通过设备的根据本发明的设计方案例如可行的是,使操作员在要加工或要覆层的工件的变型多样性和/或可能要使用的覆层材料方面减负。以这种方式能够确保,避免或至少减少错误的加工和/或覆层过程,其中所述错误的加工和/或覆层过程例如通过工件/工件或工件/覆层材料的不期望的组合而产生。从中也得出根据本发明的设备的明显更可靠的运行,因为减小了由于例如在工件/工具或工件/覆层材料之间的不兼容性而引起机器停机的概率。
特别地,设备的根据本发明的设计方案也能够实现设备通过操作员的明显简化的可操作性。在极端情况下,操作员会限制于:仅将分别要覆层的工件输送到设备中并且可能监控设备的运行。
根据本发明的一个改进方案提出:控制装置设计用于:在考虑工件测量装置的和/或覆层材料测量装置的测量结果的情况下,控制接合装置、输送装置和再加工装置中的至少一个。以这种方式,能够使需要的操作员操作干预的数量最小化,并且根据本发明的设备例如能够根据测量结果自动地设定于特定的运行类型、特定的覆层过程等。由此在次品率低且可靠性高的情况下得到特别简单的可操作性。
工件测量装置能够设计用于测量不同的测量变量。然而,根据本发明的一个改进方案提出:工件测量装置设计用于检测工件特征,所述工件特征选自工件的颜色、材料性质、表面性质、轮廓、几何特征,尤其厚度和长度/厚度比和定向。这些测量变量证实为对于无错误和无干扰的加工和/或覆层过程是尤其关键的,使得精确地了解这些测量变量显著地有助于:在可操作性更简单的情况下减少次品率和提高运行可靠性。
出于这些原因,根据本发明的另一改进方案提出:至少一个覆层材料测量装置设计用于检测覆层材料特征,所述覆层材料特征选自覆层材料的颜色、材料性质、表面性质和几何特征,尤其厚度和/或高度。
在本发明的范围内,测量装置本身能够以不同的方式和方法构成。然而,鉴于实现可靠的(较少受干扰影响的)和足够精确的测量结果,根据本发明的一个改进方案提出:至少一个测量装置选自:优选是卡规/卡钳的机械测量元件、光学测量元件、声学测量元件(尤其是超声波)和电子测量元件及它们的组合。
如下文还详细描述,相应的测量结果能够以各种方式和方法送入加工和/或覆层过程的流程中。证实为对于加工过程特别关键的还有:加工装置的加工方式的确定(例如确定铣削轮廓)。为了解决该问题,根据本发明的一个改进方案提出:控制装置设计用于在考虑至少一个覆层材料特征、尤其几何特征的情况下,确定加工装置的加工方式。
替选地或附加地,在此背景下,根据本发明的一个改进方案提出:在考虑至少一个工件特征、尤其几何特征的情况下,确定加工装置的加工方式。
此外,根据本发明的一个改进方案提出:控制装置设计用于:在考虑至少一个工件特征,尤其颜色和/或几何特征的情况下,确定要通过接合装置接合的覆层材料。由此实现要覆层的工件的覆层材料的特征的特别可靠的协调,这能够对于减少次品率和对于实现无干扰的运行是具有决定性意义的。
根据本发明的、用于对工件覆层的方法能够实现与根据本发明的设备相同的优点。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详尽地描述本发明的优选的实施方式。
在图1中示意地示出用于对在图2中示意地示出的工件2进行加工和覆层的设备1的立体视图。
在本实施方式中,要覆层的工件2是板状的工件,所述工件例如完全地或部分地由木材、复合木材或塑料构成,如其在家具工业的领域中广泛地使用。然而,在本发明的范围内,也能够对具有其他几何特征的或由其他材料构成的工件进行加工和/或覆层。
要施加到工件的表面2’上的覆层材料4例如能够幅面形地或带形地构成,并且与之相应地例如施加到工件的宽面或窄面上。覆层材料4在此同样能够由不同材料包含塑料、木材、复合木材等构成并且例如也具有层结构。在此,覆层材料例如也设有功能层,覆层材料4借助于所述功能层接合到工件2上。
为了该目的,在图1中示意地示出的设备1在本实施方式中首先具有接合装置10,所述接合装置用于:将在图1中未详细示出的覆层材料4输送给工件2的要覆层的表面2’并且接合到所述表面上。在此,在本发明的范围内,接合装置10基于不同的接合技术。例如,能够使用传统的胶合技术,在所述胶合技术中在接合装置中将黏附剂(例如热熔粘接剂Hotmelt)涂覆到覆层材料的和/或工件的要接合的表面上。同样可行的是,如已经在上文中提到,覆层材料4设有功能层并且接合装置10具有能量源,借助于所述能量源活化或再活化功能层,以便接合到工件2的要覆层的表面上。作为能量源在此考虑非常不同的技术,即例如激光器、LED、红外线、热空气、微波、超声波等。在接合装置10的区域中能够将覆层材料4在需要时也压紧到工件2的要覆层的表面2’上并且可能也将所述覆层材料冷却。
