本发明涉及一种带硬封头的软胶筒，包括硬封头与软胶筒，所述的硬封头上设有硬胶嘴，所述的软胶筒两端通过铝卡扣扎紧，所述的软胶筒头端与硬封头采用固定密封连接方式。其有益效果是：软胶筒可以应用于传统挤胶枪，也可以用手直接挤压打胶，达到简化施工目的，而且硬胶嘴能多次重复利用，因而降低硅酮密封胶的包装成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种软胶筒，特别涉及一种带硬封头的软胶筒。
背景技术
随着中国城市化进程的加速推进，建筑规模、旧建筑维护更新面积不断扩大，建筑功能、装修档次逐渐提高，约占建筑密封胶市场份额40％的硅酮密封胶需求量将持续增长，特别在建筑节能、防水、装饰装修和建筑幕墙等工程中，具有良好的发展前景，预计2020年硅酮密封胶需求量将达到20.9万吨。硅酮密封胶包装材料的使用量、需求量极大。
现有大量使用的硅酮密封胶，外壳为硬质的塑料筒或纸筒，仅能一次性使用，每年丢弃的玻璃胶的硬壳包装数量已达一百万吨以上，造成极大的资源浪费、环境污染。
市场现有软胶筒包装的硅酮密封胶，其软胶筒两头通过卡扣或热熔密封，因其密封性能好，其中的硅酮密封胶不易变质，因此应用越来越广泛，主要通过带有硬胶筒、硬胶嘴的专用挤胶枪使用。传统的挤胶枪无法直接使用软胶筒，因为在软胶筒上直接开口出胶，挤出的胶较难形成可以沿物体夹角均匀移动的胶柱。基于同样理由，也不能用手直接挤压软胶筒挤出胶柱。
因此如何解决上述现有技术存在的问题，走出惯性思维的误区，成为该领域研究的难点。
发明内容
本发明是为解决现有技术存在的问题，提供一种带硬封头的软胶筒，采用硬封头对软胶筒出来的胶进行导向引流，解决了软胶筒无法应用于传统挤胶枪和无法用手直接挤压打胶的难题，达到简化施工、降低玻璃胶包装废弃物产生量的目的。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施实现的：
一种带硬封头的软胶筒，其特征在于：包括硬封头与软胶筒，所述的硬封头上设有硬胶嘴，硬胶嘴可以通过螺纹连接喷嘴。所述的软胶筒两端通过铝卡扣扎紧。所述的软胶筒头端与硬封头采用固定密封连接方式。
所述的软胶筒头端与硬封头采用固定密封连接方式是指用超声波焊接、粘结等方式将软胶筒与封头固定连接成一体。优选地，所述的软胶筒头端与封头超声波焊接连接方式。
所述的硬胶嘴螺纹连接的喷嘴可以是一般的长圆锥式喷嘴，也可以是扁形的、鸭嘴式喷嘴，以适用不同的施工环境。
使用带硬封头的软胶筒时，将其放置于挤胶枪中，从硬胶嘴伸入尖状物体刺破软胶筒的铝塑膜，利用挤胶枪的活塞推挤软胶筒，使软胶筒中的硅酮密封胶从硬胶嘴挤出，进入喷嘴，进而完成施胶作业过程。施胶作业完成后，回收硬胶嘴并可多次重复利用。
所述的软胶筒采用铝塑复合膜或其他复合膜。
本发明未说明的技术特征采用现有公知软胶筒技术进行配套。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点：
1、软胶筒可以应用于传统挤胶枪；
2、软胶筒可以用手直接挤压打胶，达到简化施工目的；
3、硬胶嘴能多次重复利用，因而降低硅酮密封胶的包装成本。

实施例1：
如图1所示，包括硬封头10与软胶筒20。所述的硬封头10上设有硬胶嘴30。所述的软胶筒20两端通过铝卡扣40扎紧。所述的软胶筒20头端与硬封头10采用固定密封连接方式。
所述的软胶筒20头端与封头10采用超声波焊接连接方式。
所述的硬胶嘴30螺纹连接的喷嘴可以是一般的长圆锥式喷嘴，也可以是扁形的、鸭嘴式喷嘴，以适用不同的施工环境。
所述的软胶筒20采用铝塑复合膜。
本发明未说明的技术特征采用现有公知软胶筒技术进行配套。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例公开如上，但它们并不是用来限定本发明，可作各种简单修改、等同变化，仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。
