Abstract
The cleaning method and the cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention are used for cleaning the heating device, the connection and disconnection between the heating device and a power supply are controlled according to the temperature of the heating device, the purpose of cleaning the heating device by heating the heating device in a pulse mode is achieved, the cost for cleaning the heating device is reduced, the heating device is prevented from being damaged by using a cleaning brush, a user cannot be scalded due to overhigh temperature of the heating device for a long time, and the user experience is improved.

Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of heating device cleaning, in particular to a cleaning method and a cleaning device.
Background
The cleaning method of the traditional heating device is mainly divided into two types: one is to stick cleaning agent on the heating component by a cleaning brush to achieve the purpose of cleaning the heating component. step 2: detecting a temperature value of the heating device;
and step 3: judging whether the temperature value is greater than a first temperature threshold value;
and 4, step 4: if so, stopping supplying power to the heating device;
and 5: detecting a temperature value of the heating device;
step 6: judging whether the temperature value of the heating device is smaller than a second temperature threshold value or not;
and 7: if the temperature of the heating device is less than the preset temperature, the heating device is powered on again, so that the heating device is heated;
repeating the steps 1-7n times, wherein n is more than or equal to 1.
Optionally, the step 4 includes:
and if the temperature value is greater than a first temperature threshold value, keeping the temperature of the heating device above the first temperature threshold value for a time threshold value, and stopping supplying power to the heating device.
Optionally, the first temperature threshold is 400 ℃.

Optionally, the cleaning device further comprises: a timer and a time comparator;
the timer and the time comparator are connected between the temperature comparator and the control switch in series;
the input end of the timer is connected with the output end of the temperature comparator, and the timer starts timing when the temperature value is greater than a first temperature threshold value to obtain timing duration;
the input end of the time comparator is connected with the output end of the timer, and the timing duration is compared with a time threshold;
and the output end of the time comparator is connected with the control end of the control switch, and when the timing duration is equal to a time threshold, the control switch disconnects the power supply and the heating device.
Optionally, the temperature detection device is a temperature sensor.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic cigarette, including: a tobacco rod, a power supply and a heating device which are arranged in the tobacco rod, and the cleaning device of the second aspect.

and 4, step 4: if so, stopping supplying power to the heating device;
and 5: detecting a temperature value of the heating device;
step 6: judging whether the temperature value of the heating device is smaller than a second temperature threshold value or not;
and 7: if the temperature of the heating device is less than the preset temperature, the heating device is powered on again, so that the heating device is heated;
repeating the steps 1-7n times, wherein n is more than or equal to 1.
Optionally, the first temperature threshold is 400 ℃.
Optionally, the time threshold is 10 s.

the input end of the time comparator is connected with the output end of the timer, and the timing duration is compared with a time threshold;
the output end of the time comparator is connected with the control end of the control switch, and when the timing duration is equal to a time threshold, the control switch disconnects the power supply and the heating device; and when the temperature value is smaller than a second temperature threshold value, the control switch conducts the connection between the power supply and the heating device.

1. A cleaning method for cleaning a heat generating device connected to a power supply, comprising:
step 1: supplying power to the heating device to heat the heating device;
step 2: detecting a temperature value of the heating device;
and step 3: judging whether the temperature value is greater than a first temperature threshold value;
and 4, step 4: if so, stopping supplying power to the heating device;
and 5: detecting a temperature value of the heating device;
step 6: judging whether the temperature value of the heating device is smaller than a second temperature threshold value or not;
and 7: if the temperature of the heating device is less than the preset temperature, the heating device is powered on again, so that the heating device is heated;
repeating the steps 1-7n times, wherein n is more than or equal to 1.
2. The cleaning method according to claim 1, wherein the step 4 comprises:
and if the temperature value is greater than a first temperature threshold value, keeping the temperature of the heating device above the first temperature threshold value for a time threshold value, and stopping supplying power to the heating device.
3. The cleaning method of claim 1, wherein the first temperature threshold is 400 ℃.
4. The cleaning method of claim 2, wherein the time threshold is 10 s.
5. The cleaning method of claim 1, wherein the second temperature threshold is 200 ℃.
6. The cleaning method of claim 1, wherein n is 3.
7. A cleaning apparatus for cleaning a heat generating device connected to a power supply, comprising: the temperature control device comprises a control switch, a temperature detection device and a temperature comparator;
the control switch is connected in series between the heating device and the power supply;
the temperature detection device corresponds to the position of the heating device and detects the temperature value of the heating device;
the input end of the temperature comparator is connected with the output end of the temperature detection device, and the temperature value is compared with a first temperature threshold value and a second temperature threshold value;
the control end of the control switch is connected with the output end of the temperature comparator, and when the temperature value is greater than a first temperature threshold value, the control switch disconnects the power supply from the heating device; and when the temperature value is smaller than a second temperature threshold value, the control switch conducts the connection between the power supply and the heating device.
8. The cleaning device of claim 7, further comprising: a timer and a time comparator;
the timer and the time comparator are connected between the temperature comparator and the control switch in series;
the input end of the timer is connected with the output end of the temperature comparator, and the timer starts timing when the temperature value is greater than a first temperature threshold value to obtain timing duration;
the input end of the time comparator is connected with the output end of the timer, and the timing duration is compared with a time threshold;
and the output end of the time comparator is connected with the control end of the control switch, and when the timing duration is equal to a time threshold, the control switch disconnects the power supply and the heating device.
9. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the temperature detecting means is a temperature sensor.
10. An electronic cigarette, comprising: a smoking article, and a power source, a heat generating device and a cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 9 disposed within the smoking article.
