这尤其能够实现,因为根据本发明的整个制动器致动机构3大部分围绕中心杆10旋转对称地取向。此外,由于力传递块8确实以平面方式抵靠推力元件9(或其部件),但是与其可旋转地脱离,因此利用放大机构7的单个部件将制动杆4相对于杆10并且相对于轴向线性引导的推力元件9旋转,并且利用放大机构7将制动杆4固定在所期望的角位置上。

Claims (9)

1.一种盘式制动器,所述盘式制动器包括制动卡钳(1)和制动器致动机构(3),所述制动卡钳(1)与至少一个制动盘重叠,所述制动器致动机构(3)布置在所述制动卡钳(1)内并且具有:
-放大机构(7),其包括制动杆(4),所述制动杆(4)能围绕枢转轴承(5)旋转,以引入来自致动器的夹紧力;
-推力元件(9),其将放大后的所述夹紧力传递到所述制动盘上,
其特征在于,在所述致动器和所述制动卡钳(1)之间布置有用于将来自所述致动器的输入力传递到所述制动杆(4)的力重定向装置(35),所述力重定向装置(35)的壳体(32)能够相对于所述制动卡钳(1)定位在不同的角位置处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其中,所述力重定向装置(35)以旋转方式支撑在所述壳体(32)内,所述壳体(32)附接于所述制动卡钳(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的盘式制动器,其中,在所述制动卡钳(1)和所述壳体(32)之间布置有成角度连接装置(33),所述成角度连接装置(33)被配置成允许所述壳体(32)相对于所述制动卡钳(1)有所述不同的角位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的盘式制动器,其中,所述成角度连接装置(33)包括凸缘环(42),所述凸缘环(42)被配置成固定于所述制动卡钳(1)并且包括将与所述壳体(32)的销(46)相配合的一系列凹部(43)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的盘式制动器,其中,所述壳体(32)包括被配置成横过所述凸缘环(42)的管道部分(45),所述凸缘环(42)将通过螺母环(47)固定于所述壳体(32),所述螺母环(47)被接纳在所述凸缘环(42)内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的盘式制动器,其中,所述力重定向装置(35)连接于传动杆(38),所述传动杆(38)横过所述管道部分(45)并且连接于所述制动杆(4)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中的一项所述的盘式制动器,其中,所述制动杆(4)被配置成围绕杆(10)的轴线安装在不同的角位置处,所述杆(10)被支撑在所述制动卡钳(1)的壳体中,从而不能在轴向方向上移位。
8.根据权利要求1至6中的一项所述的盘式制动器,其中,所述放大机构(7)和所述推力元件(9)借助杆(10)被功能相配合地安装在所述制动卡钳(1)中,所述杆(10)被支撑在所述制动卡钳(1)的壳体中,从而不能在轴向方向上移位。
9.根据权利要求1至6中的一项所述的盘式制动器,其中,所述制动杆(4)被相对于所述推力元件(9)配置和布置,使得来自所述致动器的所述夹紧力在制动器致动时被基本上垂直于所述制动盘的轴线引导。
