The blanking device comprises a top plate 161, a mounting seat 162, a motor 163, a cam 164, a first L-shaped rod 165, a first guide sleeve 166, an L-shaped guide rod 167, a roller 168, a second spring 169 and a knocking ball 1610, wherein the top plate 161 is arranged at the top of the bracket 2, the mounting seat 162 is arranged at the left side of the bottom of the top plate 161, the motor 163 is mounted on the mounting seat 162, the cam 164 is connected to an output shaft at the front side of the motor 163, the first L-shaped rod 165 is connected to the middle part of the outer side of the upper wall of the blanking frame 9, the first guide sleeve 166 is connected to the left end of the first L-shaped rod 165, the L-shaped guide rod 167 is sleeved in the first guide sleeve 166, the knocking ball 1610 is connected to the front end of the L-shaped guide rod 167, the knocking ball 1610 is arranged below the blanking frame 9, the roller 168 is connected to the top end of the L-shaped guide rod 167, the second spring 169 is connected to the bottom of, the L-shaped guide 167 passes through the second spring 169.
The support angle is characterized by further comprising a first pull wire 17 and a clamp 18, the upper portion of the outer side of the support angle 12 is connected with the first pull wire 17, and the bottom end of the first pull wire 17 is connected with the clamp 18.

When the packing of the wood chips is required to be carried out by using the device, a user sleeves the packing bag 15 on the placing plate 13, controls the driving wheel 3 to rotate anticlockwise to drive the conveying belt 5 to rotate anticlockwise, so as to drive the driven wheel 4 to rotate anticlockwise, at the moment, the user shovels the wood chips into the frame body 7 on the right side, the frame body 7 rotates along with the conveying belt 5, when the frame body 7 on the right side rotates to the left side of the conveying belt 5, the wood chips in the frame body 7 fall down from the left side of the frame body 7 and fall on the top of the baffle 10, slide into the blanking frame 9 from the top of the baffle 10, then enter the packing bag 15 from the blanking frame 9, when the frame body 7 continues to move downwards to be in contact with the baffle 10, the baffle 10 is pushed to rotate downwards, so that the first spring 11 is compressed, when the frame body 7 moves downwards to leave the baffle 10, the first spring 11 extends again to drive the baffle, the user shovels the saw-dust into in the framework 7 once more, so relapse, after filling up the saw-dust in wrapping bag 15, user control action wheel 3 stop work, then the user packs the saw-dust in wrapping bag 15, and the packing finishes the back, and the user has changed new wrapping bag 15, then repeats above step, continues to bag the saw-dust.
Because the blanking device further comprises the accelerated blanking device 16, the accelerated blanking device 16 is arranged at the top of the bracket 2, the accelerated blanking device 16 comprises a top plate 161, a mounting seat 162, a motor 163, a cam 164, a first L-shaped rod 165, a first guide sleeve 166, an L-shaped guide rod 167, a roller 168, a second spring 169 and a knocking ball 1610, the top of the bracket 2 is provided with the top plate 161, the left side of the bottom of the top plate 161 is provided with the mounting seat 162, the mounting seat 162 is provided with the motor 163, an output shaft at the front side of the motor 163 is connected with the cam 164, the middle part of the outer side of the upper wall of the blanking frame 9 is connected with the first L-shaped rod 165, the left end of the first L-shaped rod 165 is connected with the first guide sleeve 166, the first guide sleeve 166 is internally sleeved with the L-shaped guide rod 167, the front end of the L-shaped guide rod 167 is connected with the knocking ball 1610, the knocking ball 1610 is arranged below the blanking frame 9, the L-shaped guide 167 passes through the second spring 169. Therefore, when bagging the wood chips, a user can control the motor 163 to rotate to drive the cam 164 to rotate, when the cam 164 rotates to be in contact with the roller 168, the roller 168 is pushed to move downwards, the second spring 169 is compressed, the roller 168 moves downwards to drive the L-shaped guide rod 167 to move downwards, the knocking ball 1610 moves downwards, when the farthest end of the cam 164 rotates to be away from the roller 168, the second spring 169 extends to drive the roller 168 to move upwards, the L-shaped guide rod 167 moves upwards to drive the knocking ball 1610 to move upwards, the knocking ball 1610 moves upwards to knock the bottom of the blanking frame 9, and the operation is repeated, so that the knocking ball 1610 can continuously knock the bottom of the blanking frame 9, the flow-down speed of the wood chips in the blanking frame 9 can be accelerated, and the wood chips are prevented from being detained in the blanking frame 9. After bagging the wood chips, the user controls the motor 163 to stop working.
Because still include first stay wire 17 and clip 18, the upper portion all is connected with first stay wire 17 in the outside of support angle 12, and first stay wire 17 bottom all is connected with clip 18. Therefore, when the packing bag 15 is put on the placing plate 13, the user can clamp the top of the packing bag 15 with the clamp 18 to fix the packing bag on the placing plate 13, so that the packing bag 15 can be prevented from slipping off when containing wood chips, and after the packing bag 15 is filled with the wood chips, the user can loosen the clamp 18.

Therefore, when the wood chips are fully packed in the packing bag 15, the user can stop bagging the wood chips, and at this time, when the user controls the motor 163 to rotate, the user can control the motor 163 to rotate counterclockwise to drive the cam 164 to rotate counterclockwise, and further drive the reel 24 to rotate counterclockwise to wind up the second pull wire 25, and drive the slider 19 to move downward through the second pull wire 25, so that the third spring 21 is stretched, and meanwhile, the slider 19 moves downward to drive the lifting rod 22 to move downward and further drive the pressing plate 23 to move downward, and when the pressing plate 23 moves downward to contact with the wood chips below the pressing plate, the wood chips in the packing bag 15 are compressed, so that the packing bag 15 can contain more wood chips, and after the wood chips in the packing bag 15 are compressed, the user controls the motor 163 to rotate clockwise to drive the cam 164 to rotate clockwise, and further drive the reel 24 to rotate clockwise to discharge the second pull wire, the third spring 21 is extended to drive the slide 19 and the devices thereon to reset, and then the user controls the motor 163 to stop working. When the bottom of the blanking frame 9 needs to be knocked, a user can control continuous forward and reverse rotation, so that the pressing plate 23 cannot influence the work of the equipment.
Because the device also comprises a second connecting rod 28, a second guide sleeve 29, a guide rod 30 and a plastic ball 31, the second connecting rod 28 is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the supporting rod 8, the second guide sleeve 29 is connected to the right end of the second connecting rod 28, the guide rod 30 is sleeved in the second guide sleeve 29, and the top end of the guide rod 30 is connected with the plastic ball 31.
