皮革是经脱毛和鞣制等物理、化学加工所得到的已经变性不易腐烂的动物皮。革是由天然蛋白质纤维在三维空间紧密编织构成的,其表面有一种特殊的粒面层,具有自然的粒纹和光泽,手感舒适。但是由于动物皮的数量有限,为了提高皮革制品的市场供给,一种具有皮革质感的人造革被生产出来。人造革是在纺织布基或无纺布基上,由各种不同配方的PVC和PU等发泡或覆膜加工制作而成,可以根据不同强度和色彩、光泽、花纹图案等要求加工制成;虽然达不到天然皮革的质感,但是人造革具有花色品种繁多、防水性能好、边幅整齐、利用率高和价格相对便宜的特点。
人造皮革在家具、汽车座椅等制造领域广泛应用;无论是天然皮革还是人造皮革,在使用过程中都可能会被老鼠会虫蚁撕咬破坏,很多皮革为了进行防虫或防鼠处理,会对皮革进行化学处理,这些化学处理剂一般具有难闻的气味,或是具有毒性成分,不仅对环境有害,还可能对人体健康造成危害。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,该型皮革舒适耐用,并且具有良好的防虫防鼠效果,正常使用过程中,不会产生异味,无毒无害。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,该皮革的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)对无纺布进行热定型处理,热定型处理后的无纺布经过热辊辊压烫平,烫平后的无纺布送入到PVA溶液中进行浸渍,浸渍后经过挤压和烘干处理后,得到所述高密度无纺布;
(2)按照质量份数,将10-15份改性聚氨酯树脂,0.2-0.5份匀泡剂,4-5份色浆,3-4份发泡剂,1-2份泡孔调节剂,10-15份乙酸丁酯和30-35份二甲基甲酰胺加入到反应釜中充分混合分散均匀,得到所需PU树脂浆料;
(3)将高密度无纺布送入到PU树脂浆料中进行含浸处理,含浸处理后在进行烘干得到贝斯;将贝斯进行碱减量处理;碱减量处理后进行预磨皮和染色处理;染色后烘干收卷;
(4)将上步的人造革底面与基布复合,复合后的皮革送入到防虫阻燃浸渍液中进行反复多次的浸渍和轧辊挤压处理,每次轧辊挤压的轧余率为75-80%,接着用拉幅干燥定型烘干,烘干的温度为100-120℃;
(5)对上步处理后的皮革进行花纹辊冲处理,得到所需的花纹效果,然后进一步揉皮使得皮革变得柔软,最后在皮革表面复合防水功能薄膜。
优选地,步骤(2)中使用的泡孔调节剂为常规超纤湿法泡孔调节剂,发泡剂为发泡剂AR100。
优选地,步骤(4)的防虫阻燃浸渍液中,按照质量份数,含有以下成分:阻燃剂PDP4-6份,防虫防鼠剂4-5份,水40-50份,乙醇8-15份。
优选地,防虫防鼠剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照质量份数,将3-5份二甲胺,15-18份二乙胺,10-13份正丁硫醇,4-6份四氢噻吩和1-2份β-环柠檬醛加入到30-40份的甲醇中充分溶解,得到所需臭味物质溶液;

3)将有机树脂材料溶解于有机溶剂中,然后向得到的溶液中加入等质量的臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素,以700-800r/min的转速充分搅拌至臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素分散均匀,其中,臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素的混合物质量和有机树脂材料添加的质量比为1:6-10,得到所需复合分散系;
4)向上步骤的复合分散系中加入1.5-2倍有机溶剂体积的去离子水,混合搅拌至分散均匀,将复合分散系转化为水相化溶液;
5)将水相化溶液过滤后干燥处理,干燥后的固形物研磨至200-250目,得到所需防虫防鼠剂。
其中,有机树脂材料为聚碳酸酯树脂或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂;有机溶剂为四氢呋喃。
优选地,步骤(4)中浸轧处理的循环次数为3-5次。

其中,步骤(2)中使用的泡孔调节剂为常规超纤湿法泡孔调节剂,发泡剂为发泡剂AR100;步骤(4)中浸轧处理的循环次数为5次;步骤(4)中基布为牛津布。
步骤(4)的防虫阻燃浸渍液中,按照质量份数,含有以下成分:阻燃剂PDP 6份,防虫防鼠剂5份,水50份,乙醇15份。