设备1还包括输送装置20,所述输送装置在本实施方式中构成为通过式输送装置并且用于:将图1中未详细示出的工件1沿通行方向(从左向右)输送经过设备1。然而,本发明不局限于这种通行式机器,而是也能够在所谓的固定式机器中使用,其中在覆层过程期间工件静止并且接合装置10或另一装置运动。两种设计原理的混合形式也是在本发明的范围内可行的。
替选地或附加地,设备1在本实施方式中具有呈规格加工装置40形式的第一加工装置,所述规格加工装置在本实施方式中设置在接合装置10上游。在规格加工装置40中,例如通过借助于切削加工来将工件2加工成期望的规格或期望的几何特征的方式,能够对工件2首先在其表面2’的区域中进行加工。工件在此也能够在其表面2’的区域中制作轮廓,例如设有沟槽或弹簧等。与之相应地,规格加工装置40例如能够具有一个或多个切削加工机组。然而也能够使用其他加工技术。
在接合装置10下游,覆层装置1在本实施方式中还具有呈再加工装置30形式的第二加工装置,所述再加工装置用于对接合到工件2上的覆层材料4进行再加工。在本发明的范围内,典型的再加工过程例如能够是所谓的齐平铣削,其中以一定超出部施加到工件2上的覆层材料4与工件2的邻接的表面被齐平地铣削。在此,覆层材料4在需要时也能够设有期望的外形,例如在环绕边缘的区域中设有半径或阶段(Phase)。与之相应地,再加工装置30能够具有一个或多个齐平铣削机组和/或成形铣削机组(在图1中未示出)等。
此外,设备1具有工件测量装置22,所述工件测量装置在本实施方式中设置在工件入口的区域中,也就是说在(通过式)输送装置20的起始处。工件测量装置22设计用于:测量借助于输送装置20输送的工件2的一个或多个特征。在此要列举的尤其是:工件2的颜色、材料性质、表面性质、轮廓、几何特征和定向。在几何特征中,尤其在图2中说明的工件参数是重要的,也就是说,厚度H和长度L以及由此得出的长度/厚度比是重要的。因为,这些参数对于之后的加工和/或覆层过程是特别重要的。
根据要测量的工件特征和对机器的要求(所需的工件生产量、环境条件等),测量装置22能够通过例如卡规/卡钳的机械测量元件,然而也通过光学的、声学的(例如超声波)和/或电子的测量元件以及它们的总体的组合形成。
此外,设备1在本实施方式中具有覆层材料测量装置12,所述覆层材料测量装置例如能够设置在接合装置10的区域中。更准确地说,覆层材料测量装置12在本实施方式中设置在覆层材料仓10’的区域中,在覆层材料仓中储备多种不同的覆层材料4。在此,覆层材料仓10’能够根据需要配设有不同的覆层材料4。
覆层材料测量装置12设计用于检测覆层材料4的颜色、材料性质、表面性质和几何特征。在此,关于几何特征尤其检测覆层材料4的厚度以及在图2中说明的高度h。为了该目的,在覆层材料测量装置12中原则上能够使用与在工件测量装置22中类似的测量元件,其中在此——也在设备内部——也可考虑非常不同的组合。
根据本发明的设备1的运行例如如下进行。
工件2从图1中的左侧装入输送装置20的进入区域中,例如由操作员装入和/或自动化地装入。在该区域中,借助于工件测量装置22测量工件2的特征并且转发给图1中未示出的控制装置。此外,覆层材料测量装置12测量在覆层材料仓10’中的一个或多个覆层材料4的特征并且将这些信息同样转发给控制装置。
在考虑工件测量装置22的和覆层材料测量装置12的测量结果的情况下,控制装置控制设备的一个或多个装置,如尤其接合装置10、输送装置20、再加工装置30和规格加工装置40。
因此,控制装置例如能够根据覆层材料4的厚度确定再加工装置30的加工方式,使得以如下半径执行轮廓铣削,所述半径对应于覆层材料4的厚度。替选地或附加地,控制装置能够控制再加工装置30,使得针对薄的或厚的覆层材料选择不同的再加工工具和/或铣削路径。
作为另外的实例,控制装置例如能够根据测量出的工件厚度首先选择适合的覆层材料。因此,控制装置例如能够选择如下覆层材料,所述覆层材料的高度h足够大,以便对工件的具有厚度H的窄面以覆层材料的足够的超出部进行覆层。在此,如果在覆层材料仓10’中不存在适合于工件2的要覆层的表面2’的测量出的厚度的覆层材料,则控制装置必要时也输出故障报告。
替选地或附加地,控制装置例如也能够根据由工件测量装置22测量出的颜色或表面性质选择匹配的覆层材料,所述覆层材料的相应的特征必要时由覆层材料测量装置12测量。
作为另外的实例,控制装置能够根据由工件测量装置22测量出的材料性质选择规格加工装置40的适合的加工工具。因此,例如对于MDF工件而言,与对于粗孔刨花板不同的加工工具能够是有意义的。
也能够根据覆层材料的厚度得出不同的加工方式。因此,控制装置例如能够设计用于:在覆层材料薄的情况下,引起截断(切去)覆层材料的超出部,而在覆层材料厚的情况下能够使用成形铣刀,以便将覆层材料的超出部移除或齐平地铣削。
