有机酸原料,并以季戊四醇四正庚酸酯作为基础油,制得了高碱值(380-420mgKOH/g)、低倾点、耐高温性能优良的聚酯型混合钙、镁盐清净剂产品;相比于市场上以150SN基础油、250SN基础油及350SN基础油等常规普通碳链结构稀释油的主要清净剂产品,其自身抗氧化性更好,且倾点有所降低,耐高温性能有所提高,胶体物析出情况改善明显,而且可用于温度低于-30℃的地区使用,应用性能大幅提升。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (9)
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的氟代聚酯型清净剂,其特征在于,所述12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸是以苯丁酸与12-羟基硬脂酸为原料,在催化作用下,以二甲苯作为带水剂,于120-160℃进行反应制得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的氟代聚酯型清净剂,其特征在于:
所述分散稳定剂包括三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯;
所述溶剂包括甲苯或二甲苯;
所述促进剂包括三甲胺或甲醇。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4任一项所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照选定的摩尔量,取所述氟代多羧基聚酯、12-苯丁酰基硬脂酸、全氟辛烷磺酸、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、氢氧化钙、活性氧化镁、溶剂、促进剂及分散稳定剂,充分混合,于35℃-60℃进行中和反应;
(2)随后加入选定摩尔量的水,并将反应体系升温至65-80℃,并通入选定摩尔量的二氧化碳气体进行反应,将反应产物去渣,并减压蒸馏脱去溶剂,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的方法,其特征在于,所述二氧化碳气体的通气速率为60-300mL/min。
7.一种润滑油组合物,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-4任一项所述的氟代聚酯型清净剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述氟代聚酯型清净剂的添加量为基础油质量的1-3%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油包括合成酯类基础油。