本发明中,防虫防鼠剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照质量份数,将5份二甲胺,18份二乙胺,13份正丁硫醇,6份四氢噻吩和2份β-环柠檬醛加入到40份的甲醇中充分溶解,得到所需臭味物质溶液;
2)将臭味物质溶液和活性白土按照7:3的质量比混合,加入到反应釜中,加热反应釜的温度至45℃,并以180r/min的转速充分搅拌2h,然后混合物以68℃的温度低温蒸馏处理,待甲醇溶剂挥发完全后,将混合物干燥并研磨至500目;得到所需臭味物质粉剂;
3)将有机树脂材料溶解于有机溶剂中,然后向得到的溶液中加入等质量的臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素,以800r/min的转速充分搅拌至臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素分散均匀,其中,臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素的混合物质量和有机树脂材料添加的质量比为1:10,得到所需复合分散系;有机树脂材料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂;有机溶剂为四氢呋喃。
4)向上步骤的复合分散系中加入2倍有机溶剂体积的去离子水,混合搅拌至分散均匀,将复合分散系转化为水相化溶液;
5)将水相化溶液过滤后干燥处理,干燥后的固形物研磨至250目,得到所需防虫防鼠剂。
实施例3
一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,该皮革的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)对无纺布进行热定型处理,热定型处理后的无纺布经过热辊辊压烫平,烫平后的无纺布送入到PVA溶液中进行浸渍,浸渍后经过挤压和烘干处理后,得到所述高密度无纺布;
(2)按照质量份数,将13份改性聚氨酯树脂,0.4份匀泡剂,4.5份色浆,3.5份发泡剂,1.5份泡孔调节剂,13份乙酸丁酯和32份二甲基甲酰胺加入到反应釜中充分混合分散均匀,得到所需PU树脂浆料;
(3)将高密度无纺布送入到PU树脂浆料中进行含浸处理,含浸处理后在进行烘干得到贝斯;将贝斯进行碱减量处理;碱减量处理后进行预磨皮和染色处理;染色后烘干收卷;
(4)将上步的人造革底面与基布复合,复合后的皮革送入到防虫阻燃浸渍液中进行反复多次的浸渍和轧辊挤压处理,每次轧辊挤压的轧余率为78%,接着用拉幅干燥定型烘干,烘干的温度为110℃;
(5)对上步处理后的皮革进行花纹辊冲处理,得到所需的花纹效果,然后进一步揉皮使得皮革变得柔软,最后在皮革表面复合防水功能薄膜。
其中,步骤(2)中使用的泡孔调节剂为常规超纤湿法泡孔调节剂,发泡剂为发泡剂AR100;步骤(4)中浸轧处理的循环次数为4次;步骤(4)中基布为针织布。
步骤(4)的防虫阻燃浸渍液中,按照质量份数,含有以下成分:阻燃剂PDP 5份,防虫防鼠剂4.5份,水45份,乙醇11份。
本发明中,防虫防鼠剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照质量份数,将4份二甲胺,17份二乙胺,12份正丁硫醇,5份四氢噻吩和1.5份β-环柠檬醛加入到35份的甲醇中充分溶解,得到所需臭味物质溶液;
2)将臭味物质溶液和活性白土按照7:3的质量比混合,加入到反应釜中,加热反应釜的温度至43℃,并以170r/min的转速充分搅拌1.5h,然后混合物以67℃的温度低温蒸馏处理,待甲醇溶剂挥发完全后,将混合物干燥并研磨至400目;得到所需臭味物质粉剂;
3)将有机树脂材料溶解于有机溶剂中,然后向得到的溶液中加入等质量的臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素,以750r/min的转速充分搅拌至臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素分散均匀,其中,臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素的混合物质量和有机树脂材料添加的质量比为1:8,得到所需复合分散系;有机树脂材料为聚碳酸酯树脂;有机溶剂为四氢呋喃。