工件也能够是如下工件,所述工件在至少一个表面上已经设有覆层材料。在此情况下,工件测量装置22例如也能够测量工件包含所述覆层材料的特征并且基于此控制其他的加工步骤,例如选择匹配的覆层材料或将再加工步骤匹配于已经设置在工件上的覆层材料的现有的几何特征、外形等。
根据本发明的设备具有至少一个工件测量装置和/或至少一个覆层材料测量装置。此外,还能够以其他方式为根据本发明的设备供应关于相应的工件或覆层材料的信息,例如通过将数据输入到控制装置中,通过读取设置在工件或覆层材料上的数据或信息等。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于加工工件(2)和/或用于用幅面形或带形的覆层材料(4)对所述工件(2)覆层的设备(1),所述设备包括:
用于加工所述工件(2)的加工装置;和
用于引起所述工件(2)和所述加工装置之间的相对运动的输送装置(20);
用于控制所述输送装置(20)和所述加工装置的控制装置,
其特征在于,
所述设备(1)还具有至少一个工件测量装置(22),所述工件测量装置设计用于:测量所述工件(2)的至少一个特征,所述特征至少包括所述工件的几何特征;
用于将所述幅面形或带形的覆层材料(4)输送和接合到所述工件(2)的表面(2’)上的接合装置(10);和
其中所述控制装置设计用于:在考虑至少一个工件特征的情况下,确定要通过所述接合装置接合的覆层材料(4),和其中
所述设备还具有至少一个覆层材料测量装置(12),所述覆层材料测量装置设计用于至少测量待接合的所述幅面形或带形的覆层材料(4)的几何特征。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述控制装置设计用于:在考虑所述工件测量装置(22)的测量结果和/或所述覆层材料测量装置(12)的测量结果的情况下,控制所述接合装置(10)、所述输送装置(20)和再加工装置(30)中的至少一个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述工件特征选自所述工件(2)的颜色、材料性质、表面性质、轮廓和定向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述覆层材料特征选自所述覆层材料(4)的颜色、材料性质和表面性质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,至少一个测量装置(12,22)选自:机械测量元件,光学测量元件,声学测量元件和电子测量元件及它们的组合。
6.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述控制装置设计用于:在考虑至少一个覆层材料特征的情况下,确定所述再加工装置的加工方式。
7.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述控制装置设计用于:在考虑至少一个工件特征的情况下确定所述再加工装置的加工方式。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述控制装置设计用于:如果工件特征与覆层材料特征不兼容,则输出警告信号。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,
其特征在于,
所述工件至少部段地由木材、复合木材或塑料构成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的设备,
其特征在于,
所述工件(2)的至少一个特征是所述工件(2)的要加工的或要覆层的表面(2’)的特征。
11.根据权利要求3所述的设备,

所述工件(2)的几何特征是厚度和长度/厚度比。

其特征在于,
所述覆层材料(4)的几何特征是厚度和/或高度。
13.根据权利要求5所述的设备,
其特征在于,
所述机械测量元件是卡规/卡钳。
14.根据权利要求5所述的设备,
其特征在于,
所述声学测量元件是超声波的声学测量元件。
15.一种用于利用根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的设备加工工件和/或用覆层材料对工件覆层的方法,所述方法具有如下步骤:
借助于所述输送装置引起所述工件和所述加工装置之间的相对运动;
借助于所述工件测量装置至少测量工件特征和/或借助于覆层材料测量装置测量至少一个覆层材料特征;
借助于所述加工装置加工所述工件。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述工件至少部段地由木材、复合木材或塑料构成。