4)向上步骤的复合分散系中加入1.8倍有机溶剂体积的去离子水,混合搅拌至分散均匀,将复合分散系转化为水相化溶液;
5)将水相化溶液过滤后干燥处理,干燥后的固形物研磨至230目,得到所需防虫防鼠剂。

Claims (8)

1.一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,其特征在于:所述皮革的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)对无纺布进行热定型处理,热定型处理后的无纺布经过热辊辊压烫平,烫平后的无纺布送入到PVA溶液中进行浸渍,浸渍后经过挤压和烘干处理后,得到所述高密度无纺布;
(2)按照质量份数,将10-15份改性聚氨酯树脂,0.2-0.5份匀泡剂,4-5份色浆,3-4份发泡剂,1-2份泡孔调节剂,10-15份乙酸丁酯和30-35份二甲基甲酰胺加入到反应釜中充分混合分散均匀,得到所需PU树脂浆料;
(3)将高密度无纺布送入到PU树脂浆料中进行含浸处理,含浸处理后在进行烘干得到贝斯;将贝斯进行碱减量处理;碱减量处理后进行预磨皮和染色处理;染色后烘干收卷;
(4)将上步的人造革底面与基布复合,复合后的皮革送入到防虫阻燃浸渍液中进行反复多次的浸渍和轧辊挤压处理,每次轧辊挤压的轧余率为75-80%,接着用拉幅干燥定型烘干,烘干的温度为100-120℃;
(5)对上步处理后的皮革进行花纹辊冲处理,得到所需的花纹效果,然后进一步揉皮使得皮革变得柔软,最后在皮革表面复合防水功能薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,其特征在于:步骤(2)中使用的泡孔调节剂为常规超纤湿法泡孔调节剂,发泡剂为发泡剂AR100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)的防虫阻燃浸渍液中,按照质量份数,含有以下成分:阻燃剂PDP 4-6份,防虫防鼠剂4-5份,水40-50份,乙醇8-15份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,其特征在于:所述防虫防鼠剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照质量份数,将3-5份二甲胺,15-18份二乙胺,10-13份正丁硫醇,4-6份四氢噻吩和1-2份β-环柠檬醛加入到30-40份的甲醇中充分溶解,得到所需臭味物质溶液;
2)将臭味物质溶液和活性白土按照7:3的质量比混合,加入到反应釜中,加热反应釜的温度至40-45℃,并以150-180r/min的转速充分搅拌1-2h,然后混合物以65-68℃的温度低温蒸馏处理,待甲醇溶剂挥发完全后,将混合物干燥并研磨至350-500目;得到所需臭味物质粉剂;
3)将有机树脂材料溶解于有机溶剂中,然后向得到的溶液中加入等质量的臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素,以700-800r/min的转速充分搅拌至臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素分散均匀,其中,臭味物质粉剂和辣椒素的混合物质量和有机树脂材料添加的质量比为1:6-10,得到所需复合分散系;
4)向上步骤的复合分散系中加入1.5-2倍有机溶剂体积的去离子水,混合搅拌至分散均匀,将复合分散系转化为水相化溶液;
5)将水相化溶液过滤后干燥处理,干燥后的固形物研磨至200-250目,得到所需防虫防鼠剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,其特征在于:所述有机树脂材料为聚碳酸酯树脂或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为四氢呋喃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,其特征在于:步骤(4)中浸轧处理的循环次数为3-5次。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫防鼠的汽车座椅用皮革,其特征在于:步骤(4)中基布为摇粒绒、牛津布和针织布中的一种。
